Everything was great! Close to beach and many things nearby!

Wounderful area. Had fun at pool. Could not sleep either nights. Beds needs to be replaced. They are the worst.

The location was wonderful. Close to stores, tours, beaches, and the area is very peaceful. The balcony view, pool, and hot tub were more favorites of our group.

Perfect spot! We’ve stayed at these condos before but not this particular unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to full sized toiletries in the bathrooms. About a half mile from doorstep to beach and an easy walk. Or just drive onto the beach!

Property was remodeled, but some items still need work, mainly the bathrooms. Lots of road noise from outside. Decent place to stay overall. Close to beach.

We had a great time and enjoyed the conveniance of the location to the beach.
The condo served its purpose, was it perfect, No, but it was everything you should expect for a beach apartment. If i had to complain about anything it would be the stairs ...they were so steep and a bit much for me , next time i will look for a 1st floor apartment.
Randy was awesome and quick to respond.
We will most likely be back.

The stay was great! The location was easy to access and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The only issues we ran into were that the condo number was not on the listing or any of the check in communications and the TV in the main room did not have sound. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we will likely return!

Very convenient and family friendly. We Had access to the swimming pool, the unit was equipped with all the basics a family needs,, puzzles, wifi,haidryer, iron, toiletries even nail polish remover.The AC was nice and cool, Inside unit washer & Dryer was an added plus. We definitely will be looking up Mr. Wilbanks for future stays.

Property location is great. Two major issues with unit. Cleanliness is an issue as floors are filthy, deck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, moldy smell throughout. Ceiling in 2nd bathroom is falling down and the unit in the ceiling is probably the source of the moldy smell. Bed in the Master is one of the worst we have slept on. Both the bed frame and the mattress need to be replaced. I would not stay there again until those issues are addressed.

The manager quickly responded to a minor problem in one of the bathrooms upon our arrival. The window sills, ceiling fans, and bottom of the pantry needed to be cleaned. One of the pillow slips was soiled. I just put that pillow in the closet until we left. The location is great and the pool was very nice.

I really like where is located the place was pretty decent the only thing that i was not 100% Satisfied with was that the unit was a bit dirty other than that i think everything else was ok...overall i would give it a 3.5 out of 5

On island time
This location is a short 5-10 min walk to beach!( just at the end of your street)….Loved hanging out on padre island-very relaxing. Was great to have use of heated pool & hot tub. Would stay again

Was a nice place. Would recommend.
The condo was clean and welcoming. Felt like our home while we were there. The only thing is I thought things like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and paper towels were provided, but we had to buy all of those things.

Great place, Close to the beach
This was a nice place, very close to a wonderful beach. The unit was very clean. Check-in & Check-out were very smooth and contactless. The Keurig in the unit was great! Well stocked kitchen with nice cookware and plenty of utensils. The 2 wooden chairs on the deck were awesome. We had a fantastic time. This photos depicted are not the same unit that is listed, but very similar. The deck of this unit is larger than many of the other units in this complex, which was very nice.

Good for price
Good location and close to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Only opportunity was the unit was not as kept up as pictures appeared. The air conditioner was not working properly. Overall decent for the price and location.

Average facility but practically right on the beach.
It kept the rain off our heads. Needs some updating and maintenance done on doors and locks. The housekeeping staff left popcorn and chips laying around in plain sight and the utensils still had scrambled eggs on them from previous tenants. Not really deal breaking issues but in the "Covid era" you would think they would try a little harder to make sure that things at least appear sanitary.

Great location & Randy was great.
Location was perfect distance from beach. Property was nice & cleAn. It was a little smaller than I expected but that’s ok. Randy was such a great host & was at my door within minutes when I had trouble with the hot water. Whitecap beach was amazing. !!! Definitely plan on going again.

Nice but lacking
One bathroom toilet not working along w shower that only put out only very hot water. Reported but no repair while we were there. Many broken items reported as directed to owner.

This place is amazing!!
Nice and cozy apartment. Close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. Many stores near by in case you need anything. Our family will be looking forward to staying here again for our next vacation.

Hurricane ruined our trip but the owner was great!!
We planned to stay 3 nights but had to cut it short to 1 night due to a hurricane. Randy was so easy to work with. The condo was so close to the beach, it was great to walk there with our kids. And the pool was nice too when we wanted a less sandy dip. We'd stay here again!

Great stay
We had a great time. Easy access to the beach down the road. Pool area was nice and clean and we enjoyed it daily. Plenty of sleeping areas for us. The condo is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils that made cooking our meals easy. We had a great and relaxing stay.

Just a quarter-mile from Whitecap beach makes this Beach Club condo perfect for everyone. Close to the beach like a single- family home, amenities like a resort, and affordable to most. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m certain you would too!

The highlight of our stay was being so close to white cap beach! Literally a few minutes away...managment was attentive to anything we needed...we will be back very soon.

Cozy house that was clean as soon as we walked in. Beds were comfy. Property manager was very nice and responsive.

Great place
We really enjoyed our time here. The place have everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy, as was the couch and we loved having a tv in every room. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom, it made it so much easier to get going in the mornings. We also liked being so close to the beach. There was plenty of parking around this building which I noticed not all of the other buildings had. We will definitely be back!
