Dieser wunderschöne Kihei Bay Vista Komplex und Apartment ist einer der ruhigsten Orte in Kihei. Wünschenswert, um nicht im Verkehr zu sein, aber in günstiger Entfernung zu einem 8 km langen Abschnitt des White Sandy Beach. Kihei Bay Vista besteht aus nur 60 Einheiten, die sich in 4 Gebäuden und zwei Stockwerken befinden. Weniger als eine Minute vom Komplex entfernt befinden sich das National Marine Sanctuary, der Kalepolepo Park und der Sugar Beach. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, TV, Elektronik, Bügeleisen / -brett, Strandausrüstung, kostenlosem Internet, Bettwäsche / Handtücher und allem, was Sie im Urlaub benötigen. Träumen Sie in Maui im Kingsize-Bett und entspannen Sie abends mit einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Sehr komfortable Queen Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, für zusätzliche Gäste / Schlafmöglichkeiten. TV, A / C und Unterhaltung sind im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Kostenloses Internet ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Abendessen und $ ave, die Wohnung hat Platz für 4 am Tisch, sowie die große Veranda wird Tisch / Stühle zur Verfügung stellen. This condo was in the perfect location. The ocean is right across the street, where we would go see turtles lying on the sand. One morning(5:30 am), there were 11 turtles between the sand and the shallow water!. This condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pull out bed is probably the only one that I could sleep on with ease. There are two air conditions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, linens and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need for cooking your meals. The washing machine and dryer is absolutely a plus. You can pack less clothes because you'll need the room for your souvenirs.
Anytime that I had a question or issue arise, the communication was fast and the question or issue was resolved.
We would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as listed. Might be considered a little dated but for the price, can’t be beat. Loved the pineapple theme found throughout the condo. Shower was great, bed comfortable and kitchen fully stocked (toaster should be replaced).

I have stayed in different units several times. This unit was updated and clean. The air conditioner is probably in need of replacement. It was a little warm at times after being away and then wanted it to cool off the unit.
Nice walk in shower. comfy bed.
Nice washer/dryer unit my inky issue was I needed to use a small footstool to reach the controls on the dryer.
.Pool and hot tub are two excellent amenities always well kept and very njce to have.
Beach is right across the street.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! This condo was perfect for our family. It had plenty of toys, a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Location is centrally located. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was quiet, except for the traffic noise during the day. The location across from the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary was perfect. We could watch the sunset from the beach across the road and usually see sea turtles resting at the shore.
The only correction I would ask the property owner to make is, if you are going to advertise a TV in the bedroom, please put one there. There is NOT one there, which didn't matter to us, but I am sure it does to some people. OR remove it from your description of property amenities.

The grounds were beautiful and well kept the rooms are big and comfy and well furnished, over all we really enjoyed our stay and wound come back again.

Having the pool and hot tub was a great addition to this trip, being able to escape the sand and waves to a 3ft to 6ft deep pool was great for our 3 and 8 year old.
The Condo complex is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants but not so close that you feel like you are in a busy area.
The complex is well cared for and the living quarters were in great condition as well.
Being able to make our own meals and do laundry in the condo was also amazing with small kids.
Highly recommend this location.

Property manager, Kathy, is very helpful and the condo is clean. It has everything we possibly need and the location is perfect, close to everything. We had great times and highly recommended.

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of good restaurants close by and walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is that the check-in instructions weren't very clear, we had to hunt around the property to find the building and condo and never did understand where exactly we were supposed to park. And since we got in after business hours we couldn't get ahold of anyone to clarify. But the condo itself was really nice, perfect size, comfy bed, had everything we needed.

This was our 6th stay at KBV although in other units. We stayed 4 weeks. This unit did not have a TV in the bedroom as listed. The kitchen and bathroom were updated from the photos but the towels, kitchen linens, sheets (100 % polyester!) and pillows all need to be replaced. The complex is getting old so they replaced the roof and pool structure while we were there--noisy & unpleasant. Problems with getting propane so hot tub not working. But worst was the flashflood. 2 feet of water and mud in the parking lot. And this was the third flood since September. Will be finding a new place to stay.

overall it was good experience. but few suggestions. we stayed 8 nights in maui and everyone know that its so hot but bedroom has no AC only one AC is located in hall. so not a single night we slept well because fan is not enough

Fully equipped.
Extra thick mattress on sofa bed was greatly appreciated. Found adequate cooking and cleaning supplies. We are Girl Scouts so we left it better than we found it…sorta. We turned on the dishwasher and washing machine before we left. I hope someone puts it in the dryer quickly!

Steps away from beach
Very clean and well stocked condo. I know people prefer ocean-view condo(s), but even though this is a garden-view condo, the beach is practically a few yards away. It’s quite and peaceful, we had a home away home experience. We got to see green turtles resting in the beach across the house. This is very close to a lot of other lovely beaches.

Nice property in convenient location across the street from a good sandy beach. Good value for the price. Just a bit noisy due to being on the main road, but that's where the beach is.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation
The property was great! The management company was responsive and kind. The permanent neighbors of the condo were lovely and we were lucky they had dear children that played with our child. The location was a bit out of the way of larger beaches and restaurants, but we had a lovely quiet beach with turtles to enjoy.

Clean & convenient location
We stayed at this place for 1 week. Location was very convenient. Off a busy street but we didn't have noise problems. There's a fish pond across the street where we saw turtles every afternoon.
The unit itself was clean and had so many useful items such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, towels, vacuum, among other things. We have no complaints and we'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Almost perfect condo!
We loved staying here, it was big enough to accomodate all our needs but small enough to be comfortable. There were dishes for anything that anyone could need and the pool was fantastic. It was perfectly clean as well. The only troubles we had were: it's a bit difficult to open the curtains in the bedroom, the road noise (but that can't be helped), and the shower curtain is on a tension rod instead of the rod being securely hung onto the walls. But the beach is right across from the condo and we'd love to stay here again in the future! Overall, an amazing stay that we hope to replicate in the future!
