Location was perfect. Unit was as described. It was a great experience for our first time visiting Tybee Island.

I keep coming back to this wonderful place, due to its proximity to the beach, ease of parking and easy access to Tybee and Savannah. It is very comfortable, and the water views are sublime.

We enjoyed the property and the view. My mother enjoyed sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee watching the ships roll by. We stayed the fireworks at the pier.

property was clean, the location was ok. next trip will stay further on tybee as most of the attractions were a bit further away. did not like the parking issues on the island. it would of been nice to know you have to pay for parking pretty much any place on the island. maybe offer a parking pass with your rentals, say 50.00 voucher the renter pays, and this gives you access to all parking on the island. hilton head none of this business.

We visited Tybee Island in early October as the temperature fell into the low 70's so we did not get much use of the pool or beach. However, both looked welcoming. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked. During the period we were there the parking lot was relatively empty since families with school aged children were not normally be traveling.

Overall we really enjoyed our Tybee trip. The beach is beautiful and the condo was great. It worked well for our group. Overall would recommend - just wish the bushes between the building and beach were trimmed some so you could enjoy the view. Great place for the price!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed! The balcony was very private and big as well. Property manager was easy to communicate with and friendly. Very close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay and were very comfortable. A short walk to the pool and beach, and fantastic views of the dolphins just off shore. The condo is on the quieter side of the island but still convenient to many great restaurants! Also the best place to watch the sunset is from this balcony!

Watching the boats ships and dolphins from the deck was awesome. Condo offered everything we needed! Quick access to beach and the pool. We loved it !

We were in town for a wedding and this rental was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beautiful spacious and outdoor balcony for morning coffee. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the best time. The condo felt like home and my kids loved watching the dolphins and boats from the balcony. The beach was quiet and not crowded and we enjoyed finding all the sea life. Already looking to book another stay. We can't wait to go back!

Handicap accessible and easy to get in and out. Plus visit Beach or Pool area easily. We go on each year of our Anniversary. This is the first place we were completely pleased

We enjoyed our first visit to Tybee Island!! Clean, comfortable condo; great shops and restaurants within walking distance; quiet beach and pool area; short drive to public beach and more restaurants downtown. No complaints whatsoever!

My family stayed at this condo for our spring break. It is in a great location, super close to the beach and a short walk to a coffee shop and restaurants. The unit itself had everything we needed. We also had access to 2 pools when the kids wanted a break from the beach.

We had a wonderful time - the property was very nice, clean, comfortable - as described. We would certainly stay again if we plan to cut the area.

The condo was exactly what we wanted and needed. Everything is exactly as described. There are plenty of dishes, towels and necessities as well as comfortable beds. The only downside is that the view is getting pretty obstructed with vegetation from the dunes but I’m not sure that there’s much that can be done about that. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Location of the property is awesome. On the quiet end of the island, but only minutes from restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit. We had family visit for a weekend and had plenty of room. Sunsets are amazing from the balcony. Cindy is very quick to reply to any needs and displayed her southern hospitality. Already booked to return next year!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Watched many freight ships go by. Condo was located in a very quiet area. Location was perfect- just a short drive to Savannah. Would definitely come back.

We had a great respite - so enjoyed being able to just look out and see the water and river traffic…to be able to just head out to the sand over a short boardwalk. The view from the balcony was slightly obstructed by the dune growth but saw some fun birds in that growth too!!! The bed was really comfortable, and the condo was so easy to settle into. Really enjoyed being near the historic district so easily accessible by bike - a perfect foil from Savannah. Thanks for sharing it with us.

This is my third time staying at this wonderful property. It is very close to the beach and the views are lovely. Rooms are spacious and the accommodations are very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at Cindy's Tybee condo! The condo was immaculate. It was also very comfortable, the bed was comfy as well as the living room sofas and the amazing orange chair that I loved! The views of the ocean were wonderful, we watched the dolphins, which were there several times a day, as well as the cargo ships. The beach was great and peaceful, and the walkway to the beach was right behind the condo. We loved the quiet location, and the easy walk to the Atlantic beach as well as Tybee Oaks with their great shops and amazing coffee spot. Cindy was prompt at getting in contact with us about the water boil advisory during our stay, and kept in touch with us giving us updates. The only negative was that the kitchen isn't well stocked. I do some cooking while on vacation, and the kitchen was missing some basic items like measuring cups and spoons, a good wine bottle opener, extra towels and washcloths, and the skillets have seen much better days. Those things are easily fixed, so I highly recommend this cottage, we would love to return!

Clean, quiet and private balcony . We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats and ships of all sizes.

Had a great stay. Loved watching dolphins from the balcony . Very clean and extra blankets. The only down side was lack of toilet paper. And the check in boxes aren’t marked clearly.
