Loved the condo and it had everything we needed plus a few extras. Very clean and did not have to drive anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants. Truly the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s airy and clean.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo was super clean and roomy. Easy walk to the beach and stores/restaurants. Melissa was very responsive. I would recommend this and I'm sure well be back.

Condo was nice and comfortable; plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen amenities, etc. Was able to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants - pretty much everything. Only had to get the car out to make a grocery run to the IGA. All in all, a great break with daughter and grandkids. Would go back!

While I was hesitant about being a few staircases up, it wasn't bad at all. We watched the sunrise of the water not even a block away. This place was perfect with two separate bedrooms and two separate baths.

We stayed for a week during spring break. The location of the condo is perfection-a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away that you are in a quiet spot away from the action. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes-which means no doing dishes after every meal. :). We found the beds to be quite firm and the bed frames squeaky. The fridge does have water and ice, which was wonderful. Thanks for a great week!

Condo is in a great location walkable to South Beach, Fishing Pier and shops, bars and restaurants. Clean, roomy and well appointed including toiletries. Parking space a plus. Would have liked listing to include that it is 33 steps up to second floor unit.

This was a mini vacation for us 3 ladies. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only problem we had...with the 3 of us being Seniors...was the 33 stairs to get up to the third level. If we book again in the future, we will be certain to book on a lower level. Thanks Melissa. We had a blast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. We were within minutes walk to the beach and restaurants while still feeling tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Was very clean and comfortable and pleasantly surprised to see it came with a margarita machine... midnight margaritas are a must here. Will certainly visit again!

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to everything. We never drove anywhere since the day we arrived and parked. We walked. Melissa was great. She made sure our room was clean and we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again. 😊

Absolutely love this place. It was clean and the guidelines were practical as well as reasonable. The layout of the place was spacious and easy to navigate. Again - it’s very clean.

Check in was easy, exactly as pictured and described. Property Manager was friendly responsive and accommodating. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels on site. Made life easy like a vacation should be. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely great. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Booking & check in was flawless. Melissa was the best!!!! She allowed us to check in a few hours early. Also we had a small issue with the ac. Melissa walked me through the issue (a tripped breaker) & the electrician was out early the next morning. She also graciously compensated us for the issue. The only thing I would disclose is that the unit is on the 3rd floor (top) & the building does not have an elevator. It might be good to let people know in case they can't do stairs. Other than that everything was great. Thank you Melissa for being so kind & considerate. I would definitely recommend this property.

Really nice condo. Close to beach and shops. It is on 3rd floor and elevator which is a little challenging. The only real issue was the washer makes terrible banging noise during spin like it is unbalanced. It happened with all 4 loads that were washed we know it was not unbalanced. Still really nice and would stay again and Melissa was great to work with!

A Shore Thing provided the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay and enjoy all there is to enjoy on Tybee Island. We chose this place because of the wonderful reviews and they were on point! Literally steps from the south beach on the island. We had everything that we needed and Melissa was a great host. You will not regret a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was cleaner than I expected (I'm Very picky), nicer than the pictures, and had everything a family needed and more! All the instructions were easy to follow and posted. The couches and beds were so comfy. Short walk to the beach with everything you need. Perfect location and super quiet. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Location allowed us to walk to most of the eateries and shops we wanted to visit. Also, just a few steps to the beach! Amenities like beach chairs, washer & dryer and beach towels were appreciated.

Our stay was fantastic. Melissa even got ahold of us the day before our stay because there had been some opportunities on Tybee Island and was letting us know about them that it may affect our stay. However, everything turned out great, the unit came as advertised and only a short walk to the beach. If you're looking for a great getaway for a couple of days or a week I would highly recommend staying here. The host is very attentive to any issues that may arise and proactive to let us know about our stay. We would re-book and stay again in this unit at Tybee beach.
