In zentraler Lage im Canyon Country und mitten im Grand Circle können Sie viele aufregende Ziele besuchen, darunter den Lake Powell, die Horseshoe Bend, den Antelope Canyon, den Grand Canyon und vieles mehr! Bringen Sie Ihre Boote, Anhänger, Geländewagen mit, es gibt viel Platz für alle. Geländefahrzeuge können direkt hinter der Unterkunft auf den umliegenden Wegen gefahren werden. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang auf dem großen überdachten Deck, während es über die Vermillion Cliffs fällt. Lassen Sie die Kinder auf der großen Rasenfläche im Hinterhof spielen. Im Inneren finden Sie viel zu tun mit dem großen, offenen Raum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Platz für mehr als 12 Personen im Ess- und Barbereich und einem großen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine übergroße Projektionsfläche für großartige Filme und einen Spielbereich mit Tischtennis und Spieltisch. Dieses Haus verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett, 5 Queensize-Betten und 2 zusätzliche Schlafsofas. Alle Möbel sind neu und bequem, um sich nach einem langen Tag im Freien zu entspannen. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, die Sie kühl halten, sowie einen beidseitigen Gaskamin für zusätzliche Wärme und Atmosphäre im Winter. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt mit einem separaten Hundebereich mit Zugang in die Ecke der Garage für die heißen Tage für Ihr Haustier. Es tut uns leid, Haustiere sind im Haus nicht gestattet, aber der Hundebereich ist verfügbar. Diese Eigenschaft ist wirklich erstaunlich!

This house by far exceeds expectations. With great sun rise sunset views and it’s alike two houses under one roof. CLEAN and roomy. We planned for a half marathon as a family of 9 but could of had room for many more. Plenty of floor space and kitchen was stocked. Again very clean. Just can’t recommend enough for small family or large group.

This was an awesome house to stay in. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again.
One day we kayaked down the Colorado river and started at glen canyon and got out at Lees Ferry. Would highly recommend. We booked through kayakhorseshoebend.com and they were great!

We could park the boats on the side of the house and they even had an open garage.
Kitchen has plenty of space for seating- although we never cooked, it looked well equipped. We would stay again for sure.

Nice property with great views. Large back yard. Plenty of space for the 16 of us. Easy access to Walmart and road going to Lake Powell bypassing the city. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and Dawnell is wonderful to work with. The house is clean, has lots of amenities and large enough for a large group. Dawnell is always very accommodating snd responds quickly to questions. Thanks again for a great Lake Powell vacation!

This house had eveverything! We were 1.8 miles from the race site, stores and restaurants were only a few miles away and all of the aid stations that my husband could see me at were less than 5 miles from the house.
We travel quite a bit for races and I am always the one tasked with finding accommodations. I always worry if everyone is going to like the house I pick out. Everyone raved about it!

This house is HUGE. It had almost everything we could have asked for.
Positives: LOTS of space. Disney+ was nice. We watched a family movie together :-)
Negatives: knives were too blunt and not usable for cooking. Spent at least an hour sharpening. For such a fancy looking house, it was surprising that quite a bit of the crockery (plates, bowls...) was chipped. Mattresses were too soft for us but some people might like that. Throws for the living room would have made it cosier.
Really good option for the area. Very peaceful with nice views.

Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids recently stayed at this property and had a great time. The property is centrally located for day trips to Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. The game room is amazing. Property is very clean and all 4 families got there own rooms.
Only suggestion is to provide more pots and pans.

If can easily accommodate 12 or more people without feeling crowded. The only negative I have is that some of the non sticking cookwares are so scratched up that they should be replaced. .

Great house with plenty of space
We loved staying here. The kids loved all of the games downstairs. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the location, near the antelope boat launch.
