I had the best time staying at Linda's home! Being by the beach is the best getaway and the Surf Lodge was the best location. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was a powerful little thing. Linda was very responsive to questions and sharing all the necessary info about my stay. I definitely want to come back especially to use the glorious pool (it wasn't open for the season during my stay but the grounds crew worked so hard all week getting it ready).

Perfect Place for Peace
Stayed in a lovely condo at the Surf Club. The owner, Linda, is such a nice person- responsive, friendly, and so committed to providing a great experience.
We picked a wonderfully quiet time to be on the property, which was just as it's advertised- tennis courts, right on the beach, outdoor pool (not open yet, and weather was NOT conducive to swimming anyway).
The unit was clean, well-appointed, comfy and perfectly situated for accessing town. My son said it is cozy and was so happy we stayed here.
Would definitely stay again and plan to do so!!

perfect local summer get away
Our stay at the Surf Club and the condo couldn't have been better. The location is great, walked to town for dinners and just to have some drinks and relax at the brewery.
The property itself is awesome, cute and clean, all we needed for my husband and I. We loved that the beach was steps away, and the pool was heated and not crowded. To make it even nicer there was a daily concierge text asking if we wanted to reserve chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach, which we did and found them set up and waiting for us in the morning!
We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to have anything you would need, however with all the great placed downtown to dine we opted to just take advantage of them. The 668 Gigshack was so fun with amazing food.
Highly recommend this condo and location! looking forward to a another off season rental soon!

Great Family Getaway
This rental property was great. If I could give any advice at all to make the condo unit itself any better it would simply be to have a new mattress/bedding. The mattress bothered my husband and my back every night. It was older and too soft. That and maybe some newer comforters/blankets. Otherwise fabulous location, well stocked with items needed from home. We were a family of 3. I do think it would be tight quarters for 4. Our daughter slept on an air bed at the foot of the queen bed. She would not sleep alone. The sofa bed is located downstairs. We never tried that out. View of the pool was amazing. Very nice patio and overall great stay in Montauk. First time at this particular property and the pool will make us come back. When they say heated they were telling the truth. And it’s kept immaculate. The staff at this location does a fabulous job.

Great find!
Montauk popped up in VRBO while I searched for another location. Decided to visit and we are so glad we did! Timing was perfect- great prices and just before the vacation crowds. This property is in a well maintained condo complex just behind the dunes. It is immaculately clean, perfect for two people, would be tight for more. Easy walk to the beach and the Main Street restaurants and shops. There is an IGA for groceries. Loved having our coffee on the back porch but be aware there are lots of carpenter bees buzzing about. The morning sun was glorious ! The house is very well equipped, except no Keurig. This is a GREAT choice for a visit to check out all that Montauk and Long Island has to offer. Book early!!!

Great Week in Montauk
My husband and I wanted to "get away from it all" and found the place to do that! Condo was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The owner was very accessible if there were any problems (but there weren't any!). Grounds of the Surf Club were well-kept, pool and pool area were beautiful with very comfortable loungers. Pool/beach crew worked very hard to maintain cleanliness and safety. If requested, they would set up chairs and umbrella at the beach a nice distance from other guests. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully appointed “condo/resort”. The staff was very accommodating- they set up towels and beach chairs and umbrella down at the beach everyday for you. The resort is clean and has great amenities- the location to town counts to be better!

The Surf Club is a fabulous property - right on the beach and within walking distance to the center of town (less than 5 minute walk). The pool is gorgeous, or you can get an umbrella and chairs to hang out at the beach. The unit is clean and well kept. We felt very comfortable and right at home!

Came here with a couple of friends and had a wonderful time at this property located at the Surf Club. Check-in was easy, amenities/service was great, can walk to center of town in 2 minutes, everything was clean, beach is right outside the club. Overall amazing time and would definitely come back!

We had a another fantastic week in this perfect condo in Montauk. It has everything you need and more for a wonderful beach vacation. Great location right on the ocean and really great pool on the property. Minutes to town and lots to do...what more can you ask for? We're already excited about staying here again in 2019!!!

Loved Montauk. Not the place to stay
Needed updating. Bathtub barely drained Staff was very rude and not helpful, not just once but on several differen occasions Laundry was broken. Bedroom nightstand was broken which we were made aware of ahead time and actually turned out to be a problem. Paint in unit peeling everywhere No beach view in our unit and the original listing made it seem like it was. Private porch was really not private at all. Photos on listing very misleading. Worth about half of what we paid for. Wouldn’t go back!!!

Fabulous Time!
Excellent 4 days spent in Montauk and the surf club celebrating my birthday. Sitting on the patio every morning in the sun having breakfast, watching the rabbits run around the pool - what more could you ask for! (Note: bring an eye mask if you like your bedroom dark as the blinds are not blackout out!). Wish we were still there but now back in the UK. Thanks Linda!

The property is beautiful with lots to do for families. It is right on the beach and the pool is really nice. The Surf Club is close to town and walking distance from several restaurants. The unit was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it!

One of our best trips ever- and the best place to stay!!
We had such a great time in Montauk- Miss it already. The condo was amazing. The owner is so sweet and so nice. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We stayed at the best place in all of Montauk. After speaking with locals, they all said the Surf Club is the best place to stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They set up two beach fires for us -all we had to do was buy the wood and the items we needed for s'mores (all available at 7-11 down the street.). The weather was a little iffy a couple days and even tho it was colder than it is normally - we had a fantastic time. We will definitely look into going back at some point and we would definitely stay at the Surf Club again. We couldn't have had a better owner. The Surf Club is walkable to just about everything on the Main Street and it was a short drive to other locations in Montauk. It was so easy. And even tho it was a little chilly a couple days - we didn't have crowds to deal with anywhere and we took advantage of walking the beach every morning for a hour or so. Everything was lovely. We loved that we were able to buy some food items and cook breakfast in the condo or just to make coffee first thing. Everything was there that we would need. There wasn't anything that we needed to get- they supply just about everything you will need. We have zero complaints and I can't wait til we can come back out again. Now we know when the best time of the year is to vacation in Montauk. The locals were all so great. Everyone was so nice. It really was a great trip. If you're trying to decicde if you want to go or you don't know where to stay- trust me, rent from this Owner. Linda is very helpful, easy to get in touch with and was so helpful if I had questions prior to our stay- even while we were there. She also gave us ideas of things to do or places to check out. We had the best time. And Montauk is so close to the Hamptons and the surrounding area - we made the rainy day a great day to explore. I can't say enough great things about the condo, the amenities (there is a heated pool that we never even used), a helpful staff, and a fantastic owner. You will have a great trip. And in my opinion, Linda couldn't have been more awesome to us. We had a great time. This IS the place you want to be. So make sure you rent from Linda- she is the best. It couldn't have been easier. Thanks again Linda And to Montauk. We will be dreaming about this trip for a long time! Til we see you again!!
