Great one bedroom condo with an AC unit. Location couldn’t be better. Parking included.

We booked this unit to have laundry and AC. The laundry is coin op shared in the facility not in the unit. The listing should not say washer and dryer, by the way good luck getting quarters in Breck. The AC is a portable unit in dining area, no way to cool the bedroom. The bedroom window opens to parking area so if you want to try and leave it open to sleep it’s not an option. The listing should state these issues.

We had a wonderful summertime 4-day weekend in Breck. This condo was perfect for my wife and me. Great location and walkable to everything in town; quiet and very comfortable; wonderful view through the living area window with cool, crisp mornings; and a very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to get us an answer to a question we had. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us.

Our stay in Breckenridge was nothing short of awesome! We often come to Breck in the Winter, but decided to come up for a few days this Summer and it was well worth it. The property was perfect for our short stay. Check in was super easy, all the linens and towels were accessible and the property had more than enough amenities for us, in addition to being super clean and cozy. Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street with beautiful views of the mountains. Our host left clear and easy instructions and if needed was easily accessible. Overall, a great experience and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property for small parties looking for a getaway in Breckenridge in Summer or Winter!

First time visitor to Colorado! We stayed in this nice cozy 1st floor condo unit tjat had everything we needed for the week. It was conveniently located to shopping, the grocery, and the ski lift if you want to ski (we visited in July). Plenty of parking in the private lot. Unit provides a portable AC unit and box fan for people that run hot. Laundry facilities are not in the unit, but are on site. There's a queen bed and sleeper sofa, and 1 small bath, so 4 adults would be tight, but manageable. The property contact promptly responded to messages. We had a very enjoyable stay and was happy with condo unit and location!

The place was as fantastic a location as could be asked for. The ease into town was either down the road a block or down the staircase! There was a wonderful view out the front window of mountain 6 and 7 and because we could see the parking lot gauge could gauge the amount of people in line for the gondola. Semplice cafe was down the stairs and is our main choice for breakfast! Wonderful. We would highly recommend!

The unit is at great location and in walking distance everywhere. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. You made us feel at home. The unit is equipped with everything and extras. Had no issue with parking! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The apartment was in a great location for skiing and exploring town! It was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola (with 2 flights of stairs) and was close to so many good restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and nicely updated. Well stocked kitchen as well. No complaints!

I've stayed a few times at Val D' Isere over the years and this unit is the newest by far, and extremely clean throughout. No neighbor noise adjacent or above during my stay. There are steps down the back that now provide a shortcut to main street (handrail use advised, as it can fill in with snow). Temperature control easy/accurate. I think it is functionally quite spacious and well lit for the stated square feet. Tolerable 10 minute walk in ski boots to/from Gondola; about as close as you can get and still have peace and quiet in the evening. When traffic gums Breckenridge roads/buses to a standstill, you can walk home while those farther away shiver in the cold waiting. Reasonable walk to City Market/Windy River Pizza, several equipment rental/repairs, brewpubs, enough restaurants. Taken together, this particular rental does not require either a rental vehicle or a bus to enjoy. Beyond having to wait a few minutes for shower/sink water to warm on the coldest neg -10 days, and a bit of whistling under the front door (which is mitigated by a rolled towel) on windy days; there are no unusuals at this rental. If you need ice, turn on the fridge icemaker (don't need to leave it on whole trip). Highly recommended for 1-2 occupants. Can entertain more.

Great location in Breckenridge close to Mainstreet and the gondola. Condo was exactly as described on the listing. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils. Host is very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Updated and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom make this an attractive property. An easy walk to downtown. Property manager Debbie Shoop is always helpful. Not much room to stretch out but furnishings are comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, little condo. The location was excellent. Would have liked a little more info on hand- such as the fact that the blinds have a second layer to give you privacy. I discovered them while reading a review because I was concerned about the bedroom facing the parking lot. There was a late night water dripping sound that lasted about 15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this condo, but missing some little touches such as starter coffee.

Very nicely updated and comfortable stay, the heater kept us very warm even in below zero weather, parking was sufficient and wide spots. Maybe we were doing it wrong but I don’t think a bus passes the property and it’s a bit too far to walk to skiing as a family so we ended up driving to the gondola each day. Great access to Main Street and good restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was everything we needed! The check in/out process was very easy and Debbie was quick to answer any questions we had. It’s the perfect location, just a quick walk to Main Street and the bus stop that we would take to the ski lifts. Highly recommend & plan to stay here again for our future trips!

Initially I was searching for a hotel for my 4 days at Breckenridge. Then I realized that was making much more sense to get a studio / apartment / room during my days because of the comfort of doing things at home (such as meals: breakfast, and dinner), great location just a couple of steps from the main gondola (this was one of the best things), and the comfort of being in a place, not in a hotel room. The only thing that we suffered a little bit was the dry warm air which made us to open a little bit of the windows so we could get a little fresh air. Besides of this issue, everything was perfect - we really loved it!

The property was wonderful and a great location for the price. The unit is close to Main Street and a short walk to the gondola. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals after a long ski day. Communication with check in instructions were sent a few days before check in and had all necessary information plus some recommendations and essential information for Breckenridge. The space was exactly as described and perfect for a sister ski trip.

Was an enjoyable weekend the only complaint was the bed and pillows an up grade to one of those and the place would be perfect! Location is right next to the gondola and Main Street. Also an actual shade for the front window would be nice so passerby’s can’t look into the condo but definitely would stay again.

Condo is very small for two people. Sleeper sofa should be replaced. The 2 inch foam was useless. The manager did bring us a four-inch functional gel padding which made the sleeper sofa doable. Definitely need some mirrors there’s only one small mirror in the bathroom. It was well stocked with towels blankets sheets kitchen essentials. Unfortunately the garden was closed during our stay. I wanna know the price matched the condo.
