Diese Villa ist eine wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnanlage im prestigeträchtigen Palmetto Dunes Resort im Villamare-Komplex am Meer. Unsere Villa wurde mit neuem Teppichboden, komplett bemalten und neuen Wohn- und Esszimmermöbeln renoviert.
Der schöne offene Grundriss des Wohnbereichs bietet viel Platz zum Genießen von Familie und Freunden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zum Balkon mit einem Tisch und 4 Stühlen, um die Gärten und den Teich zu genießen. Die aktualisierte Küche umfasst Granitarbeitsplatten, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei Personen an der Frühstücksbar.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zum Balkon. Our visit was fabulous! When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned from the previous renters, and Ellie was incredibly prompt and responsive to our concerns. It was cleaned instantly and to the full extent! The unit was beautiful and the Villamare was wonderful with great upgrades. The unit itself was very new with everything you needed. It was very large for our family of 3. Palmetto Dunes is an incredibly family friendly area that is wonderful for families. Ellie and her unit was perfect for what our family needed for the week. We will absolutely be back again!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at Ellie’s place and we love it! Fantastic location! So close to the beach and to the pool. We feel so spoiled staying here. Love the updated modern feel of the villa.

Condo was very clean and renovated (we didn't miss the hot tub in the master bedroom that older units have). Great location. Could have used more plates. Overall very happy with our stay.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels and over all nice place. Some major positives:
- Lovely view overlooking a lot of the Villamare grounds and ponds
- Easy walk to the beach
- Plenty of parking available.
- Great internet access
- Wonderful communication from the property owner
There are some things that could have been more clear or could use a little work.
- Probably my biggest gripe was there were no microwave safe plates onsite (one or two glass bowls was it)
- I was a little disappointed to learn there is a parking charge per vehicle. That would be nice information to have up front. It wasn't a huge fee, just a sort of gotcha we did not know about until the week of the stay.
- The washing machine is nice, but almost unusable, as it is difficult to pour any liquid into the dispenser. Either use tablets or have something with a spout to pour in a liquid.
- A number of emails did have conflicting information. I was able to figure it out, but the standard information could use some updating.
- I really appreciated the Keurig and used it a lot, but it could use a good descaling.
I hope we are able to visit again some time. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Our boys (ages 3 and 7) love the indoor pool and this condo is very closely located to it. I like the fact that we can use the stairs and not rely on the elevator. We have stayed at other units in Villamare that were higher up and we had to use the elevator each time. Easy access to everything is a plus for our family. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at this unit. Very clean and a lot of fun to be in an updated unit. No complaints at all. Just one recommendation - we could have used additional garbage bags and toilet paper. It's also a wonderful location close to the pool and beach!

We had the best time. The villa was beautiful, well equipped. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Spent a month in this beautiful well supplied unit , all you really need would be your clothes and beach equipment . My 5th time at Palmetto Dunes in the Villamare complex , first time in this unit . Would highly recommend renting this unit .

This Villa is located within a resort area so it is extremely well kept and quiet as well as safe. It was extremely easy to come and go by car and there were unlimited options within walking distance as well. Direct access from the complex to the pool and beach.
The unit is self has two large bedrooms each with a full bath separated by a large open concept kitchen, dining, living room area. There is no tub but the showers are nice and the one in the bathroom off the 2nd bedroom has a handheld sprayer that is great for the kids.

We (two retired couples) stayed at this property for the month of March 2023 and found it to be exactly as represented and more. The unit was beautifully appointed in typical beach decor, very comfortable and squeaky clean. Bathrooms had just been renovated but whole unit including kitchen appliances appeared like new. On arrival we found essentials like toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels and coffee filters on hand. Both bedrooms were spacious and had its own TV and private balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, right down to a small step stool to reach higher cabinets. Our host Ellie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable from sending info about area, favorite eating places and detailed instructions for checking in. We arrived much later than expected and were concerned about checking in. We contacted Ellie and she arranged for late check-in; even called to make sure we had got in okay. She also responded quickly and resolved a couple of minor issues that came up during our stay. The location is excellent - just a 5 minute (or less) walk to outdoor pool and beach access. Condo is just a short distance to Tennis & Pickleball Courts, General Store and restaurants. We also made use of indoor heated pool. Grounds were beautifully kept up. The first two weeks of our stay were very quiet but during second two weeks there was a lot of outdoor noise from maintenance crew & landscapers - leaf blowing, etc. Two of us had physical issues that kept us at the condo more than we otherwise would have been so we probably noticed noise more. Overall a 5 star property and Ellie a 10 star host!

Beautiful villa at Villamare! Great experience all around. Super easy and hassle-free dealing with Ellie…She’s the best! Had a very minor mishap with check-in, but was in contact with Ellie almost immediately and problem solved. However, we were already enjoying the pool so no big deal! By far one of the nicest villas we have stayed in at Hilton Head. Highly recommend this villa and owner! If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, I would give them!

We loved this condo in Hilton Head SC. The unit was extremely clean (you smelled the cleanliness when you entered the unit the first time) and nicely maintained. It was also very close to the beach and many Hilton Head establishments. We also rented bikes and rode around the resort. The bike and walking paths were great and you could use them to go most anywhere in Hilton Head. The condo also had excellent parking and onsite amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool and BBQ/picnic area. We would totally recommend this unit and resort for anyone planning to go to Hilton Head, SC. We would definitely use this property again

A friend and I stayed here for a quick getaway. This place was fantastic - great location, cozy, comfortable and clean. Ellie was a great host and reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues even though she was traveling abroad. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

This property was clean and well equipped. Our favorite part was the location- quiet, facing the lagoon and fountain, yet close to the Palmetto Dunes General store, golf, pickle ball/tennis, Villamere pool, and beach. We had such a great stay and we appreciated the communication and recommendations from Ellie. We also loved that the building had a ‘Borrow Box’ where other guests would leave behind floats or other beach supplies for incoming guests. Our boys were excited to look through it for treasures each day. We hope to stay here again on a return trip to HHI!

Beautiful large condo, made for a great vacation. We loved the closeness of the beach and pool. Beautifully decorated condo and the pathways to the pool and beach. We come to Hilton Head every year, and this was perfect, we will definitely be back! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful vacation at Villamare!
This is our second stay in this villa….and just as wonderful! Perfectly located near bike trails, beach and pool. Quick walk along beach for lunch at Dunes House. Comforts of home fill this villa. Hope to stay again next year!

Wonderful Vacation
