Das große Zimmer hat eine offene Küche, einen Essbereich mit Platz für sechs Personen und einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Das große Zimmer und das 2. Stock Schlafzimmer haben gewölbte Decken und ein sehr offenes Gefühl.
WiFi und Kabel wird dazu beitragen, Ihren Aufenthalt bequem und unterhaltsam, sollten Sie sich zuhause von den vielen Outdoor-Aktivitäten der Gegend. Spielfelder, Tennisplätze, ein Kinderspielplatz und eine kostenfreie Eislaufhalle befinden sich in der Hemingway-Grundschule, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Minus some personal affects like used bars of soap the house was tidy. We loved the location and the condo. I think some additional storage like a hand towel ring on the wall or some shelves so you have a place to put your bathroom items would be nice. Overall great rental and we look forward to future stays.

This condo was perfect for our weeklong cross country ski vacation. It was close to all of the things we needed to be close to, restaurants, grocery supplies, and cross-country ski trails. It had the most well stocked kitchen of any similar unit that we have stayed in and was very roomy and comfortable to live in. The only negative that we could add is that we often ran out of hot water with just the two of us taking showers. But we will definitely return!

This was one if not the best VRBO home I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for the trailing of the sheep festival that we attended. The condo was extremely well provisioned. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The cookware was the best I’ve ever seen with lots of utensils. It was Well-stocked with spices and essential even great coffee. Beds were comfortable with great bedding over all it was cozy and comfortable. The communication with our host was excellent. He responded to every question we had very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the lovely city of Ketchum . I’m sure it will be a great place in the winter also.

This property with an excellent location was perfect for me. Walking distance to everything you need. Roll out of the parking area and onto the Warm Springs Road bike trail. David was a great host, very responsive to my communications with him. He answered my questions and gave good advice as well as promptly taking care anything that needed attention.

The condo is exactly what my BFF and I needed for our Mama Getaway weekend. We drive into Stanley for hiking and whitewater rafting; enjoyed restaurants in Ketchum. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very cozy!

We were in Ketchum Wednesday - Tuesday in July and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Well provisioned, amazing location, comfortable beds and living area, very well stocked kitchen, great water pressure, washer/dryer. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood and walking/biking distance to everything. The main Wood River trail is about 50 steps away which gets you everywhere. There's a playground with a great playscape next door. We enjoyed being on the north side of town, easier access to areas we were looking to explore. Fantastic condo!

This is our third time renting David’s place. It is walking distance to Ketchum, sits right up against the park, and is in a quiet neighborhood. On this trip we visited my brother and family and skied several days. We’ll be coming back again as long as David will have us.

We loved David’s place! The beds were very comfortable, the gas fireplace was really nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The property was well maintained. It snowed a great deal while we were there and the sidewalks and parking lot were cleared immediately. Location was great! We walked into town a few times. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Sun Valley. The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is in a great location especially if you are headed to the cross country ski trails. The check-in and check-out was smooth. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo is outfitted like a real home -- comfortable furniture, good bed, well equipped with virtually everything one might need. And it's very nicely located with woods right out the door, and walking distance to town. And David, the owner-host, is VERY hospitable and responsive. We plan to come to Ketchum to visit family at least once a year -- and will pretend this is our "pied a terre".

We stay in Sun Valley every Labor Day weekend for Rebecca's Private Idaho gravel bike race. This condo had the most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO we've stayed. Great location, easy access, ample space, and overall pleased with our stay.

Location was very convenient to walking to restaurants and shopping downtown. It was a bit warm in August without air conditioning. Second bedroom would have been more comfortable with a bed instead of a futon.

Everything we needed was there. Main floor bed was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There was no parking for one extra vehicle. Overall the place was nice and cozy and very quiet and the location was excellent to walk to town.

Perfect Location and Property!
We had the most wonderful visit and first time trip to the Sun Valley area. The condo was clean and well equipped. IT was the perfect configuration for us and our daughters to share the downstairs cozy room and us in the upstairs loft. 2 bathrooms! What an absolute treat. The location was absolutely ideal for hitting the road for day hikes or to warm springs road and then walking shortly to dinner and shopping. The beds we super comfy and we enjoyed playing games on the upstairs deck. The only rec I would have would be to have a little table outside to enjoy dining or playing games on those beautiful summer nights. All in all a gem of a property and we appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail to make the stay comfortable! We will be back!

I can't praise this place and location highly enough! We had an amazing stay in our 3 days in Ketchum. The weather was gorgeous, the restaurant we ate at was delicious and walkable, the town was cute with multiple coffee shops, and the hikes were stunning with bright and abundant wildflowers. The condo wasn't lacking anything. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. We hadn't spent time in Idaho previously, but this stay has made us interested in coming back to explore more hiking in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great condo, great location
David's condo was the perfect place to stay in Ketchum, great location to walk everywhere in town and close to the free bus to take you around everywhere else. The condo itself had everything you need, kitchen was very well stocked and the pictures don't do it justice how much space there actually is, it was well beyond our expectations, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going to Ketchum.

A welcoming & very well equipped home away from home
David is a very congenial host -- checked in to see how we were doing via text. Personable, helpful. The place is cozy and remarkably well equipped for an extended stay. The decor is not fancy, but very homelike and comfortable. And it is very quiet, in a treed location, and well-located near walking/biking trails and within walking distance of downtown.
