Posizione centralissima, pulizia, camera accogliente, disponibilità del personale

Non è colpa della struttura, ma credo sia utile sapere che nei fine settimana l’intera zona è chiusa al traffico anche per i taxi. Persone con difficoltà a deambulare potrebbero avere problemi a raggiungere la prima area accessibile ai taxi, che è molto distante.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und war für eine Übernachtung ausreichend.

Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und war daher für mich okay. Das Gesamtbild des Zimmers könnte freundlicher gestaltet werden. Wirkt relativ nüchtern.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere un upgrade di camera. Ci hanno assegnato una suite con vista sulle due torri. Un’emozione unica. La stanza pulita e l’accoglienza molto calorosa, nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di vedere Laura dal vivo, ma con la quale ho comunicato via whatsapp.

La posizione della camera è ottima per visitare il centro di Bologna. E' ben servita per quanto riguarda ristoranti e trattorie. E' ottima per lo shopping.

Nel bagno aggiungerei dei prodotti meno scadenti.

Estaba muy bien ubicado. La habitacion tenia buen tamaño, con buen baño, todo limpio. Esta ubicado en una galeria muy linda. Tambien tiene un living muy comodo. Lo recomiendo 100%

Posizione strategica a dir poco e camera curata nel suo insieme. Sistema di check in comodo e cassettina per lasciare le chiavi a fianco alla porta d'ingresso alla camera davvero utile

Divano letto scomodissimo. Ho dormito giusto 2 notti, ma se fosse stato un soggiorno più lungo avrei dovuto sicuramente porre rimedio. Bagno bello ma non funzionale, senza piani di appoggio né appendi abiti/asciugamani

Posizione fantastica, qualità prezzo ottima, le istruzioni e la disponibilità per il check in veramente impeccabili, camera graziosa e pulitissima!

The location - nothing else was good.

There is no way I can begin to describe. Overall bad experience. Take my advice look for words in disguise or look for a decent place to sleep. Dear management, please spare us your „polite“ reaction, it is an insult to our intelligence.

Check out at 10:00 ( why? Everywhere were I was Check out at 12:00 Their parking didn’t work so I had to park in 1.5 km No water bottle for drinking inside . All b&b hotels provide water

very clean and nice interior design, incredible position. Try to get the room with view or balcony. I won't spoil, just say you won't regret it!

location was great, room was spacious.

There is no reception, however the host provides a very detailed check in guide, so we had no issues checking in. The room was specious and modern, with aircon and very clean, new bathroom. There was an amenity kit waiting for us and both shower gel as well as shampoo were provided. Our room had a double bed and a sofa-bed, we had asked for the sofa to be turned to a bed and everything was ready for our arrival. The location was great! It's right outside the old town. There is also a great cafeteria/bar right outside the gate. It's on your right when you walk down the stairs. Highly recommend to there for breakfast or coffee!

The sofa bed was squeaking so loudly that we ended up not using it in the fear that someone sleeping on it will be waking us up during the night.

I want a refund. I booked a stay from 13th to 14th and we was told to give them my email and phone number so that they could w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p me how to access the keys and get into the hotel. However, I received no email nor w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p notifications from the hotel and had to call them multiple times upon arrival to tell us how to get into our room, after 40 minutes they picked up and after another 10 minutes of me explaining that they didn’t send me the email or w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p and them insisting that they did, they let us into our rooms. Everything seemed well until we came back from dinner and found out the gate inside the building was locked. It was 9pm and we called every apartment in the building and kept calling the hotel for someone to let us in but nobody was answering. The hotel phone said to call them on w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p in case of emergencies but they never picked up despite multiple attempts. We managed to get into the building at 11pm only because the people who were staying in a different hotel in the same building opened the door for us. And then, after waiting for 2 hours outside we finally came inside. But it got worse because when I was in the middle of showering the lights in our room turned off. And it was only our room. We went to the kitchen area and everything there was working, but only our room lights and melectricity got turned off. I want a refund.

Too many separate bits of information. It would have been easier to get an email with ALL the information to check in and gain access in one place. I was constantly scrolling back over precious WhatsApp messages looking for codes!

What I liked best about Aquaderni Rooms was the responsiveness of the property managers. Everything is managed online or by text. While I never saw the managers, they responded to all my queries and were extremely helpful on a number of issues before and during our stay. The location could not be better, situated right next to the Due Torri at the center of town. The room was smallish but quite modern and cheery with good light and a great shower and bathroom.

The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of the sofa bed ... but what you'd generally expect from a sofa bed so no surprise. (The other bed was VERY comfortable.)

Small room under slanted roof, head down walking. Way overpriced for what it offers. No breakfast.

Very good location. Room was fine and did meet expectations. Would come back for another stay the next time we're in Bologna.

The room is really a prime location, the balcony and the view.

The size of the room and the bathroom. The room was an attic and there was a box with beds built on one side of the room which is useless and the room lost at least one third of its space. The description of the room about the size was misleading. Furthermore, they were literally no amenities apart from a hair dryer. For example no fridge , boiler etc.
