Our host was friendly, approachable and helpful.
The property was wheelchair friendly and the bathroom was also very accessible and ideal for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. Tracy kindly supplied us with a shower seat.
There was nothing that we didn't like but a couple of plugs with USB ports would have been useful for charging our phones.

Love everything about this stay ,kitchen well equipped, plenty games for kids on a rainy day.

Last minute booking., so took owner's by surprise a little. I was able to enter the accommodation before the owner arrived, with a bottle of milk! The owner has put together a very comprehensive pack for 'local' information. The Studio is intended for use by families, with two Doubles and a bunk. The walk in shower is a delight to use. Overall highly recommended.
As with most of Devon / Cornwall the Post code covers a very large area, so locating was just a little difficult, but a quick call to the owner solved that.

Ultra friendly owners determined to help on arrival and settling in. The "basics" provided were a really nice touch. Parking adjacent to the studio and very safe feeling.
Roomy and comfortable open-plan "through room". Very comfortable large bed.
Situation good for exploring this area and close to Plymouth for continental ferry.
Would happily stay here again.
Virtually no Wi-fi signal. Tiny kitchen area very difficult to organise.
And -- wet rooms are a real pain!

We met Tracy and we were delighted to be introduced straight away, the message before to welcome us was also a nice touch.
Tracy also supplied extra biscuits, fresh eggs and also some fresh apple juice.
The room was big and the location was perfect, we were visiting friends in Tavistock.

Main room and bathroom were spacious and 'disabled-friendly' and Hosts were friendly/welcoming. Although we didn't take advantage of optional breakfast/evening meal, good supply of tea/coffee, milk and fresh eggs provided for our use.

The location was superb. The Studio was beautifully decorated. The facilities - kitchen, bathroom, TV - were excellent. Parking was so convenient.

The Studio is a fantastic accomodation and offers also nice environment - a terasse and a small wood to relax there. The locality offers nice trips around, both to nature and to cultural heritage.

The hostess couldn't have been anymore welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we could need, way more than any other accommodation I have stayed in. Really lovely place, great location. Just perfect.

The studio is extremely well laid out with excellent facilities ideal for not only a couple but also for a family. The studio was exceptionally clean and warm with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Hosts Tracey and Jon were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. We opted for half board and the food was presented at a very high standard and sourced locally with an extensive menu to cover all personal requirements.
We had our own undercover parking space opposite the studio which made loading/unloading very easy.
Overall it was a lovely break in a beautiful area

Excellent breakfast. Host was welcoming and couldn't have done more for us. Tracy was knowledgeable about the area and gave us plenty of ideas. The area was quiet and we got a very good nights sleep.
