We loved our stay at 1134 Spanish Lace Lane so much that we bought a house down the block. Seriously, we really did! The quiet, gated community is perfectly situated. Within minutes of supermarkets, etc. and the private beach was the wow factor for us, especially now during a pandemic. It literally takes 4 min to walk from the house to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, but otherwise served their purpose well. If maintenance was needed, the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. We did a lot of cooking, so we cannot comment on any of the local restaurants. However, we did order takeout pizza from a local place just 2 miles away called South Beach pizzeria. Being from the northeast (the pizza capital of the US) we highly recommend their pizza, especially the Margherita. The house is stocked with lots of amenities, including a beach carrier to use to transport beach gear easily. Our toddler girls spent hours a day in the large pool and having an outdoor bathroom is a huge plus! The pool is maintained weekly, as is the gardening. So just sit back and enjoy the beautiful palm trees and fresh ocean air. Who knows, you too may become our neighbor!

This for the price is one of the nicest places you can stay on the Treasure Coast. The Ocean is just a skip away on your own private accessible beach. Laying back popping open a fresh coconut. The swimming pool was great and so was the management and owners. Cant wait to go back to the beach. The Mac Lean Family

I stayed at this rental for 2 months for work purposes. The house is beautiful and I had my own pool! I felt like I was on vacation instead of working. The property was well maintained. The property manager and owners were excellent and very friendly. They made sure all my needs were taken care of. I would definitely rent this home again.

We love Vero Beach! It’s so charming and yet unpretentious. And we love being so close to both the downtown‘s. This house is lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were two couples and two dogs and it was perfect! Even the kitchen is big enough for two cooks!! It’s only a two minute walk to the private beach access and, you can bring your dogs! The backyard and the pool are very private and the spa is wonderful! We had lovely walks through this upscale neighborhood and felt very safe. We can’t wait to go return!!

As soon as you pull up you can see how beautiful this house is and what is pleasantly surprising is the inside is just as nice. This house is very spacious and was a treat to stay at. The kitchen has all the essentials you could possibly need along with a grill outside on the patio over looking the pool. It's walking distance to the beach and was very easy to find. The master bedroom and bath were quite large and I could get lost in the walk in closet. The other bedrooms were also a very good size. The pool area was very relaxing. We can't wait to go back.

House is dated, the kitchen is unsanitary. The wifi and cable does not work. The AC does not work properly. Deposit has not been returned after two weeks.
