Great space for a family trip

Very happy with this stay. Clean and well decorated. Very comfortable beds. We would absolutely stay again.

The property was amazing and we didn’t realize how much there was to do there and wish our vacation would have been longer. Our place was bigger than expected and fit our family of 13 wonderfully.

This is a great place to stay. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Park City but still close. We loved the unit and the amenities. The place was clean and comfortable. We wish we would have booked for a longer time. We would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. It was super easy to check in and get settled. We love d going across the street to swim in the crater and had a lot of fun at the swimming pool on the property as well as the Putt-Putt course.

Family snow trip was a hit! We were a little far from some mountains, but midway offers lots of fun options and restaurants. This is just across the road from the crater! The pool and hot tub was wonderful and the property gave us all tons of room and was super clean! Fully enjoyed our stay!

Jake's place is expansive and was perfect for our family ski trip. Each teen had their own bedroom which was nice. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub twice and really enjoyed the bakery for breakfast each morning. There were a few issues with the sidewalk not being shoveled; however, Jake quickly addressed the issue with the HOA. We would definitely consider returning.

Heber Creeper Train Adventure

Great location, across the road from Homestead Crater, close to downtown, easy access, plenty of parking. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds comfortable. No issues with TV’s or Wi-Fi. Communication with Jake prior to stay was fast & efficient. He took the time to call me a couple times for me to ask questions. I would have appreciated knowing that the pool & spa were going to be closed for 3 of our 4-day stay prior, especially since that was the main reason I booked this listing. I knocked some off for cleanliness as they obviously have an ant problem in the kitchen, bug spray in wash room cupboard, other bugs found on kitchen ware. Suggested they get new cleaning service as multiple drawers had crumbs in them. Overall a good stay, would visit again and would recommend.

We had a great time at this property. There were ample rooms and beds for our group. The kitchen was well stocked.

Arrived to find a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Condominium + additional sleeping space off the kitchen immaculately clean and very well maintained. Very nicely decorated and with wonderful furnishings. Large flat screen TV's in all the sleeping spaces and in main living room. Laundry area off fully equipped kitchen was most useful for cleaning and drying wet / soiled clothes after a day on the slopes. The murals in surrounding the Jacuzzi in the Master Bath upstairs and over the downstairs fireplace made for a elegant Swiss style atmosphere. I would surely consider coming next year and staying here for skiing or perhaps returning in the summer or fall for a week's stay.

Property amenities were not provided as listed. We unpacked and none of the TV’s were connected and WiFi was unavailable. Informed host, and he sent someone the next day but issues were not resolved during our stay. The next night we planned to grill burgers on the advertised grill, but when we went to start it there was no propane. We requested a partial refund to compensate for the items not being available. Host said he would check with VRBO and then over a week later after having to check on the status, the host informed me that VRBO wouldn’t do anything. So I reached out to VRBO and VRBO informed me that refunds are up to the host and that they would send an email to the host to explain the process. I reached back out to the host informing him what VRBO told me. Then after giving 3 days to action, I asked again and host informed me that he was unwilling to give a partial refund. Disappointed as thought we were working towards an agreement. The place was clean, check in was smooth, the pool and hot tub were nice, and location was nice.

Everything was great! Nothing negative at all! Just to clarify for potential renters: There is one master bedroom that sleeps two, and two queen size bedrooms that sleep one adult each (all upstairs). And then there is a bedroom downstairs with 4 bunks. Also large couch that can probably sleep two comfortably.

It was great, way more spacious than I thought it would be!

Our family had a blast! Super cozy, clean, and perfect set up to cook for the family.

We had a great time. It stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 so one daughter slept on the pull out bed in the living room. We all had a bed so it worked out. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub. The communication and entry to the property was quick and easy.

Very happy with property. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was clean although we did have some ants in the kitchen and when we got there and sat on the couch, it felt like there were crumbs on it so we used the vacuum that was provided. And it’s not 5 bedrooms, it’s 4 with the pull out in the living room. Overall it was a great stay, and we will for sure be back!

We love this place. It was big. More than enough room for the three of us. Super kitchen, big dining room. And close to everything in Midway. We have been to Midway many times. This place was just down the road from my sister. Which was perfect. Access was so easy. We got the code by email and just walked in when we got there.

We had a lovely time as a family, the home was excellent!

Fun place for a winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay and look advantage of the pool, tennis courts, and exercise room. The place was clean and in a great location.

Place was plenty clean and location fantastic. Minor criticisms of non working jets in tub, broken kitchen sink spray handle, and no hair dryer. Everthing else great!

We would stay here again. Jake, the property representative, was responsive to our questions, even with our last-minute booking. 4/5 stars for Check-In process b/c it would be nice to have the process documented on the rental listing or booking confirmation...something like, "You will receive the entry instructions 'xx' time before your reservation is active". Otherwise, check-in was fine.

The house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and comfortable beds. The kitchen and dining were super for a big group. The only problem would be if you can't climb stairs - no downstairs sleeping area (except the couch) or downstairs shower. The owner or manager was very responsive. All the staff were sweet. The pool was WONDERFUL - overall - our stay was great.
