The apartment is well thought out and very comfortable. It was super clean and everything was in good working order. It was very quiet and you can control the heat. The shower was great also. Nice to be able to cook food. Communication (for me) was by email. They were very quick and clear with their responses, so no frustrations. I would definitely stay here again.

Le studio était très beau, plutôt bien équipé (bien que des torchons pour la cuisine aurait été apprécié) et très bien situé en plein centre-ville. Notre studio étant situé côté cours, nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité. L’accès a été très facile et flexible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

El apartamento es muy agradable y tiene buenísima hubicacion.cuidado y limpio.

No me gustó nada que el checkin sea a las 14:00 y tengas que dejarlo a las 11:00 de la mañana ,cada vez son menos horas, por precios que van en ascenso.

Great location to discover the city. Near to Cathedral and city plaza. Socially very lively area. The apartment was accessed via key coded doors and the building had a lift. We had a decent bed and a sofa in the appt.

None really. A bit Airbnb style appt. Could do with a few finishing touches.

Space, customer service (not helpful at all). Room didn't even have soap for washing hands. I had to make my bed, not helpful at chekout

Great location for exploring the old town..Modern well appointed room.

Ground floor room was noisy when other guests entered or left the building. Visit spoiled by being charged extra for missing towels but the issue was promptly resolved.

It was clean, modern, functional and a great central location. Very secure.

Clearer instructions regarding parking before arrival would be of benefit to future guests. (The staff sorted the parking ticket problem efficiently.)

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location is just about as perfect as you could ask for. communication was simple to get codes to get in. All in all, a wonderful experience.

It is a decent walk from public parking.

Great room and comfy bed

Length of time to answer queries. Remember to lock your door !!! when you are in the room. We didn't ...we had 2 different tradesmen enter our room whilst we were in there resting. Perhaps we were naive... we presumed that we were the only ones with a code key for our apartment. Also another trademan entered our room when we were out. We were never notified by the hotel that any of this was going to happen. When we tried to contact the hotel, it took them 2 days to respond. Not good at all
