Beautiful newer beach house with spectacular ocean views and right at the beach!
135 Salt Grass Ave. Großartige Ansichten von den großen vorderen und privaten hinteren Plattformen. Dieses Haus ist nur 55 Schritte vom Sand entfernt. Neuere 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Ferienhaus ist komplett mit allen neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. 3 Queensize-Betten und 1 Ausziehsofa sowie ein Etagenbett. 10 bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten. Granitarbeitsplatten und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl in der voll ausgestatteten Küche. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen Sat-TV im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Sofa und Liebessitz, großer Küchentisch (8), Stereoanlage mit iPod-Anschlüssen, Waschmaschine und Trockner, zentrale Klimaanlage und durchgehende Heiz- und Deckenventilatoren ermöglichen Ihnen einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Erinnerungen, die ein Leben lang anhalten.

We had such a wonderful family weekend from swimming in the ocean to a bonfire on the beach my family thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect just a few steps from the beach. The host left us 3 5 gallons of water by the water machine and popsicles in the freezer for the kids. The host was very thoughtful and attentive to all of our questions or needs. This quickly became one of my favorite rentals. We will be back.

6 adults stayed here and we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The condo was nice. Everything was provided and made the trip easy. All beach necessities were available. I will stay here again with family and friends.

AWESOME LOCATION, LITERALLY A 30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH. THE KIDS LOVED ALL OF THE BEACH AND WATER TOYS FROM THE SHED. ALSO LOTS OF CHAIRS TO BRING TO THE BEACH. VERY RELAXING TO LOUNGE ON THE PORCH IN THE COMFY CHAIRS AND ENJOY THE OCEAN VIEWS! MANY AMENITIES NEARBY INCLUDING SEVERAL GREAT RESTARAUNTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

It was perfect for us. The only issue we had, was your mattresses. I played Goldilocks and found the most comfortable one it was in the bedroom with the twin beds. If all the mattresses were like that one it would be sooooo much better. We had a wonderful time and loved the location. It was our first time at Surfside Beach and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks again.

We loved staying here! It was so nice being just a short walk from the beach & the under part of the house was perfect for lounging while letting the kids play in the shade.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The BBQ trailer across the road was delicious, we didn’t try the taco place on the corner but it stayed busy when they were open.
The shed was filled with toys, umbrellas, and chairs perfect for the beach. The wagon should probably be thrown away/replaced as the handle is broken in a jagged edge and my husband got cut on it.
Jaz was quick to answer the phone when we had a problem with the lock code.
If we come down again we would definitely stay here.

We had a lovely stay at this cute beach house. A great space for families and groups of friends. It’s within 100 feet or so of the beach area. The owner provides an ample amount of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, a rolling cooler, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, a skim board, etc)!

It was clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. It rained Sunday, but there were board games and UNO to keep everyone busy. The shed downstairs has everything you need for the beach. I loved how there were beach towels for us to use. The view from the front patio was gorgeous. You can't beat the location either....! Steps away from the beach. Jaz was very kind & responsive :) We had an amazing time & will be back!

I chose this location for a spring break trip with my two school age boys and my parents. The house was a perfect location for us, and it was a welcome retreat that constantly reminded us we were at the beach.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room were ample in space and well prepared for us to make ourselves at home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
Best of all was the easy access to the beach, the view from the deck, and the access to amazing beach toys for my kids. We all enjoyed our time and are planning to return again soon.

Great views, clean and neat
You have thought of everything from the nightlights to the snack basket. You had games and movies galore. We enjoyed being right at the beach and enjoyed both the downstairs shade and breeze and the deck chairs overlooking the beach. Thanks for everything. Your house is beautiful.

Just like home !
Perfect stay! House had everything we needed and so many extras! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were so nice - no need to pack your own! Host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with- we will definitely stay here again- I couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation !

Wonderful Location and View
This property was perfect for my family and so close to the water. The beach decor inside was vibrant and the open floor plan was ideal. It looked great in the pictures but even more beachy in real life! I would definitely rent this beach house again to enjoy the beautiful beach of Surfside!

The quiet getaway
We very much enjoyed our overnight stay. So much better than a hotel. A very nice quiet area to sit out in the deck and view the ocean. The house is very accommodating with smart TV’s and basic necessities. Thank you Jaz

Wonderful Experience
This was the perfect stay for our family weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was literally a one minute walk which was very convenient. We plan on renting here again soon!

This property was exactly what our family was looking for in beach getaway. It was extremely clean and the owner was easy to work with. He responded quickly to all of my questions. The beach was literally a few minutes away. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Our family will definitely rent this property again!
