We love Rosemary Beach and loved our stay. It was the perfect location to bike and walk to dinner. We were celebrating our June wedding and a little R&R was much needed! The mattress needs updating as it slept like a pullout couch, but the location was a dream.

From the minute I arrived, I knew it was perfect!! The cottage was within walking distance of my favorite restaurants and shopping. Extremely easy to navigate. The property had just had a makeover and it was all in perfect working order and a terrific place to stay. Beach access was a dream. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I just returned from a lovely week at the Hammock Carriage House. The studio had great space for the two of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the ample storage that was available for our use in the closet and bathroom. The location in Rosemary Beach is fantastic - close to two of the pools and the town center. We took full advantage of the two bikes that were provided and enjoyed walking or riding everywhere. We found the communication with the Management Company to be outstanding - they were quick to answer any questions we had. This is a wonderful place for two people to stay!!

First time visiting Rosemary Beach and absolutely loved the Carriage House and the beautiful downtown. As all other reviewers indicated, walkable to the downtown, pools and the beach. Two bikes come with the rental which we used to bike around the town and other towns nearby. I would highly recommend this rental and the area to any friends or relatives. We will be back!!!

Like a health resort playground for adults. My wife and I enjoyed all the exercise, healthy foods and amenities available. The 2.3 mile walking trail through all of rosemary was relaxing and capped with an Amavida coffee every morning. We were early to bed every night but were tempted by the adult night swim which is available until 9p at the partially enclosed pool. We'll be back!

The entire stay we enjoyed a quiet, clean, and relaxing environment in this carriage house! The bed was so comfortable! It was truly a 5 min walk from the main part of town with all the restaurants and shopping! And it maybe took us 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach! We plan to come back!

The carriage house was charming and the perfect place to stay for my daughter and I. Walking distance to everything and we enjoyed the beach, pools and live music in the square at night. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was amazing. Having the garage for the car and beach gear was a total plus. Can’t wait to come back!

This Carriage house was spectacular. My wife and I loved the place. Walking distance to the pools, shops, dining, and beach. Perfect size for the 2 of us. We did opt to go to Inlet beach for a less crowded experience on one day. We loved Rosemary beach and the short walk to Crabby Steve’s from our beach chair location. Fantastic food and bar experience. We did not use the bikes included. We walked everywhere we wanted in Rosemary and Seacrest. Fantastic communication from property manager. Would recommend to couples.

Check in/check out process was very easy and the place was great. Very quiet and quaint while being a short walk/bike ride to the middle of Rosemary Beach. Pools are all within a 5 minute bike ride (one is only a couple minutes walk). Beach is also just a few minute bike ride. Property was clean. Would highly recommend.

Nice studio room with king-sized bed and (pullout?) couch. I believe this room was listed as fitting 5 people but I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people stay, as it would feel cramped.Kitchen was outfitted well. Full fridge. Somewhat limited counterspace but it was fine.The Rosemary Beach community where this rental resides is wonderful. Easy access to a "white sugar" beach. Many community pools. Getting to the beach does require crossing the 30A highway which adds a little time, but there are many crosswalks to assist in crossing.The dryer's lint catcher broke while we stayed here, but the management was able to bring a replacement the same day. Very responsive!We also had some trouble checking in because I couldn't find the entry code in our booking app. The support phone number I called was able to get me in smoothly, even though I called off-hours (perhaps around 7 PM). Nice service!

The new sofa is nice but it is in desperate need of new mattress and it shouldn’t be too costly to upgrade tiny TV to larger smart tv. Please consider. My adult daughter and I enjoyed a few days here and loved our first visit to Rosemary Beach. We visited in February and had rain and cold weather but loved the walkability of everything and the charm of the village.

We have been staying at Rosemary Beach since it was constructed and loved it. This stay was to celebrate 3 birthdays, so we were excited. Upon check-in, we encountered a pile of poop right outside our 2nd floor door. We reported this to Guest Services and were told it was not something they would handle that day - it could wait until the next day. It was upsetting and disgusting and did impact the experience upon arrival. Guest Services told us not to ask for any money back! We did not, but this admonition was rude, at a minimum. That was followed up by a broken, leaky and moldy black toilet. It took over an hour while we waited for this to be resolved. Additionally, the remote controls for the TV did not work. Last of all, the ice maker did not work. This was a three night uncomfortable stay. Dealing with the repairs and poop did negatively impact our stay. Whereas the maintenance staff were lovely and competent, Guest Services was very rude. I am in my sixties and am still shocked by the poor manners of the young of today. Wendy in Guest Services needs to return to training. I did suggest that after these issues, the nice thing would have been to send over a nominal token treat (cookies, small snack) to alleviate the sting. Wendy did not agree. It would have been the nice thing to do. I recommend booking a reservation for a different unit to avoid Wendy in Guest Services.

It was as expected: everything in one room. Clean. Check in at 5p is a hassle if you roll into town around 2p. Seems “Luxury Vacations 30A”, send their entrance codes out at 5p and their office closes at 5:30p. It’s a long time to hang out w/o unpacking. Appears to be at the convenience of the rental mgmt co. Was glad they provided coffee, TP, paper towels, etc. so we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The tub did not drain when showering which we passed on to management: sent a plumber same day, fixed. About 1/2 mile to beach. A comfy spot for 2 people.

This property was charming, spotless, and well managed. It is in a great location - just a few blocks from Rosemary Town Hall. The only downside was that there is construction going on next door which started shortly before 8 am on weekdays. It wasn't loud, but it definitely woke me up. Also, there is no remote or keypad for the garage which was a bit bothersome and the window shades don't do quite enough to block out the morning light. Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay.

My daughter and I just returned from our trip to Rosemary Beach. This Carriage House was the perfect place for us to stay. The check-in was so easy. It is convenient to everything that you will need to use including the shops and beach. The parking in the garage was great and we had an SUV (Kia). The place was clean when we got there. It was cute, bright and cheery. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to rent a Carriage House!

Great Location!
Location was amazing. Just a few small things that we noted though. Couch bed did not have sheets changed when we arrived, so we had to change sheets ourselves. Old paperwork and beach/pool passes were on top of fridge from people before us. Glad I happened to see the passes or we would have been out of luck going to the pool (we later found out that more would have been delivered to us). Tried to use the passes at the pool and they didn’t work and had to be reactivated, but we called customer service number and they immediately reactivated so that was super helpful. There is construction going on next door but there were no noise issues for us. Our SUV wouldn’t fit in the garage because of our roof rack and luggage bag, but we parked on the corner by the stop sign so we could still see our car from the balcony at all times.
These are minor things for us, I know some people are much more picky. But for the amazing location and the fact that we were able to find this carriage house for the price we did, we don’t mind being inconvenienced a tiny bit. Thanks for the great stay!

Property management was very communicative on arrival and departure information. The only thing which I had read in other reviews is the bed could use a new mattress along with a new sleeper sofa. We enjoyed our stay and Rosemary is the most charming seaside town.

Great place. Super location and property management was incredibly helpful with various needs throughout our stay. Bed mattress does need updating and some of the glasses need to be thrown away as they are cracked and almost cut our lips…. Otherwise it was fabulous. Thank you!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Carriage house and we would recommend it to others. The location was perfect and we loved having the bikes. We suggest you make your guests aware there is active construction going on next door prior to booking since we could have been blocked in with all the trucks.

Nice stay in Rosemary
We had a great weekend away! Our only complaints were the mold around the tub drain that splattered at us when we initially turned it on and there was a small roach in the sink one night. Those things could have been better but even so it was a nice place.
