The place is wonderful with great ocean view, very clean. Parking is safe and quick response from property owner.. we enjoyed our stay

This condo is even better than it is represented on this site and Brenda is amazing. She was quickly available when we needed her. A ground floor location just steps from the pool and jacuzzi. We loved just relaxing on the patio listening to the waves crash just beyond the pool. We walked to the beach a couple times and drove only a few minutes to a beach with great rentals. There is security that is always somewhere nearby. They are friendly. We felt safe always. There is also a basic grocery store just a 2 minute walk away for essentials. We highly recommend this place and will return.

The condo is located near everything you may need. Plus it is dog friendly! We all had a wonderful stay! We loved that the TV had American channels!! Wish the condo beach area wasn’t so rocky.

We have gone to Rocky Point for my November birthday for most of twenty years now, and over that time we have stayed at many different places. No question this one was the best in our long experience. For starters, it was very clean and everything worked. It was especially nice to have a microwave, which other units we have used did not have. We also appreciated the showers -- they were clean, drained properly, and had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The view is just as advertised -- spectacular. One of our party lamented that there was no direct, on-site beach access, but there is plenty of sand just a short walk to the east. A couple of minor items. The screen door to the patio was dysfunctional because of wear or abuse, but those doors always are problematic and impossible to maintain. We made do. There was a box of coffee pods in the cupboard, but they were wrong for the Keurig coffee maker on the counter-- likely a tenant bought the wrong ones. We don't ding the owner for either of these things. Finally, I failed to turn off the AC and water heater when we left. That was on me because there was an instruction to that effect in the information packet that was provided. However, in my defense (but not an excuse), the instruction was at the very end of the information packet and I didn't see it until after we had departed. Departure instructions might be more clearly identified and placed more prominently in the packet. Back next year !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and bed was pretty comfy, but the absolute BEST was the view! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that we could just walk out our patio door and the pool and jacuzzi were right there with that view! The jacuzzi wasn’t heated until Friday evening, but Brenda had let us know this in her description. We had the place mostly to ourselves during the week, but there were a few more people on the weekend, which was to be expected. We were glad that Brenda accepted our pets and she was great with communicating! We could hear the music from Manny’s, but we brought our white noise machine and we’re able to tune it out at night while inside. There were some people who came from the condos next door to use the pool and set off fireworks. I’m not sure if they are supposed to share the pool or not. They were a little noisy, but they had young kids, so not surprising. The Fireworks, however did upset our fur babies. I realize it’s Mexico and legal, but it never really occurred to me that people would set them off at the condo. Overall, we would stay here again and even discussed possibly buying something there. Thank you Brenda, it was just what we needed.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Brenda's condo. We love it! Brenda is easy to communicate with and the condo is in a perfect location! We are already looking gorward to our next visit!

Wonderful quiet location. Enjoyed all the birds. Unit clean and well stocked. Beds werecomfortable. Exactly as advertised.

Our trip was amazing. The condo was as good or better than what was posted in the pictures. It was such a lovely space. Very quiet and serene. The view from the living room / kitchen was perfect. We felt very safe and very well taken care of the entire four days / three nights. Nice close walk down to Manny's and great exploring. Also, as we left the property and sadly got stuck in the sand, Brenda was very quick to respond to help us get help to get unstuck. Note to any travelers, do not drive on Sandy roads. Haha. Great trip with a great host! Loved it. Thank you for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love Brenda’s Vrbo this was my second stay and just like last time my stay was super magical this Vrbo is clean homey and right on the beach 🏝️ I love waking up in the morning opening the curtains and there it is ….the ocean 🌊 Brendas condo n stafff I give five ⭐️ ⭐️ stars 🌟 💯

This property is fabulous in a great location and very quiet for some needed rest and relaxation. We definitely will book this property again when we visit Puerto Peñasco.

The Rocky-front location is great for peace and quiet with no vendors constantly stopping by to try and sell things. The beach is literally 2 minutes walking distance and is also pretty calm. Great condo, great property and great view!

This property was absolutely stunning. Definitely exceeded our expectations and photos on line . This Vrbo was super cozy clean and spacious.. I would highly recommend this specific property to anyone looking for aspecial experience with the perfect views . I personally will only rent from Brenda each and every time myself and family go to rocky point Brenda and the whole staff at the Vrbo are very tentative kind and super friendly 10 with out a doubt

We were so happy with everything. The home is beautiful and lacks nothing. 1st floor and steps from the pool, hot tub and ocean. We walked to Manny's for cocktails and dinner. Close to downtown as well. Are at Sr. Amigos which has become our favorite dinner spot. Will definitely be back.

I would like to thank Brenda for the quick responses… especially not knowing the border closes at 8, I made it 10min before it shut down. I love the location, it’s gated and the condo is facing towards the ocean. You don’t have to drive anywhere, Manny’s bar and restaurant is in walking distance and a mom&pop shop for snacks or groceries is right across. During my stay, I did have to buy coffee grounds (k-cups doesn’t exist here), shampoo and conditioner, and lighter for candles or the bbq grill if needed. There was a black out on our arrival from 9:30pm to 1am, the place had a candle but no lighter but lucky we brought flashlights. I’ll definitely return, the staff made my family and I feel welcomed and safe.

This was a very nice condo and Brenda was very responsive to answer questions. Only issue we had was the noise from people getting into the elevator. The elevator is right outside the 2nd bedroom window. We were there during spring break so there was a little noise each night when the clubs closed. Any other time probably wouldn’t be an issue.

My wife and I stayed at Brenda’s condo during December. Being right on the ocean was fantastic and the views unbeatable easy short walk to the beach and we will for sure be back.

Very clean and well decorated condo with a great view! Perfect weather this time of year. Also appreciated the pool wasn't crowded. Very quiet at night overall made for a very relaxing trip.

Had a great time and loved how close everything was!!! Condo was wonderful and the patio and pool area with a view of the ocean was awesome!!

Condo was great! Only issue was music on Friday and Saturday coming from the club near by. Loud music until 3am.

I loved staying here.

The place was nice, had everything we needed. Had a horrible rain storm which lead to a leak in the bedroom, a small leak in the master bathroom and a major leak in the hallway from the return vent which lead to me sweeping the water towards my husband and him using a squeegee to push out the door. The crazy thing is we were on the bottom level and this was coming from the 7th floor. We understand this had nothing to do with Condo or anything the owner had control of but a natural disaster but when you are doing this at 2:00 am it’s unfortunate. The owner gave us an additional night for free for us having to deal with that and clean it up. We tried washing what dishes we used but didn’t know how to operate the dishwasher. Could’ve been a little cleaner, found several dead roaches in the closets etc. besides that, plenty of room for my husband and two grandkids. Bed was comfortable. We would stay there again!
