The pool table was jacked up on 2x4’s it had one stick and with a broken tip, the foosball table wobbled couldn’t play. If you show a game room in your pictures it should be in working order

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at this Big Bear location. Plenty of space for extended family. Celebrated my mom's 80th birthday with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lots of outdoor seating, plenty of beds and enjoyed game room. Spa was a bit finicky, so unable to enjoy jets. Carpet a bit worn, but for a mountain cabin, I guess not unusual. We had a great time, building lasting memories and spending time with the birthday girl. Great location, Thanks!

We only stayed one night in this property due to an electrical problem, but the management company handled it very well and gave us our choice of other comparable properties in the area. They were responsive and easy to work with and we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful view in our opinion. If your looking for a nice detox from bad vibes here is your stay. Also Lake front cabins helped us a lot when we arrived late to our stay,the best I would say. Definitely will visit again soon.

The mattress are not comfortable some of the blinds need attention there is a water spot that is on the right side of the sink and it should be checked for a leak of some kind I don’t think the ( pool table ?) is a calling card it’s not in good condition ,the couches we used upstairs were comfortable the electrical plug’s need looking at they are to loose from lots of use just may be old . We did enjoy everything else of being together . 🤗

My family really enjoyed this lovely and cozy home over Labor Day weekend. The home is well equipped with everything you need including play pen and high chair. It’s pet friendly and has a bedroom with sliding doors leading to the back which is convenient to take pets out. The kitchen is spacious and perfectly located near the outside deck to bbq.. My family enjoyed every area of this beautiful home. Would love to revisit.

Beautiful place!
The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and really close to the town. The check in process was easy. I just wish there were a few more towels and paper towels. And maybe thicker trash bags.
The jacuzzi was wonderful, although there may have been just a little too much chlorine put in.
Overall definitely loved it. We all had so much fun.

Just what we neede!
Beautiful property in the woods. Well furnished all around. A little trouble getting the hot tub up to heat the first night, but without having to call for a fix, got it heated up for the second night. Be nice to the pool table, it is a little battered, but great fun. We loved our time here and will definitely come back again and stay here!

Family friendly cabin
Our stay at this cabin was amazing. We were a large party of 10 visiting Big Bear lake for the first time. The cabin is spacious with 3 floors, 2 living rooms and plenty of beds. My only concern was that the bedroom downstairs seemed a bit colder than the rest of the house. The heater provided would not heat up the room enough. Other than that we loved the property. It’s located less than 5 minutes away from a grocery store (driving). I especially appreciated the amount of towels provided. Plus this is a pet friendly home. Wow!

We first went to the bear zen cabin which is what we originally rented. It was terribly kept. Dust, spider webs, broken things. They moved us this cabin and we couldn't have been happier. The kids had plenty of space. Our only complaint was we couldn't get the TV in the living room hooked up to our switch. Other than that beautiful Cabin and we are thinking of renting it again next. This time for a longer stay.

What a great house for a getaway from the city! Balconies and patios to enjoy the trees and nature. Lots of space and sleeping options was nice. Great kitchen with all cooking supplies and living room for family gatherings. Just a few minutes from the village and stores. Patios/balconies and carpet could use a cleaning but overall furniture was clean and comfy as were the beds. We did have to call at 3:30 to ask them for check in information as they never sent it but as soon as I called they emailed the info right away. Would definitely return.

Beds could use a mattress topper or to just be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Place was sort of clean. One bed needed the sheets washed after we discovered lots of human hair in the white sheets. It’s clear someone did a very rushed job. Emailed the manger for info on how to use the spa. Ended up following a YouTube video because they never got back to us. The loud birds locked in the garage were a surprise. The hot water was depleted after one lukewarm shower. The thermostats are broken and difficult to operate.
The “game room”... the size of it is great. We had to duck tape the pool table pocket back together and the foosball table is not useable.
The common areas were a great size and everyone was able to spend time together comfortably. Plenty of room for large groups.

Everything about the property was excellent, and true to it's description. Beautiful house, well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time I think we will visit at a different time of year though. Lots of traffic and crowded slopes around the holidays. But again, the house was fantastic.
