Beautiful Home Close To Everything
Hallo an alle, und vielen Dank, dass Sie darüber nachgedacht haben, bei mir zu Hause zu bleiben! Es wurde komplett von einem professionellen Innenarchitekten eingerichtet und sieht fantastisch aus!
Schnellzugriff auf 385 und 85 und buchstäblich Hunderte von Geschäften und Restaurants in der Woodruff Road, der Haywood Road (Einkaufszentrum) und der Pelham Road, die alle nur ein paar Meilen vom Haus entfernt sind. Die Innenstadt ist 7 Meilen oder vielleicht 10 Minuten direkt auf der 385 entfernt. Das Haus liegt an einer etwas befahrenen Straße, denken Sie also bei der Buchung daran.
Die modernisierte Küche öffnet sich zum Great Room. Esszimmer, Wäscherei, Puderraum, Spielraum sind auch unten. Die vier Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss mit einem Master-Bad und Flur Bad. Schöne, gemauerte, abgeschirmte Veranda mit Blick auf dichtes Laub. Der Hof ist groß, meist eben und komplett eingezäunt.
Die Auffahrt ist lang und bietet Platz für 5 Autos, ohne dass jemand andere blockiert. Die Gäste haben Zugang zur Garage für zwei Autos.

This house was in a great location for the festivities surrounding my daughter’s wedding. We had elderly parents staying with us. Overall a good stay, clean property, just needed a few additional towels, lack of bath mats and tile floors made safety a concern, especially with elderly parents, pillows in master were very flat and could be improved. However, we would stay again.

The place was very convenient to everything for both Greer and Greenville. Lots of parking which was great since we had 4 cars. Check-in was seamless and the house nicely appointed. We had some trouble with the wifi, but the owner fixed that quickly. Very happy with the stay.

Needed a local house for a week during a construction project on our home. Nice property, great location, fenced in yard and pet friendly, well stocked kitchen.
Owner responded very quickly with any questions. Will definitely choose this property again if we need a local place to stay.

This place has plenty of room and very close to everything. Very clean and the fooseball table was a hit!

The house was clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place for family members who came from out-of-town for our granddaughter's wedding. Only a couple of minor inconveniences - there weren't enough hand towels and wash clothes for the 7 of us who stayed at the house, the oven heated to 30 degrees less than the set temperature. Everything else was great. Highly recommend the Roper Mountain house for families.

This house was a great place to stay. Everything we wanted to do was 10-15 minutes away. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Host was very good and clear with communication. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Greenville, SC.

This rental served us well on our Christmas vacation. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds. The living area was very spacious and functional.

Would not recommend for anyone who is handicap.
Would recommend the property to be inspected after cleaners between rentals, especially kitchen pots and pans etc. cupboards were missing knobs/handles. Recommend upgrade. Toilet seats in all bathrooms except mainfloor were loose.
There was no Cable service, only “ Live TV.” Smart TV if you have access to various channels like Netflix or Prime. All bedrooms are upstairs. There were no screens on any windows. Beds and bedding were fine.

We were three doors down from the place we came to Greenville to visit. The house was convenient to downtown with a short drive and all comforts and stores were a stone’s throw away. I would stay again if I had to come to Greenville.

House was comfortable, clean, only 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and the fenced yard was really nice for our dog. She felt more comfortable there too! As the property states it is on a busy 2 lane road and construction is going on now (/2023) - maybe more lanes? But ok trade-off for fenced yard and reasonable rental price.

We needed a spot for a ladies' trip and this was a perfect house. It was clean, spacious and well suited for all of us to gather around and chat. The backyard patio is lovely for morning coffee. We. will stay here again if we ever go back to Greenville.

This was a great house for us. There were 7 of us in the area for my daughter's wedding. I needed a kitchen and we all needed space to make bouquets and get dressed. Plenty of room here!
The house is on a busy road but that really didn't bother us. My only request would be for a toaster in the kitchen and a few sealable storage containers.

Spacious for our family. Great fenced in yard. Back porch was just okay, but we really enjoyed the fireplace at night. Slept well and little road noise during our stay.

Wonderful home large enough for all of us. Extremely spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the house came complete with snacks and fully stocked with silverware, dishes, towels, ect. Will definitely stay here again when back in town.
