It was clean and well equipped. A little grocery shop downstairs that has most things you would need. Can get most places with Uber or Bolt for around €3 - €7

We contacted Maria about several issues that came up about the apartment. Communication was prompt but nothing was done about the problems. The toilet leaks, so there is constant loud dripping sound. The hand held shower disconnected at the wall, so were unable to use that function and the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work.

The apartment is steps away from the train station where you can go to center Lisbon easily. A 10-15 minute walk brings you to the river side where you can relax on the many benches, take further walks along the river. There is a cafe/restaurant as well as a mini market right down stairs.

Management company had to be pushed to do anything. Our check in was late, then they wanted to charge us for late check in even though it was not our fault - I knew my rights so I refused. They gave us the wrong parking space number. I noticed that the parking is in a different space than photos the next day and had to contact them to get the right number. We probably would have been towed if we didn't realize this and the space owner was very angry with thus for parking in the wrong spot. They also advertised for paying more taxes - there are laws on maximum days one can charge tax for extended stays. The washer in the unit was broken for the entire time we were there. They then promised a discount for it, but it yet to materialize 3 weeks later. With the broken machine, I had request that they deliver clean sheets almost 2 weeks into our stay. They did, but then one of them was the wrong size and we had to improvise a bed sheet (old ones were taken away).

Property is situated in a good location, modern clean and well stocked with necessities. Hosts were absolutely brilliant, constantly checking up on us. Private parking in a secure garage - not that you need it as the area is safe and well populated. 2 coffee shops on the ground floor as well as a supermarket.

Late checks in will cost you but it’s expected

Every thing was good from the service to the location...

Everything was excellent , the host was friendly and kind and explained to us everything . The apartment was clean , warm , big and so beautiful . There's grocery store and coffee shop and bar near the apartment and the train station is like 5 mins away .
