The property was in a perfect location, stunning views. The apartment had everything we needed, lovely extras included Welsh cake, milk, biscuits etc… Communication was spot on with the owners. Have already booked to stay again.

We had a fabulous stay! Our hosts were super thoughtful and had plenty of fresh milk, butter and bread to ger us started, a cupboard full of condiments, radox in the bathroom and a fab welcome basked of goodies which we truely appreciated- including a homemade Welsh loaf. The flat was spotless, comfortable and the perfect base for our first family trip to Wales. We couldn't have asked for better hosts.

The styling and atmosphere in the apartment was welcoming and comfortable. The views over the bay were stunning and beautiful. Easy access to the beach and shops only minutes walk away.

Good contact establish before our arrival to sort out the details - parking etc. Owner very friendly.

Second Visit. Once again Roy had thought of everything and more, providing us with some thoughtful essentials so we could have a cuppa, a bite and even a treat on arrival! Roy was even waiting for us to help with the luggage. Thanks so much for another relaxing and comfortable stay.

Location was good overall but very steep to get into property. Parking wasn’t great but we usually managed to get in up the road a little. Owner was excellent on arrival as he kept us a space and took us into the apartment.

TV too high up on wall. Curtains didn’t meet in living room.

Great location very close to the centre but in a quiet area raised up away from the road. Views from the lounge and main bedroom are magnificent. The owners have thought of every comfort and were very welcoming. Very clean, and the flat has a bit of character. Great for a family; equally good for a couple getaway. It had a lovely terrace garden in the front with a table and chairs.

The owner met us on arrival after excellent communication up to the day of the visit.

The apartment was bigger than expected, it was spotlessly clean, beds were super comfy and Roy and Lynne had catered for everything you could need on arrival and our stay, they were there to welcome us and helped with our luggage too! Only 5 minutes walk to the town/ beach, no trouble parking. WiFi, TV, cooking facilities all excellent, as was the bathroom, with luxurious bath/ shower with colour changing lights. Roy supplied everything you would need for the barbecue. Lovely sea view from the lounge, front bedroom and barbecue area. Great hosts and great property! 😊

Really clean and comfortable apartment in a good location. The view from the apartment was lovely and it was only a short walk to the shops and beach in Barmouth. It was an excellent base to visit other beautiful places in North Wales and we would definitely recommend it to others and stay again . Roy and Lynne were lovely owners who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would like to thank them for being so thoughtful with regards to all the extras they provided especially the homemade tea loaf and the ice cube bags.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant, from the sea view to all the little extras which the host Roy and Lynne had put there for you , especially the delicious home made Bara brith loaf. We would highly recommend this apartment it was spotlessly clean and was a real home from home. Will definitely be staying here again.

A little gem of a place with a fantastic sea view. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. The hosts had provided a thoughtful welcome basket with among other things, home made Bara Brith (delicious). You have to park at the bottom of the drive with a fairly steep short walk to the property but Roy kindly met us and helped to carry our belongings.

So relaxing. Excellent views. Beds so comfy, like having a big cuddle 😁. Lovely and clean and a generous welcome pack. Roy and Lyn gave us a warm friendly welcome and felt like we’d know them years. Hope to go back again.

Nothing negative about the property but DO NOT get take away from local Chinese..... think it’s called lucky star......Quarter of the meal missing! One dish cold and watery and father in law was up all night on the loo 😩

The apartment was everything we expected and more. The hosts give that little extra and supply some essentials, such as bread and milk etc. to really make your arrival stress free, especially if you've had a long journey, or if you were to arrive late and fancied a cup of tea and a biscuit.
