The breakfast was every thing you would expect and the location was what we expected from what we saw before booking

We had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning and there was also cereal, fruit, yogurt and even home made cake/scones jam/cream made by Ann the host. We had a very comfortable top floor room with fantastic views over the beach and sea. Ann and Bryn (the hosts) were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The beach (very clean), promenade and the view of the mountains over the back of the town were superb. There was plenty to do and we could easily have stayed on another week. The town was very nice with lots of little quirky shops, supermarkets, railway station and everything that you could need. We loved it and will definitely be visiting again and will be going back to the same B&B.
There was nothing that we didn't like everything was fantastic and we couldn't have wished for more.

Ann and Bryn, the owners of the B&B, were very friendly and came up with suggestions of what could be done locally. They even leant us a rucksack as we forgot ours. The place was very clean and breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, including homemade cakes. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nice room, very clean with a comfortable bed, powerful shower. Excellent breakfast with a good selection. Handy location for both the Beach and the Town. Bryn and Ann are excellent very welcoming hosts who go out of their way to please. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely friendly host. Breakfast was tasty with tables as well spaced for Covid as practical & our room was spotlessly clean & comfy with everything we needed.
Guest house is in a great location - couple of minutes walk from train station (sadly no trains across bridge due to maintenance & train strikes as it's a lovely scenic line to travel on), same from beach & from town. Just far enough away to make it quiet. Free parking on road, though you may not be able to park right outside as all the guest houses on the road use it for parking. (there's also a pay car park nearby)
Some rooms are up several flights of stairs, but we expected this so it wasn't an issue for us, but it's for info if anyone has mobility issues. The fire exits go through a couple of the 'hill view' rooms which is a bit quirky though doesn't affect the security of the room, but if this bothers you, check when booking.

Well located in reach of the beach and town. Lovely comfortable place to stay and a very warm and kind welcome from the hosts. A pleasant experience all round and thanks again for the lovely stay.

It is superb placed, parking a plenty, the rooms are lovely and big and clean, the bed is the best bed I have EVER slept on!

Really comfortable bed, good shower, everything was really clean, there is a kettle, coffee, tea and water available in the room. Good breakfast. Really good location facing the beach and also good to move around Wales by car. Lovely town. Lovely couple running the guest house.

The accommodation was very clean throughout with nice decor and furniture. The view from our room was beautiful. Lovely full english breakfast everyday. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Large room with sea view. Comfortable king size bed. Plenty of drawer space. Free standing coat rack. One parking space reserved in front of property.
Staff friendly
Very compact shower room with limited space. No shelving so no space for toiletries. Toiletries provided were mismatching and looked as if they may have been left by previous guests. Towel rack hung over door which moved and prevented door closing.
Gold coloured furniture looked tacky.
Breakfast poor. Cold table had cereals but no individual yogurts or fruit. No menu so you had to ask what items were available.
Free parking could be a problem, especially in summer, because of the number of guest properties on that road.
