Beautiful Home On 10 Mile Creek!
Dieses schöne Haus verfügt über zwei brandneue, erweiterte Decks mit Fluss- und Bergblick. Wir haben gerade einen Whirlpool hinzugefügt, um die landschaftliche Erfahrung noch mehr zu genießen. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer - eines davon mit Badewanne. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett, neu renoviertes Badezimmer und eine neu erweiterte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bach. Das mittlere Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer und Blick auf die Vorderseite des Hauses. Der Keller hat zwei große Fenster mit einem Queen-Bett, ausklappbare Queen, Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine Badewanne / Dusche im Badezimmer. Dieses Badezimmer wurde im September 2017 renoviert.
Wir haben Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in allen drei Schlafzimmern. Wir haben Ihnen auch Bücher für Erwachsene und Kinder sowie Spiele und Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Andere Kinder- / Babyartikel umfassen ein Kinderspielzeug, einen Babyrucksack, einen Wagen und ein Kinderfahrrad.
Sie werden unsere neu gestaltete Küche lieben. Es hat eine brandneue Spülmaschine, Weinkühler und alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen. Wir haben auch einen schönen großen Esstisch!
Genießen Sie das Grillen im Freien, während Sie dem Fluss lauschen. Das Deck verfügt über einen Whirlpool, einen Tisch und Stühle sowie einen elektrischen Grill. Springen Sie über die malerische Brücke zum Walter Byron Park mit seinem ausgezeichneten Spielplatz und Picknicktischen. Der Radweg verläuft direkt am Haus vorbei und führt über ganz Frisco. Tennisplätze sind einen Block entfernt und die Main Street mit ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist nur wenige Blocks entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Blocks vom Haus entfernt. Sie werden diesen Ort niemals verlassen wollen!

One block from downtown with a beautiful backyard.

We arrived in Frisco on Christmas Day and stayed the week. This was our 5th trip to Frisco, but first time during the Winter and first time staying in Kristin's place, and we couldn't have been happier!
Upon arrival, we had a little trouble with the front door keypad, but we were able to easily get in touch with Kristin and get into the house. She couldn't have been nicer, especially given it was Christmas Day!
Ten Mile Creek runs right behind Kristin's place, and the Frisco pathway runs right next to it, with part of the path taking you on a bridge over the creek that takes you to Walter Bryon Park. If you take the path the other direction, it takes you over to Summit Blvd, just across from Lake Dillon. Plus, it's an easy walk over to Main Street. Kristin's place could not have been more convenient! Plus, the mountain views from all directions, were AMAZING!!!
Our family of 4 easily fit into the 3 bedroom house, and we could've fit 2 more people without any issue, plus, with all the couches, we could've even fit a few more people if we really wanted to.
We highly recommend staying in Kristin's place, and we will definitely be considering her place if it happens to be available this summer.

We loved at the location of this property and appreciated its cleanliness and organization. The owner is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend staying here. This is a great location for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, we’re just chilling out in the hot tub watching the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 7 adults loved this home and Frisco. There is so much to do around the town! Biking, kayaking, shopping, and dining are within a short walk. The home had everything we needed including nice spaces for relaxing. Loved the hot tub and creek. We highly recommend the home!

Perfect Mountain Town Base Camp
Location, Quality, Comfort.. This one has got it.. Close to incredible skiing & hiking + perfect walking distance to Frisco main st. shops & restaurants. Tastefully updated with mountain charm - very clean home with a great vibe. Mountain stream in the back yard w/ visit from a few moose while having our coffee, great memories for the family.. Really enjoyed the home!

A much needed getaway for two families that needed to get out in the fresh air!! Excellent Frisco Home
This is a beautiful home with an ideal location and everything you need to enjoy your vacation! It’s a short walk to Main Street Frisco yet tucked away with a creek right in the backyard. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen offers everything needed, hot tub and decks are amazing, and the living area is very comfortable with plenty of places to relax and a nice big dining room table. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Kristin for the great communication and flexibility!

AWESOME place!
Awesome place and outstanding hospitality by Kristin! Everything was fully stocked, including all three bathrooms. The entire place was immaculate and gave a family of 7 (including a baby) plenty of room to spread out. Great location and sweet hot tube!

Beautiful home on the river
Our family of 5 loved this home. It's situated on Ten Mile Creek in Frisco, and it's nice and relaxing just to sit out in the yard and watch the river flow by. Also, a nice large park with great mountain views is a 30 second walk across the bridge from the home. Main street is a couple of blocks away, and we walked to restaurants and didn't need our car. The interior of the home has plenty of space for a large family, and has upgraded stainless steel appliances (including wine fridge!) and a huge master shower that wouldn't be out of place in a 5 star hotel. The owner Kristin is super responsive and quickly answers any questions. We very highly recommend this home, and will be back again.

Great location, well stocked
Big beautiful, newer house. Found everything we looked for in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Location is walking distance from Main St Frisco shops and eats. Just 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn. Owner is super responsive and so nice!

Great property! Great location!
What a great way to start the new year! My family and I stayed in this lovely home for a few days at the beginning of January. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived so we were able to settle in right away. The grocery store was convenient and it was nice to be able to have some meals at the house rather than have to go out. The one night we did go out to eat, we were able to walk from the house to a restaurant on Main Street! We enjoyed 2 beautiful days skiing at Keystone....the hot tub on the back porch was a welcome relief for our sore muscles and joints! Frisco is a really quaint little town and we would like to return in warmer weather to do some hiking in the mountains!

This was a family ski week. 6 adults and 2 children under 2. Plenty of room to get our own space if needed. Great location - walk to town and close to skiing. Highly recommend.

It is a very nice house with a very close location to downtown Frisco, the only thing I would say the cleaning people should clean the common areas not only bedrooms kitchen and bathrooms.

Delightful Frisco home on the banks of Ten Mile Creek
We are former long-time Frisco residents and Kristin’s place is a wonderful return to home. Grandparents were on third level in king bed, master bath, and private deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek with a great view of an old friend - Buffalo Mtn. The small foyer at the top of the stairs just outside the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable recliner chair, end table and lamp designed for grandpa.
Two sets of kids - one with three year old and one with 10 month old - were ensconced in the bedrooms on first and second levels. Other daughters stayed with friends and family members nearby and all gathered for solstice and Christmas get togethers.
This home is perfect for family gatherings, equipped with anything needed and with sufficient spaces for the food and clothing we brought in. We are eager to return.
