It was a good distance to the beach. Rooftop was okay. No vibe.

As we walked out of the hotel, my husband turned and said 'remind me to never go back there' Where to start... probably the worst reception we have received in Mexico. The guy made us feel like we were interrupting him when we came to check in. We didn't feel welcome at all. We actually thought maybe we were in the wrong place. The room was awful. It was a room on the ground floor connected to another room where at 3am the people were trying to get into our room. Luckily there was a bedside table infront of the door and we could lock the door. Because it was only a door between the two rooms we could hear the people next door who were seeming to have a party. There is also a club about a block down that was so loud we could not sleep. It felt like the DJ was in our room. Needless to say, we stayed one night and were gone by 5am. There was not point lying in a bed trying to sleep. We didn't get any sleep at all. The room had the tiniest window and hardly any natural light. We felt like we were put in the janitors closet.

It was clean and rooftop pool and bar were excellent.

The club noise from down the street was unbearable. The sound started ever night from 9pm until 12am.

If you stay here, make sure to collect all personal belongings. I left my bathrobe in the room and the hotel claims it was not in the room. I went to the hotel and they said they would check and call me and never did. I guess it’s okay to take people’s personal stuff without explanation.

The rooftop was awesome!

The aircon did not work. We had about 30 degrees in the room at night and the floor was soaked wet with condence. Went to the reception for help but they did not speak English, and when I asked to speak with the manager they did not know how to contact them. After two hours of «helping» they ended up telling us they could fix it maybe the next day or the day after. Not helpful. Other guests experienced the same problem. The bar at the rooftop did not have coffee or anything, but you could get a warm beer there in the afternoon. Not coming back!

there is a apartament, But they rent every room. So you can hear everything because there is Only a locked door between. there was no hairdryer, the door lock was broken and at the other part of the apartament there was a kid screaming from 5-6 AM.

All was perfect

It was clean, bedrooms were nice and bathrooms. THE ROOFTOP IS AMAZING and I especially liked the location. Right by the beach and close to restaurants and party life

i hated that there was no free parking for guests and the breakfast included was not what we expected. not worth the money

Location is great, just one block from the ocean one way and one block from 5ta Avenida the other way. The room had all we needed, a comfortable bed, a separate living area, a small kitchenette and a full size fridge. There are glasses and some cutlery that is definitively welcome. The rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect for us (not deep) and very relaxing. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful.

It is a bit loud because of the proximity to bars but it was tolerable. We asked for our room not to be cleaned, as we have a toddler that takes naps at irregular times and we prefer not to be disturbed. Also the cleaning was not properly done. Said toddler broke a necklace and we kept finding beads over the days even after they swept and mopped the floors.

the room that we ordered ended up being more of an apartment so the size was great. Having the roof top bar and pool was also handy. The location was also really good, close to the main areas but on a quieter street

The facilities were a little limited (no hair dryer or iron), the bed was very bouncy, so much so that when one person moves the other person also moves, and the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as some of the other places we had stayed (with the exception of one male with shaved head and a little older I age than the others, he was excellent and very polite). The breakfast was also located outside of the hotel in a cafe, but it was pleasant enough.

You either hate or love the location of the hotel. In our case we hated it. Although close to the beach and in the city center, it was also close to 3 night clubs that played music until late; although some of the noice was covered by a quite loud airco. Since we used it as a stop to get 1 night closer to the airport, it was a disadvantage. Besides, the room was way smaller than all the other hotels that we visited, towels and bed linen were not washed properly and there were holes in the wall.

- The pressure of the water in the shower was very low - The water in the shower was cold, we needed to cold maintenance - The last night the electricity was gone, and even they fixed the water pressure, there was no warm water due to the electricity shortage.

Loved the hotel, reception was very nice. We were given breakfast because our room was not ready yet and we really liked the little place in the corner. The view from the pool is absolutely beautiful.

The location was good and the WiFi worked pretty good.

The breakfast is a waste of money. They do not serve breakfast at the hotel. You are given a coupon to a restaurant which gives you coffee, water, or juice and a croissant. Had I known this, I would not have wasted the money. They only cleaned our room one time out of 6 nights. The hotel failed to mention that you do not get daily cleaning service. The curtains in the living room are see through so there is no privacy. The curtains did not close all the way. All though we told the staff, they did not fix it. Other rooms could easily see into our room. The couch broke when we sat on it. After looking underneath the couch you could tell it was previously repaired for same issue. The room was not ready at check-in time. Check-in time was at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 4:15 PM and had to wait 20 minutes for the room. They did not bother to tell us when it was ready.

During the day the location is nice, but early in the evening the location turns into a miserable nightlife-street with 5 different music tracks mixed together at the same time (from 5 different clubs located in the same street). This noise continues until 3 a.m. so you can't sleep - even with earplugs. In addition, the staff is unfriendly. Finally the breakfast is not in the hotel itself and you only get a coffee and a croissant/cake. in short my advice to look for another hotel…
