Great location to Disneyland. Size of the house is great. There are definitely some deficiencies that need to be looked after but an easy fix. Backyard pool is great but fence needs fixing as it’s a hazard to kids and family Beds are not comfortable but that’s normal in vrbos

Very close to our venue. Property was clean upon arrival and plenty of room for everyone in our party.(4) Loved having the ability to each have their own bedroom for privacy! Would recommend window covering for that corner window in the kitchen to prevent the sun glaring in when you're preparing food. WE had a great stay thanks for bringing us a ironing board cove and quickly!

Overall the property was mostly clean and a good place for 7 women to stay near Disney for a couple days. A few issues, though: a lot of the clean towels were still damp, we were charged a fee for the heated pool but it wasn’t heated and there was no response from the property when I asked that it be turned on, and sort of a small issue in that there was no ability to use streaming services like Netflix. There was cable but that didn’t work (I declined an offer from the property to send someone out because we didn’t stay long) and there was a DVD player but no DVDs to use.
The kitchen was well stocked and the living area and dining area were nice places to gather.

We had a fantastic time. The house was in a great location just minutes away from Disneyland. The swimming pool was fantastic and the whole house for setup so well for a family like ours. We could not have asked for anything more. Really communicative hosts, the house setup and appointed well with everything you would need. We will definitely be back!

We were in the area to go to Disneyland. Half the group has never been. With price of hotels in the area and needing 3 rooms we started looking into renting a house. This house was perfect for our group plenty of room. Has pool too if weather is warmer and time allows. Only downside took way to long for the water to get hot especially in sinks.

They had 2 strollers for use. The pool was too cold for us to use, which was a shame. It was large enough for our party of 5. 30 minute easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Very clean and nicely decorated.

House was great, clean and plenty of space for 8 people. Definitely not walking distance to Disney, but a quick drive if you have a vehicle. Would definitely rent this home again. Everything around was easy and convenient. Much better experience than a hotel. Pool area was a but disappointing lounge chairs were broken so couldn’t really enjoy the outside patio, but we were there in November and weather was t really warm enough to sun bath anyway.

+You can see the Disney Fireworks each night from driveway (if they are doing them)
+Lots of appliances and dishes in kitchen
+Had coffee, tea, salt and sugar available
+Plenty of beach and pool towels
+Sweet, safe feeling neighborhood
Cons:
+Not allowed to have any visitors, ever
+Pool wasn't heated (it was hot during our stay, so this was actually no problem for us)
+There aren't basics for cooking like oil, garlic salt, Pam, foil, etc.
+There are very strict rules (this seems to not be the owners fault, but an Anaheim rental property thing: No noise before 9 am or after 10 pm... even being outside is not allowed, etc.) I believe these are posted so prominently not to make the renter feel unwelcome, but because Anaheim city requires it and they are helping tenants not acquire any costly citations.

Cooking basics were provided which is a nice touch, the only thing I did not like was the cameras on the property, especially the one in the backyard by the pool. Our issues were the very flat pillows on all the beds that had no support and a used tissue in one of the beds in the kids room upon arrival.From the time of booking up until the week just before it was very hard to get any response from anyone to answer any of our questions.Liked that we asked if there was a crockpot and when we arrived a new one was on the counter. Was enough room for 4 kids, and 4 adults.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and living room. Ping pong table in the garage was niice. House has a distinct smell of older home but not too offensive. We could not get the cable TV in main room to work but it was not a big issue since we were out most of the time. The bathrooms were not convenient at all for a go up of 10 people. Master bathroom has no lock! It would be a good house for 4- 6 people but not for larger group because of the bathroom set up. We were not able to enjoy the pool due to the cold weather. The pool looks nice and clean though.!

We were 3 small families, 5 adults and 3 8 year olds. The house was perfect size wise. The kids played dress up with the clothes in the bunk bed room and they swam in the pool. We had a great time. My only minor quibble was the house really isn't walking distance to the park. It short as the crow flies, but it is over a mile to get to the main entrance. That is fine in the morning, but when 3 young kids at the end of the day, that is long way to go. We rented a car and we are sure glad we did.

The location is 1.6 mile walk (brisk 30 minutes) to Disneyland entrance and might be too far for small children to walk. We could see most of the fireworks from the front driveway. Very close to shoppping malls and 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Neighborhood was quite private but the adjoining property owners had a dog that barked at any hour of the day or night.

There were 9 of us travelling and instead of doing a hotel I thought I would look into house rentals. We are first time renters for vacation properties and I am sold! It was so nice to have everyone centrally located. The kids loved the pool and sharing a room. The adults got to visit and watch movies together after the kids went to bed. Overall it was about the same price as getting a hotel room with a LOT more perks. This rental in particular was perfectly setup for the 2 days we spent at Disney and just hanging out in general with family. One night we even hosted a cook-out for the entire family. The house was very clean upon arrival, had pretty much everything we would need and the kids loved the Disney dress up clothes and toys in the kids room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area.

We had a great time celebrating a surprise birthday party at this home. There were two kids and seven adults who stayed in the home and we all took advantage of the amenities provided (especially the ping pong table!). The home was clean and well taken care of. The pool toys could be updated but that didn't stop the kids. We had an issue with getting into the house but this was quickly remedied with a phone call. The location of the house is close enough to Disney that we could leave the park and come back later. Overall, a great time was had by all. Thank you!

You can't go wrong with this house. It was clean,comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family of eight to stay for our ten day trip to SoCal. The location was great, so close to Disney you could see the fireworks from the front yard. The house was clean and very well maintained. We loved the pool and the game room. This home was updated, clean and had good square footage for our large group. The master bedroom TV wasn't working properly when we got there, but Valerie was pretty quick to have that repaired. Although the pool was supposed to be heated the heater wasn't working properly and that was a big disappointment, but Valerie did reimburse me for the additional money that I paid for heating the pool. Valerie wasn't great at communication before my vacation, but during our stay she was better at replying. Walking to and from the park really wasn't a good option, as it is a little too far away and once you've been walking around the park all day, it's just too far of a walk back to the house. We ended up using Uber or Lift. All in all this home is very comfortable and nice.

Great place to stay at, the home was very clean and nicely decorated. Cooking basics were provided which is a nice touch, the only thing I did not like was the cameras on the property, especially the one in the backyard by the pool. It felt like we were being monitored which made us feel uneasy to even be in the pool

The home was very close to Disneyland, beautifully updated interior, great pool for the kids. The home had everything we needed for our vacation. When the stroller was missing from the home Valerie made sure to bring a replacement quickly for our little one. Very comfortable home.

The Aloha House was great for our family of 7 on our trip to Disneyland. Valerie was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many pre arrival questions. It is a very quickly drive to Disney attractions but walking didn't seem reasonable for our group, especially when you consider the 5-7 miles we walked daily while in the parks. The house is well maintained with few exceptions but everything is very modern. We paid to have the pool heated and we're glad we did. The ping pong table was fun for the kids and my boys were extremely happy about the pirate clothes, books and toys in the bunk room! Really nice touch for kids who are out of their element. Noise in the house carries so if you have boisterous members in your group, make sure those wanting to sleep have ear plugs or a sound machine to temper their voices from the living room. Also, while the house has plenty of room for family meals and sleeping, there wasn't enough seating space in the living room for all of us to sit together and watch a movie or crash after a day at the parks. Trash bags were at a premium as well so you might want to bring a couple extra. Overall, excellent choice for the family.
