A final Summer getaway before school starting back, for my son and myself. It was a great property, great location, great amenities! Everything was so close and easy to get to. And when we needed the break, the condo and it's spectacular ocean views from the balcony were the perfect place to relax. I plan on coming here again in the very near future.

The property and location was great. Lots to do and places to go. My only complaint is the construction going on in the room next to us for most of the week. A lot of jackhammering, it was so loud that you had to yell to talk.

Communication with the host was excellent. Both the host & staff on site were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean & well maintained. The view from the balcony is great & the large table is comfortable for outdoor dining. Having beach service included is fantastic & the pool was great, too.

Beautiful view, excellent location, great place! Only complaint is the pull out couch bed was terribly uncomfortable, but everything else was wonderful!

The location is absolutely perfect

It was my daughter’s senior spring break but we didn’t want to be in the “party”. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s and almost everything else you could need, but still far enough away from all the loudness. Only thing I would suggest is to have a Roku on all TVs and provide a sponge/scrub brush for the sink. Everything else was GREAT!!

Loved this place. Loved the view of the Gulf from the sitting area and also from the master bedroom. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need. Enjoyed everything about our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone, and I would definitely stay here in the future.

It was ok, location and price was great, floors were dirty but overall it was ok. Not very comfortable beds and couches.

We enjoy our stay. Loved that it was on the 23rd floor. Beautiful decor, and great location. The only issues that we had was that the floor was very sandy upon arrival. Also, that there should be more things to work with in the kitchen. Other than that, we loved it!

He property was within walking distance to many popular restaurants.

The Condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was amazing. We will be back. do not hesitate to book this one, you will love it.

The building is located in a busy part of Panama City Beach, very close to some restaurants, tourist shops, attractions, and most importantly - right on the beach. Before being swayed by the pictures, you should read this review! THE GOOD: Ample parking. The beds were in good condition and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and fairly clean. Plenty of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. The kitchen was in good working order, with many dishes, cups, and mugs. Most standard kitchen implements, with the exception of a corkscrew. The coffee maker is 10-12 cup drip which uses the basket style filters. You’ll need to supply your own filters. The pools were clean and refreshing. The elevators and common areas were well maintained. THE BAD: The condo itself is generally unkempt and had an air of neglect. Paint was scuffed and there were holes in the walls and ceiling. The bifold door on the laundry area stayed neither open nor closed. The decor was sparse and many years out of date. The circa 2008 bottles of pickled garlic, carrots, and green beans on top of the kitchen cabinets were dusty and discolored. The pillows on the beds were hard and some were larger than the provided pillow cases. The condo is advertised as one that sleeps six people, but at most it sleeps five, if someone is ok sleeping on the sofa. The mattress in the larger sofa was so thin and sandy that it was unusable. The sofas themselves had a strange odor and were embedded with sand and had a greasy feel. We have a photo of the sand that collected in a crevice of one of the sofas. The condo seems to have been cleaned by a professional cleaning crew, but there was several months of dust caked to the A/C return vent and the kitchen light fixture. The tile floors were sandy and slippery upon arrival. We often ended up wearing our shoes in the condo just to keep our feet clean. There was no vacuum cleaner, and we had to request a broom to try to tame the sand problem. We were not provided a dustpan. We kept washcloths near the beds to try to wipe the sand from our feet. We needed to wash the sheets once and the towels at least twice during our week-long stay. We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach, though I wish we had made other arrangements. The condo is not really worth the price, IMO. It is maintained and decorated in such a way that it seems like someone is trying to extract every possible penny out of this condo, to the detriment of comfort and cleanliness.

Cannot beat the views from the 23rd floor. We had a great time. The condo was as expected. We would choose this place again. My only suggestion would be to have a broom and dustpan in the condo. We would have swept several times if there had been one.

Unit was ready early which was nice. Upon arrival and looking around the condo, the bath soap was left in the shower from the previous renter. The furniture has sand under the cushions, obviously not vacuumed. The front bathroom had a leak somewhere as it rained and the floor was wet, several light bulbs were out, lock on the slider to the balcony from the bedroom didn’t lock and only one skillet was usable. Since we didn’t spend much time inside these issues didn’t hinder our vacation. Overall it was a relaxing get-a-way

Me and my family fell in love with this condo. The views are absolutely gorgeous and breathtakingly beautiful. We did not want to leave. Beds were very comfortable, loved the showers. Overall cleanliness was good to me.. All around We are very well pleased and happy. Great place to enjoy, relax and spend time with family.

It’s simple we had next to zero communication with the property owner/best beach getaways or the Ocean Villa crew. Arrived and noticed that the entire place was not clean, washer/dryer unit did not work. Bath drain in master did not drain. And was told Saturday that it would all be fixed and that additional towels would be brought. We finally got towels and drain fixed on Wed night around 7pm. But by this time I had to already purchase cloths for 6 people. Oh the washer was fixed on Friday 1day before we left. We was given a small refund for the trouble but it all could have been handled better with some simple communication. We will not use this location again.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The condo was clean and advertised appropriately. Being right on the beach and being able to enjoy it first thing in the morning was awesome. The beach was phenomenal! Beautiful water! A few things within the condo: the master tub doesn’t drain properly, the mattresses need replacing, and the kitchen pots left something to be desired. The washer did break, but Best Beach Vacations was very quick to fix this. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Nothing of the above would make us not come again! Thank you!

The manager was amazing. Jumped to address any issues we had which were really minor. Perfect location. Definitely would rent again.

Nice condo with great location. Definitely in need of new couches! Also the TV in the living room was not easy to use and we’re tech savvy. Great cafe directly across street!
