Willkommen bei Seablings! Seablings hat einen offenen Grundriss für den Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich mit viel natürlichem Licht in den großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist mit vielen Pfannen, Bratpfannen und Auflaufformen ausgestattet. Große Töpfe für Ihre Meeresfrüchte Abendessen und großen Esstisch, um Buffet-Stil zu verbreiten! Sitzplätze für 8 am Esstisch und 4 an der Küchenbar. Das Haus verfügt über 3 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelschränken und Deckenventilatoren. Das Master-Schlafzimmer mit Master-Bad befindet sich am Ende der Halle und ist mit Kingsize-Bett und 2 großen Kommoden ausgestattet. Auch im Master ist ein Flachbild-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player. Zweites Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Size-Bett mit neuer Matratze, TV und großer Kommode. Drittes Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Bettwäsche wird nur während der PRIME SAISON zur Verfügung gestellt, kann aber im Frühling, Herbst und Winter gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr bestellt werden. Vollbad im Flur gegenüber Zweibettzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Queen-Schlafsofa, Flachbild-TV mit Sat und WiFi. Auch in der Küche befindet sich die Waschmaschine / Trockner im Bifold Door Enclosure. Genießen Sie einen ruhigen Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer, während Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse Kaffee trinken. Neue Gartenmöbel mit Stühlen und Tisch für 4 Personen machen einen schönen Ort für Frühstück und Mittagessen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Terrasse mit zwei großen Picknicktischen für Ihr Essen im Freien. Eine Fisch-Reinigungsstation und ein neuer Holzkohlegrill stehen im Erdgeschoss bereit, um Ihren "Fang des Tages" vorzubereiten. Es gibt auch eine große Außendusche mit w / k und separatem Kapitänskopf (Badezimmer). Für die vierbeinigen Familienmitglieder gibt es einen geschlossenen Hundelauf mit Schatten.

Das Haus ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Zugang zum Strand und ein paar gute lokale Wasserstellen auf der anderen Straßenseite mit Billardtischen und Live-Musik auf den Terrassen bei warmem Wetter. Seablings ist ein großartiger Bungalow in einer ruhigen Straße nur ein paar Kilometer von der Hektik des Herzens von Surf City entfernt. Wir haben einige unserer Lieblingsorte hier gezeigt, einige gibt es schon seit Generationen, einige sind neu auf der Insel. Vielleicht versuchen Sie es während Ihres Aufenthalts. Location is great to beach and to central surf city!
The property manager Kim was excellent to deal w on every level, responsive and accommodating. Plenty of cookware, dishes/glasses
Due to the storm (hurricane Debbie) coming through the week we stayed 8/3-8/10/24 we got 1 night walk on the beach, no other beach time due to rain, storm and tremendous high winds. We tried to make the best of of, but after a week of being cooped up together and nothing being open we got a little stir crazy. Some of the area attractions like Karen Beasley sea turtle ctr. and the Missile museum were closed because of the storm for few days.
The beds were all super comfy but could use new bed pillows. A lot of the surfaces in the kitchen, light fixtures, floors and the HVAC return vent screen need a deep dusting and cleaning. Also kitchen cabinets and built in in dining room could use a serious wipe down, lots of dirty fingerprints. Some drywall repairs are needed as well in master bath and kitchen. It doesn’t seem like the cleaning people do much, master shower was dirty and sink as well. This morning when we were leaving we got blue skies and sunshine great beach weather, too late for us….i would stay here again because of location and great response from manager.

We enjoyed our stay at Seablings over the holiday weekend. The house was clean with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us and the fenced area by the carport was nice. The location was good - not too far from town and close to two public beach access points. The owner was responsive and had the house decorated for the holidays. We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation.

I have a couple of life long friends and we try to take a trip together every year or so. Seablings has become a favorite place to stay. Even in October the weather is beautiful. The house is nice and comfortable inside and the outside areas are great also. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation. We love this place. It fits our family of 4 perfectly & we love that we can bring along our fur babies so they can enjoy the beach as well. We always make such great memories here & can’t wait to come back each year! It’s the perfect place for us 😊

Seablings has been my favorite vacation stay out of dozens I have stayed at over the years. Location is perfect. Porch is fantastic. Unit is clean. Beds are super comfortable. One thing you don’t find many places is to have linens included which makes the weekly fee so affordable. Everything you need is there when you arrive. The dog run needs some minor repairs to be able to leave a dog alone inside. My kids and I will be back!!

The Seablings house is a fantastic option in Surf City! It's a great space with everything you need..short drive to everything and super short walk to the beach. Best of all, we could bring our sweet little pups with us. Vacations are so much more enjoyable with the fur kids. Thanks for sharing your lovely family beach home with us!

Kim - We loved your home. Everything we needed was there. Every meal was cooked at the property because everything we needed was there. Very clean home. Very comfortable mattress. We loved the Christmas decor. A little gift was left for the "Siblings" "Seablings", so we hope you see it. It's hanging close to the front door. We highly recommend this property for a fun/family get away anytime during the year.

This was a great experience overall. The layout of the beach house worked great for us (no going up and down stairs to bedrooms). Everything was one floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Felt more like staying at a friends home and not a rental.
Great communications with Kim. Was able to reach out at any time and received quick responses. Loved the location. Easy access to beach, stores and restaurants. Definitely on our list to return in the future! Our friends that came for a couple of nights also enjoyed it.

Nice house, comfortable, could use a deep cleaning, advertised dog run was not really usable due perhaps due to prior renters not cleaning up after their dogs.

This is a really nice place to stay. Close to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen. I love the games and we played surf city monopoly. Fun family time! I would stay there again.

For the 2nd year in a row, we chose Seablings for our family vacation and it was PERFECT! Nice updates to the house, fully stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home! It is a short walk to the beach and the island is so calm & relaxing! Kim is a great host and communicated with me several times during the week! We are already planning our next visit!

Perfect Fit
This is our second time staying at Seablings and it is such a perfect fit for our family of 4. We all have our own space, but still has plenty of gathering space. The deck is my favorite and I also enjoy cooking while looking out at the sliver of ocean. The master bed and shower have been updated the past year, as well a few other items, and were much appreciated. The home is well cared for and has everything you need to be able to enjoy your stay. The location can't be beat. You have easy access to two public beach access points and a great park at the end of the street! Kim is great to work with and even informed us that there was going to be a sea turtle release while we were staying! Overall, a great week and we plan to return next year.

We loved staying here for our beach family trip! It was close to the beach, playground, and several great places to eat! The house had everything we needed for the whole week and it was so nice to sit on the porch in the afternoons (in the shade!) to listen to the waves on the beach. Great week at this house!

Beautiful and updated house! Room for everybody and everything you could need for a great beach vacation. Three bedrooms tastefully decorated with lots of extra towels household beach stuff. We really loved it and you will too. Three very short blocks to the beach. Ramp for the beach was handicap accessible so it was really easy to load our stuff and get on the beach The property manager Kim is very easy to work with. Book this place you will or not regret it. Room for several cars plus the patio was big and nicely decorated. Room for lots of people to sit and enjoy the sunrise.

The property was wonderful. It was fully decorated for Christmas, which my wife loved. Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the linens (through no fault of the owner), but Kim went above-and-beyond to rectify the situation. Walking distance to beach. Biking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.
