Large Lake View Home in Tahoma for December Lease
Dieses Haus hat viele Annehmlichkeiten, die es für alle Altersgruppen und Treffen wünschenswert machen. Wir befinden uns am 368 Sunnyview Drive, Tahoma in der Glenridge Development auf dem Highway 89 an der Westküste von Lake Tahoe.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin mit Blick auf das Deck und den Blick über den See. Die Küche blickt auf den großen Raum. Es gibt einen Brunswick Pokertisch für Spiel- und Kartenspieler neben unserem Computer- / Internetbereich. All dies blickt auf unsere Terrasse mit Spa und Aussicht. Wir haben auch eine Regulierung Pool-Tabelle im Bereich rec.
Wir haben ein Spielzimmer auf der Eingangsebene, mit einem professionellen Billardtisch, Holzofen, und angrenzendem Bad / Sauna-Kombination. Dieser Eintrag ebenen Boden hat auch die voll ausgestattete Waschküche.
Es gibt eine Garage für zwei Autos und Platz für drei Autos unter unserem Deck.
Im Winter bieten wir die Schneeräumung. Auch 40 Meter hinter unserem Haus gibt es eine schräge Brandstraße, die eine schöne Rodelbahn im Winter macht.
Wir bieten alle Bettwäsche, Holz für den Kamin, und Propan für den Grill.

This is an amazing house in an amazing location. The house is just a short (10 minute) walk down to Meek's bay and a quick drive to some of the best hiking and views in all of Tahoe. And the house itself is an amazing place to host friends and family, with so many amenities, luxurious bedrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend August with our family and friends.

House was perfect for my group! Despite having a group of 12, the house felt very spacious and we never ran out of hot water. Roxana was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna and fireplace were lovely after skiing and the pool table and ping pong table were a crowd favorite. Not to mention the house had an amazing view of the lake! Close to North and South Lake Tahoe (as long as the road is open by emerald bay). I’d recommend this house to anyone planning a large trip to Tahoe.

This house was perfect for
Despite the fires in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely house, staying indoors alot more than we anticipated. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks and the perfect place to congregate, comfortable living room couches accommodated 10 adults well and were great for hanging out. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were large and beautifully tiled. And we had fun in the game room. The owner was very helpful, and we had a great time.

Our group of 12 had another week at this great cabin. Roxana was very prompt in fixing a few plumbing issues. It never interfered with our great experience.

Great location. Can walk to Meeks bay. House is well stocked with kitchen essentials and bathroom toiletries. House was well stocked with lots of games and plenty of areas to gather and play games. Host was very responsive.

Loved Our time!
This is our second time staying here. Two years ago we came with my in laws loved it so much we came back with my side of the family. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the cleanliness is covid free, loved all of the extra touches they added from two years ago. We were able to see two bears roaming the cabin what a beautiful site. You are close to
Meeks Bay, trail running, etc. we plan on coming back! Thank You again for all the memories!

Perfect Family Getaway
This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we could possibly need and more importantly it was very clean and well maintained. There was definitely pride of ownership. We had a nice view of Lake Tahoe from the deck and really enjoyed the hot tub. Wonderful family memories were made and we hope to come back!

Nice holiday home
We spent 3 nights in the house. The house is clean and very cozy with excellent sauna and jacuzzi. During these three days we ride kayaks, horses, bicycles, and a helicopter. It will take you about 30 minutes from home to get to all these entertainments. Of the minuses of this house, this is check out, because you will need to complete a whole list of actions.

Beautiful Home
We loved staying at this property! My family was celebrating my parents' 60th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect space for 12 of us (with 2 babies). The kitchen is very well stocked, with plenty of kitchen implements, cookware, small appliances, dishes and flatware. There was a good supply of paper products and linens for the bathrooms as well. We loved the area - it was very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to Meeks Bay and drive 15 minutes to Tahoe City. Also, the owner, Roxana, was a pleasure to work with! We would love to stay at this property again.

Beautiful, Spacious Place With Lovely Views
This place is perfect for a big group. We were 9 of us and there was plenty of space. The sofa in the living room is very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The views from the deck are amazing and the hot tub, pool table and bbq are a nice touch for a relaxing weekend. This place is close to Emerald bay and the hikes around are easily accessible.

Perfect for multiple families
We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Other than to sled in the backyard we never left. Between the pool table, hot tub and endless views you won’t want to go home. This location was perfect for a winter get away. The snow and the sled hill out back had the children thrilled for many hours! We did have a hiccup with the hot tub being cold when we arrived but Roxanna was quick to respond with instructions and we were able to use it the next day. We would definitely recommend to others and intend to repeat our trip to this home again next year!

Gorgeous winter getaway
What a gorgeous home and location. Our family just came back from staying here. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We had two very good snow storms, so we were able to see a foot of fresh powder. The snow covered trees with the lake in the backdrop created such a spectacular view! The layout is great and can accommodate a large extended family. A very spacious home and yet feels very cozy. The home has everything you need. The check in and check out process is seamless. Do not hesitate to book this home for your Lake Tahoe getaway! We definitely want to come back.

Fantastic House and Location!
We had a GREAT time during our week stay in early February! The house was exactly as advertised and it's in a fabulous location. The home layout is perfect and is very spacious. We built a sledding trail in the backyard which was fun for everyone. We also enjoyed the privacy of this location and the view of the lake from the deck. The hot tub and sauna worked good and were both very relaxing. Roxana was great to work with (very responsive to questions and informative), as was the house cleaner at time of check out. We would definitely stay there again in the future and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for fun and relaxation in the Tahoe area.

It was a great time for our family to stay in this house at winter time. Kids were having fun playing outside with snow and sliding. Very enjoyable time spent in the hot tub and sauna. Also kids enjoyed playing billiards.

This home was top notch! Screams from the kids while they ran threw the house picking their rooms! Amazing home and views. Our own snow park in back yard . Had home for 3 days. Never had to leave or wanted to. We had all we needed there to make our Christmas getaway perfect. 🤗

Family Get Away
We came to Tahoe with our five adult children for a weekend getaway. The house was great with each person having their own room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The large living space and large dining tables allowed us ample room to eat and play games together. We would definitely stay again.

Got engaged here!
First off, you can have the most amazing house in the world, but having a great host is over half the experience and Roxanna was a AMAZING host. I had stayed here before when one of my friends had rented the place, and the views and house layout are amazing. Perfect place to relax with a large group, and I loved it so much I got engaged on the front balcony. Roxanna was a huge help, and I will definitely be renting here again.

A warm and welcoming home
It was such a beautiful place for my family, ages 2 to 78 to gather, with plenty of space for all of us.. It is so amply equipped and beauty out of all the windows... The deck overlooking Meeks Bay is wonderful for sitting with a glass of wine quietly alone or sharing with others.
One thing I’d like to suggest is that when using the hot tub, make sure no car is parked underneath it.

Great Extended Weekend
The property was fantastic. The photos are accurate and the view is amazing. We stayed with two other families and there were enough bedrooms/bathrooms to easily accommodate everyone. The bedrooms were each stocked with towels and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cooking utensils, glasses, plates we could want. The check-in was so easy and the check-out process was seamless. Everyone kept saying how much they loved the house. There are two cabinets full of games for all ages. Both the adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub and the adults loved the sauna. We brought our own food - but it's close enough to West Shore Pizza, West Shore Cafe, and Obexers Market that you could easily pick up dinner to go. Everyone in our group said this was such a find and they would be excited to return.

We loved all the space for our group of 12. There was plenty of seating both indoors and out. The layout of the bedrooms made it easier for peaceful nights. The view, quiet location, and comfort of the house has already enticed our group to return for another week next summer.
