Smell that ocean breeze from the bedroom window!! This is a beautiful home.

We had a spectacular time at this property. We were a family of five and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own bedroom space. Since the property is steps from the beautiful bay the host had provided lots of beach equipment and outdoor games which was a big plus since we traveled from Texas for this week stay. We had family just a street away and were able to accommodate them for dinner one night with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and a washer and dryer were provided also! We would love to stay at this property again in the future and I highly recommend it for families. The host, Patty, was very responsive and easy to work with! Staying at this property made our vacation a great success!

We had a great time and visit to Long Beach. The house was just as advertised and communication with Patty was very good and quick. There were 6 adults and child under one with us. The house had a pack a play and high chair for our grand daughter and comfortable beds for the adults. We had a small party at the house that the owner allowed and everyone complemented on how nice the house was and the location. It was a great week in Long Beach. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect for connecting with family and enjoying the bay and the beach. The home was nicely laid out with all of the amenities. It was helpful to have the garage for parking, since it is limited. I cannot say enough about our host. Great communication. We had a missing toaster and she had one delivered the next morning. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

The house is as described with plenty of space for our group of six in a quiet location. Quite honestly, we were gone all day and only slept and showered but the home had everything we could need. The attached garage was a great bonus and we had enough room to fit our RAV4 rental with ease. The main bedroom was ginormous with a comfy king bed and good water pressure. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the other two bedrooms with extra pillows/blankets in an armoire. The home itself is a little dated with many switches that did not seem to power anything but it was clean. The owner, Patty, was very attentive and helpful. She checked in with us daily which was appreciated. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed the home on the Peninsula in Long Beach. Home was clean and well organized with lots of beach equipment such as paddle boards, a kayak, beach towels, and more. The beach on both sides of the street was just steps away. Patty was super easy to communicate with and is always available to help. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathrooms were pretty awesome. We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend the property for a beach vacation.

This home was very conveniently located--grocery stores, restaurants, and the ocean. Having three bedrooms and two baths upstairs with a bath downstairs also worked very well for us. Patty was extremely accommodating and helpful. The only drawback is parking as the street parking can fill up and the garage could be difficult to pull-in. Luckily, this did not detract from our stay.

We stayed for 11 nights while in town for my daughters wedding. I was able to bake the wedding cake in the well appointed kitchen with double ovens. It is in a beautiful location and very walkable to bay and shore with the beach just a few houses away. The beds were comfy and the breezes through the windows were lovely. Garage is smallish-could fit a medium SUV, but was tight. Minivan wouldn’t fit. Parking can be an issue, but was usually able to find something within a few blocks. I would definitely stay here again. Patty was very responsive to any question and ran right over when we blew a fuse and couldn’t locate the box. Thanks Patty!

A family of 5 stayed in this lovely property for 8 days. Communication was excellent. With the many provided beach equipment, it was welcoming that we only had to walk 55 steps to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I rented the house for a low-key beach holiday. The location was absolutely amazing - just a short walk to a quiet kid-friendly beach. The house came with everything you could need for a beach vacation - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, even beach toys and paddle boards. Patty was so easy to get in touch with and did everything to make sure we felt at home. Would definitely rent again!

Patty’s home was beautiful and fully equipped with lots of activities for my family from paddle boards to bikes and games. Home is just a few houses from the bay and beach. Driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Patty was very helpful with our pre planning and meeting us upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing. Large open floor plan on the main floor allowed our group to plan our next adventures while giving everyone space. Beds were comfortable.
We were told garage wouldn’t accommodate a minivan. We were able to find street parking a few blocks away when we retuned at night. Walking at night wasn’t an issue so it was ok.
Location of property between ocean and inlet was ideal. Lots of places within walking distance. We would stay here again- but we’d try to have a smaller vehicle next time.

This house is situated perfectly between the bay and the beach, we ended up lounging at the bay side more to paddle board and kayak which the owner kindly provided to us! And she is awesome! She helped us w so many recommendations! We loved the market around the corner for quick snacks and wine! And the coffee shop is fantastic! We were able to grill and cook a few nights and the kitchen is well appointed! Super clean and cozy!

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect for my daughters beach wedding. I had no idea how magnificent the master bed/bath was when booking and it was the perfect area for the bride to be and the photographer to capture photos that last a lifetime. The location couldn’t have been better nestled between the bay and the Oceanside. Patty was phenomenal as our host and if we return to the Long Beach area, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location quiet beach community
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Patty was super helpful and made us feel at home. The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked as described in the listing. The location was close to Disney, Knotts, and LA. There are other beaches to visit both to the north and to the south within minutes. There are several water activities that can be enjoyed on the bay to one side of the house and the ocean is right on the other side. The local shops and restaurants on 2nd street are close by and top notch. I am looking forward to my stay next year.

Very loud property
Property is much older then described and in bad shape. Neighbors are very close and we could not sleep as you can hear every word from the neighbors. Master bathroom was falling apart with the shower having a gaping hole in the tile

Perfect group lodging
We stayed here with 8 people. It was perfect. There are so many bathrooms that we never had an issue with someone having to wait to shower. Parking was a little tricky if we came home late (we had 2 cars). Whoever didn't park in the garage sometimes struggled to find a spot in the street but even that was fine as we never parked more than 5/6 blocks away. So awesome. Highly recommend!

Perfect house in ideal location
We highly recommend this property. Eight of us stayed here including grandparents, parents, and four kids between the ages of 8 and 15. It is half a block to the Sandy Marina side where we paddle boarded and kayaked, and a block and a half to the ocean. The peninsula is an ideal location close to everything, yet far away from any craziness. It's felt like a private beach. The house was perfect and comfortable. The beds and pull-out sofa bed were comfortable. The house was well stocked . The garage was convenient, so I never had a problem parking. I cannot recommend this house enough! We hope to return!

Family Reunion
We live on the east coast and hadn't seen our children on the west since COVID started. This was a perfect venue to be together for a few days. Cooked meals together in a fully equipped modern kitchen, and enjoyed water activities on the beach a few steps away. Great location

We had a great stay at Patty’s house well situated near the ocean and bay beaches. The Long Beach weather was superb which allowed us to walk every morning along the water. The house accommodated us well particularly the garage which was essential for parking our car. Patty was an excellent host, quickly responding to the several questions we had.
