Chris is a wonderful host, he kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, even luxury beach chairs and a cooler. The best is the view, we saw many beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Cant wait to book again. The Hills

We have stayed at this unit in the past and once again, it did not disappoint! It is in a great location, has all the amenities you need and is super clean! Beach chairs, umbrella, all appliances and cooking necessities and.....you can't beat the view! Love the balcony! Perfect location to everything but not too crowded. We'll definitely be back!

This condo was fabulous! It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The interior is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! It has a nice, spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean! Our whole family enjoyed it. We will definitely be staying there again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well appointed, and the view was by far the best one we’ve ever had while on vacation. The white sand beach in front of the condo was not crowded at all and the gulf water was absolutely stunning. We spent most of our evenings on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets, but we could’ve easily watched from our top floor SPACIOUS balcony. The condo has 4 beach chairs you can use and there are plenty of beach toys you can borrow from an area down by the pool. When returning to the condo from the beach, there are a couple of outdoor showers to rinse off before stepping into the pool or hot tub. There are also plenty of pool toys and floats for you to borrow near the pool! You can walk up the 5 flights of stairs if you’re trying to get your steps in, or just take the elevator. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but we also loved riding bikes (we brought our own) down to Pass-a-Grille. Publix is super close and we used Instacart to order and pick up our groceries when we arrived. We typically visit a different beach every summer, but after this trip, we know we’ll definitely return to St. Pete Beach AND this condo.

What an amazing vacation! This property is right on St. Pete Beach. So even on the few days it was rainy or cold, we could enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the beauty of nature. This unit is nicely decorated and has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is FULLY stocked all the way down to the pizza cutter. The Publix is within walking distance as are a multitude of restaurants. Chris, the owner, is so helpful. From restaurant suggestions to explanations of the property, he is a ready source of information. We can’t say enough good things about him and his lovely property.

The condo was terrific. Great location on the beach. This unit is dead center, top floor looking right at the beach. You can tell Chris takes great pride in offering a top quality rental. He was very gracious, helpful and communicated very well. We had one small issue with the tub and he came to repair it that day. The unit is well stocked with supplies. I wish every condo we rented was this well stocked. It seems just common sense, but it typically is not. Very clean and updated. I can recommend renting this unit without reservation.

Chris and Ali were gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The condo exceeded our expectations. No need for a car you can use the free shuttle service. Close to shopping and great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay right on beach with gorgeous view of sunset. The whole condo was spotless and included everything we needed plus more. So glad we chose this place to stay for our family vacation.

Perfect spot and beautiful updated condo, stocked with many items most St. Pete condo owners don’t provide. The only issue which was somewhat minor is the washer, dryer and utilities are located in the second bedroom and no closet space in that room. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient and a little loud for those who stayed in the guest bedroom. I’d suggest doing 2 twins or bunks in that room to provide more room as it’s a. little tight for 2 adults. Other than that, perfect stay and we will be back!

This condo is so AMAZING!!! Very clean and lots of attention to detail. Newly renovated and literally everything is furnished including items to take to the beach right outside the building. Definitely will consider revisiting St. Pete’s Beach and staying here.

The condo was beautiful with amazing views of the Gulf. Every amenity was well stocked plus even more. We used the beach chairs. Umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers for our daily beach excursions. There was even sunburn gel for us to use after coming in every day from the beach, looking like lobsters! The condo looks exactly like the pictures and you will not be disappointed staying here. Chris is very attentive and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we didn't have any needs. This was the best 50th birthday vacation! Thank you!

The hosts, Chris and Ali, left no stone unturned. Every amenity that you can think of is there, and the very large balcony's view of the gulf is outstanding. Cleanliness was important to us especially now, and it certainly is not only clean, but very organized while also feeling very homey. It's convenient to everything but very private also. We loved it!

I have stayed in MANY rentals over many years. This place, by far, is one of the best. Large fifth floor balcony overlooking the Gulf - clean , clean, clean! Because of the Covid virus we were told to take the sheets and towels home if we wanted or they would be donated after use - this was an outstanding move on the owner's part to protect visitors. We were constantly surprised at everything the owners offered to make our stay, well, just swell. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, games, books, FULLY stocked kitchen with any kitchen appliance or gadget you need, there was even coffee in the pantry, loads of cooking spices, soaps, cleaners, paper goods...I could go on and on. It was simply delightful!!!!

This was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had. The owners were thoughtful in all the accommodations and niceties they provided. Responses to questions were immediate. The area was perfect. The condo management itself was also helpful. We will be back again.

The view from the balcony was spectacular and just steps to the beach. The owner was extraordinarily attentive to every need and the unit was immaculate upon our arrival. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach get away.

The beds were so comfortable and the towels very plush. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Convenient to so many great restaurants. This was our first time to the Gulf coast and St. Pete Beach. By far the most beautiful, uncrowded beach in Florida. We will only stay at Chris and Ali’s condo when we visit again!
