Easy access to the sun beach and a few miles to the supermarket. Very clean and spacious.

My 2 friends and I stayed at this property and had the best time- it was the most location.

Very nice, clean and roomy place. Had a lovely time sitting on the balcony enjoying the neighborhood. Access to the beach is just a short walk to the end of the road. Many great beaches nearby, short drive to a grocery store, Haliewa Town, etc. Owner was easy to work with and everything was great!

Great beach house. Lots of room and very accurate description. We had some trouble getting in when we arrived, but Cathy was very responsive and helped us immediately. I would note that it's not the cleanest house (dust, dirt on window sills, beds not made properly, sandy shower) but it was fine and the location and amount of space was perfect for us. We would stay here again and recommend it!

The house was so big and roomy for our party of 6. The kitchen is huge! I loved it that every teenager had their own bed. The house is just down the road from two public beech accesses, though don't plan on much swimming because the waves are the North Shore are unlike any I've ever seen (mind you we always vacation at Orange Beach, AL). Overall very wonderful house! It was nice after a day of traveling to have laundry detergent and shampoo there for us to use. It's the little things that make a difference.

We loved the house. We did have an issue with one of the beds, but it was resolved very quickly when management was contacted. We would definitely rent again.

The house was wonderful - a lovely place to stay, very close to Sunset Beach. It's more spacious than I pictured it from the photos. If I ever get back to the area with a large-ish group, I would definitely try to stay again. There were many things that were as advertised, so we were glad to have our expectations set ahead of time: the lack of air conditioning, the shared space with downstairs neighbors, the small parking space. All things that we made work, no problem. The house could use a few basic improvements - many of the light bulbs are burned out, and better doors to the downstairs bedrooms/bathrooms would be great. (The current ones don't really offer any privacy.) I also think a few hooks hung in most of the rooms would come in handy, for hanging laundry, wet towels, etc. All in all, we had a fabulous time, and the house was a great home base for our North Shore adventures. The beach itself makes up for any shortcomings. So gorgeous, and such amazing sunsets!!

This house is nestled in a family type of community - we had an 11 year old along with 5 adults and he was able to quickly make friends as there were upwards of 20-30 kids at one point all hanging out getting along! Two of which happened to reside right down stairs as the house has two full time residents on the ground floor- we found them to be very friendly and helpful during our 10 day visit. I would recommend this location for family atmosphere and very close to the beach! A short walk away is Teds Bakery! The best food and location is perfect! We could not have found a better place to stay on the North Shore. We would certainly go back here again! No AC - but we acclimated after a day or so . Neither TV/cable system worked during our entire stay but internet worked well- which actually turned out to be a good thing ! Plan to shop for paper products (toilet/paper towels) soon after arriving - which was a bit of a surprise but we left plenty for the next renter along with some beach shoes and drink coolers. Overall we were very happy we chose to stay here!

The house was located a short walk from a beach that was great. We had plenty of room inside the house. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay - some general maintenance should be done and a few more written instructions on things would have been nice, but would stay again.

We had a great time. The North Shore is beautiful. The house was nice. We didn’t know before we purchased that their was a family downstairs, probably would not stayed here had we been informed. They were nice we just had to be mindful of them being downstairs. Also having no locks or real doors on the two bedrooms downstairs was weird and did not leave much privacy. The walk to the beach was really close so that was nice. All in all we had a awesome time.

What a wonderful place! Perfect location to beaches food and teds bakery a must for everyone. Everyone has been so nice the one and only thing no air conditioning other then that five stars!

Good property for familes.

There were 6 adults and 1 10 year-old. The space was super conducive to gathering around the table kitchen, but also to retreat when you needed to do your own thing, apart from the group. The lanai was perfect--we hardly used the living area where the TV was. We cooked almost every day and stocked the fridge. We could have done more with an upgrade with available pans (we only had one main pan to work with), but perhaps it made it feel more like a fun adventure to be MacGyver and figure out how to cook the meals we cooked. The listing does not reflect all the amenities it had. One of our concerns was "is there a door between the master bedroom and bunk bed room?" There was/is, but we were told "no." So my only suggestion would be to be persistent in asking the property manager what the space comes with. Other examples were: there is a cooler, a beach umbrella, mats--things that we researched prior to coming, having bought, only to find out the house already had it. The property manager was great and responsive! Better energy over email than on the phone, but still great. I would simply suggest asking...again, as the listing is not very complete. I would say it had a lot more to offer than what was stated on VRBO. Lastly, the location was brilliant. It was steps from the sand. LIke 40 or 50 yards. Great area and neighborhood, best for tranquil vibes. Not good for party vibes. The neighbor downstairs is super awesome, if you are too. Being mindful and respectful goes a long way.

Great property and location is perfect for those that like being on the north shore. Five houses from the beach and nearly directly across the street from Ted’s Bakery - great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Great kitchen with huge fridge.

Property was clean and location was incredible. Only about 5 houses from the beach and located in a great neighborhood!! Kitchen was large. We did not cook any meals there so I am not sure how well it is stocked but the stove is ancient...if you're into vintage then maybe you'll admire it ;) There is a tenant that lives below the property. She was really great! Our kids are all older so that wasn't a problem keeping them quiet. The parking is very tight! The designated parking stall is in between two tenants vehicles and getting in and out with a larger vehicle was tricky (We rented a suburban) . There are NOT boogie boards to use so swing by Costco on your way there and grab some! You'll definitely want boogie boards as the waves were awesome! The property manager was difficult to work with and did not reply to some of our questions. The property itself, however, was truly perfect! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Property is a minute walk from the beach. And a 2 minute walk to Ted’s! Views from the lanai! Sleepy little neighborhood. Roomy, comfortable interior! Comfy beds... Overall great place, great trip! Super happy and will definitely be back!!

The house and the location are awesome! Literally just steps from a great beach. The property management was very helpful. However, the house itself is not very homey. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on, not to mention the beds are a little old and pretty lumpy. That having been said though, everything else was awesome. The neighbors underneath are very nice but I did feel like we were imposing upon her but she never made me feel that way. The house is stocked with the necessities and even an extra ice-chest and beach towels but no boogie boards or chairs but just a couple of miles down the road you can easily rent what you need.
