The property was a great home away from home while we spent a few weeks in the Cape. The location was great with easy access to beaches and restaurants and playgrounds for the kids. The outdoor space was fantastic with breakfast on the porch or dinner outside and room to play. The property was well stock with the basics and was very comfortable.

We had a great time at the Chase and Wine house. Great location, plenty of space. We loved hanging on the porch and grilling at night. Walking distance to restaurants and beach.

Fabulous week @ Chase n Wine. We brought our bikes for easy rides to the beach, which I highly recommend. The kitchen has almost anything you would need for meal prep and is beautiful. We spent most of our time outside on the porch or in the side yard. The whole family LOVED the outdoor shower!!!. Would love to return. Thanks for a great week

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week in August. It was spectacular! The house was huge & welcoming! The decor boosts the feeling of being on The Cape! Just beautiful! It is close to everything so we ventured out to have the best time possible! The owners were fantastic with all of our questions and super friendly! We would love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals at home, as we were with our two small kids. In walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, and shopping.

House was exactly as stated. Clean. Charming and close to everything. You need to bring almost nothing with you. Owner was very responsive.

A great 4th of July week spent with family. The house is in a perfect location, has all the things you need inside and out and turns a week away into great family memories. House is great for families with plenty of outside entertaining spaces. A short walk to the beach or a stroll to local restaurants or ice cream shop rounds out the day perfectly. A must stay. A great getaway, especially if sitting on the porch reading, chatting or hosting “happy hour” is your idea of a fun time. Comfortably furnished, well equipped and gracious hosts - already looking forward to our return.

We had a wonderful weekend down the Cape at John's house! It is in a great location and in short walking distance to many great places. The house is adorably decorated and a great size. Would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Capt Benjamin Chase's Cape Cod Farm House. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fabulous - we made many delicious meals. All of the appliances worked great. Our only disappointment since we love to barbecue was that the outside grill was not operating properly. We visited Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown, and Chatham Fish Pier and often drove on Rt 6a for the many shops including Scargo Pottery as well as many other attractions. Mini-golf and the nearby inflatable park were a few of our children's favorites. We really enjoyed Wee Packet for breakfast and the nearby Cuffy's has a wonderful general store. Our grandson enjoyed all the available games you had at the house particularly the tiki toss. The side yard was a great place to hang with the family while the fence provided a terrific sitting area with privacy. We would definitely recommend your home to our friends and relatives and can't wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed the house. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! The owner was very easy to reach. We plan on returning next year.

The house was traditional Cape Cod but with a bonus of updated bathrooms! We stayed in the off season and the house was warm and welcoming. The owners were kind and very attentive.

A group of us girls spent a rainy weekend in this home and it couldn't have been better! We hung out on the porch getting some out door time. The inside is just beautiful and has everything you could possibly need.It also comes with some history that you can read about as you stay.We will surely be back!

My wife and I were delighted to have a home where our 2 sons, daughters in-Law, and grandchildren could all be under one roof. My mother was even able to spend a few days with us. The location was ideal for our versatile needs. 1.5 miles to the bike trail, 1/2 mile to the beach, and a short drive to many major attractions for the grandchildren. The restaurants in the area were great and we especially enjoyed the Wee Packet just at the end of the road for breakfast on several occasions. I have to say one of the biggest pleasures for me and all the members of our family was that wonderful traditional covered porch. Every morning we would slowly gather there for coffee and on the 2 rainy days we had it was so nice to be able to sit on that porch and read or play games with the grandchildren or just watch the rainfall. We will definitely be looking to rent the Captain Benjamin Chase House in the future. Charles

It was everything and more! My family and I couldn't ask for anything better. The ocean breeze was great at night. The grill and all the out side tables and chairs was great! The grill was great ! Had everything you could ever want in the kitchen and a nice dining room table As we enjoyed our breakfast. My family and I felt like this was home away from home but with the ocean breeze and smell. If you need anything this place has it , the outside shower was awesome at night and looking up at the stars while showering refreshing and relaxing. .

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful side porch, there is always a cool breeze from the ocean. Lots to do , a quick walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great house with tons of charm! We loved the morning on the patio and the cook out in the evenings.Close to attractions and an easy walk to the beach.John was great to work with.Do not miss sundae school! Hope to back again next year

We loved the house, especially sitting on the porch. It was the perfect size for our family of 9. The kids loved "rooming" together. It was easy to walk to so much in town. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks John for being so accommodating and easy to reach.
