I expected to check in really late, and the host was very kind to allow my request beforehand. Unexpectedly, my bus arrival into Turin was delayed and I turned up at the hotel in the middle of the night. Yet the host was very understanding and polite, and waited up for me. It was this hospitality that touched me. The bus station is a very walkable 15mins away, and the train station is even nearer. To the city centre it takes about 25mins of leisure walking. Room is clean and spacious, and very much value for money for Western Europe standards.

Posizione fantastica e super collegato.
Vecchia, polverosa e non accogliente. Mai dormito su un letto più scomodo. Doccia fatiscente con miscelatori anni 20 e con tracce di muffa sul box. Polvere sui comodini e arredo totalmente da sostituire.

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo, camera molto spaziosa, senza bagno ma con lavandino e bidet all'interno della camera, presente anche tavolo con bollitore per il thè, tutto pulito
Non funzionavano le chiavi dei portoni, per me nessun problema rientrando presto la sera suonavo e mi aprivano

Good location and service. The staff were very friendly but it was difficult to contact them because they were not at the reception most of the time. The shared bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and gave complimentary biscuits and coffee. Good safety and cleanliness. The room itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities. It is located 5 minutes by walk from Porta Susa station.

Last minute booking a couple hours before I arrived. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room huge. Great wifi. Bed sooooo comfortable. Great facilities. Nice hot shower. Felt very safe and in a fantastic central location.

We were only there one night, breaking a long train journey. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, a decent size and good value. There was tea, coffee. The very nice chocolates and vegan biscuits were much appreciated. Location was excellent, close to Porta Susa station, walking distance from Porta Nova for our journey the following day. Several restaurants close by, we found an excellent pizzeria.
Nothing. The hotel is upstairs, but there is a lift. The lift is not that large if you have several bags or are claustrophobic. (Didn't bother us)

Bathroom is old and looks grimy though I am sure it was cleaned as far as possible. Toilet now stained.

It took a few moments to realise it was only part of an apartment block and we had to find the right bell- not really a problem

the room was specious but the bathroom in the room looked lime it was made from a paper. it didn’t look clean and safe. there was a noise from the pipes

The location was great and the rooms are quite clean. Plus the stuff was so friendly :)
The bathroom was a little tiny, the fan and the flush in the bathroom was noisy. The isolation of the walls between rooms was inadequate.

Location was perfect for us because we had to catch a train very early the next morning and it is very close to Porta Susa train station
The kind of closed/sealed doors between the rooms I guess when it was once a big apartment, I think it's worth bricking those up
