Condo was wonderful. Great location. Clean and beautiful. I appreciated the washer and dryer. I like that I did not have to go to the front desk to check in and get a key. Thank you for the experience.

I did not like that the extra fees, they were exceeding the actual rent amount. It was hard to find location because advertised location was miss named. Hotel Bar did not have the supplies to give us a proper cocktail. Roaches crawling on bar top. My cranberry drink was not sweet. My cocktail time with my husband wasn't what I expected due to the bar quality. We just went back to the lovely condo.

parking pass was not ready. I had to purchase it separately. 3 Fire alarms were broken and it rang until 2nd day 4am. I requested to fix it, the guy who came to fix did not resolve the problem. Also, construction was going on upstair and made non stop loud noises. I texted to property manager and she said she can’t do anything for it. My parents and I absolutely could NOT sleep. I requested a full refund because 1. we all could bot sleep in the condo because of alaram 2. we did not want to stay in 2nd day, but we had to. because of lack of sleep on first day 3. fact that we had to cancel last two days of stay and had to go back home earlier 4. My 65yrs old parents couldn’t sleep and we all went back home unhappy I left this place a day early. It ruined my family trip.

The condo is not taken care of, everything was dirty, very dusty, the bed sheets hadn't been changed. The service to get the room clean was awful. When we got there the AC wasnt working. The room smelled like humidity.

Booking. Com lured Us here, falsely advertised Ariel Dunes IIII to lure people, then to just put us in Ariel Dunes I to fill up Condos! We requested a 3 bedroom; 2 of our adult in our party didn’t have anywhere to sleep (3 nights of non- sleep; ( We, they are still listed); then u told us (offered) for us go buy a blow up mattress! without making sure WE could afford it on our trip! Money doesn’t grow on Trees! And you haven’t reimbursed my over $253 plus dollars yet! Someone must call me back about this, ASAP! 205-540-5217, Gladys Rancher

the room was not what we booked , we thought we was getting a two bedroom with a king and two double beds but end up with a king and one full

Only thing is it smelled like a rotten egg when I got there the 1st day. Lysol I brought didn’t even work. It wasn’t as strong as the days went by. Although I had spray maybe it was something left In there from ppl before I don’t know. But my stay was great and the beds will put u straight in a coma. Don’t lay down if your not ready to sleep. Great place. I will be booking again

The location was very nice and close to the beach. The resort itself was extremely nice and well keep up. Our room was very clean however the beds were not that comfortable!

I did not like the fact that it was such a hassle to get into our room. The wrong code was giving to us on the app and didn’t get into our room until an hour after check in.
