Sobald Frühling / Sommer ankommen, genießen Sie das hintere Deck und den Pool. Toller Ort für kleine Gruppen in der Stadt für gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, Hochzeiten usw. Ideal für junge Familien mit dem nahe gelegenen Mackeral Cove Beach und einem kinderfreundlichen, modernisierten Spielplatz, der praktisch auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt. Der Beavertail State Park (4 Autominuten) ist unter anderem einer der malerischsten Orte in Neuengland. Fahren Sie über die Brücke nach Newport (5 Minuten) oder nehmen Sie die Fähre und müssen sich keine Sorgen um das Parken machen. 20 Minuten zu den Narragansett-Stränden und 10 Minuten zum charmanten Wickford Village.

My adult children came in from all over the country for a family get together. The house was fantastic- immaculately clean, well appointed, super comfortable seating and beds. High quality towels and sheets and the host was great! Super responsive. Oh and the back yard with the pool was awesome. 10 out of ten on every aspect of the stay!

My family of five, including 3 young children, had a wonderful stay in this lovely home with the most welcoming host. The house is clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed, and the outside area is perfect for summer fun. The location was great, and the kids especially appreciated the ice cream shop just a few doors down! Thanks again!!

Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend.

This home is located within walking distance to everything in Jamestown. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful town this house is it! Stephen was super easy to get a hold of and we will book again.

This was the second time for our family in this house. Steve is a great host and he is very attentive to every detail. You won’t be sorry if you rent this house!

This cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though we did not do the cooking, we certainly could have. The kitchen was nicely equipped and Steve even offered to make a special set of dishes available for us. Steve was very attentive to every detail. Check in was super easy, everything was clean, and the showers were stocked with toiletries. There is a great outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit table which we did not use due to all the other activities we had planned but I would love to come back some day.

A great fall weekend stay just outside of Newport. Family of 5 slept comfortably. Very clean! It is obvious that Steve takes a lot of pride in his home. Communication with him was great throughout our weekend, making sure we had what we needed. Always love communicating directly with the home owner rather a business!

My family of five stayed at Steve’s cottage home this weekend. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and in full working order. Steve’s labels and instruction manual was very clear and helpful, yet he still checked in with me

Steve is a fantastic host. He keeps you informed every step of the way. My family and I returned to Jamestown to disperse my husbands remains back to his happy place. Steve was very compassionate and made our stay very comfortable. It was a great respite during a difficult time. It also was close enough to all the amenities and provided an opportunity to share my husbands childhood with his children and granddaughter. Thank you Steve for everything! All the best to you.

Steve was a phenomenal host. He was attentive, flexible, helpful, and earnestly wanted our family to have a relaxing and memorable week. The property itself is well located and the pool and hot tub in the backyard were great, especially with kids. The town is dog friendly and it was great to be able to bring our dog on the trip with us. Highly recommend Steve's house for a family trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jamestown house. We loved the pool, and we loved the proximity to the grocery store, and to the very large playground. Stephen was an excellent host and made us feel like we could communicate with him whenever we needed to and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic cottage. Stephen was a great host and we really appreciated his communication and advice. We had everything we needed there, along with detailed directions and guest book. We could walk to other locations including the playground and great coffee shop. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Wonderful family vacation! Close to shops and beaches. Steve was the perfect host, very accommodating and thoughtful! House was the perfect place to relax by the pool after a long day at the beach or visiting Newport. Would definitely stay again! Hope to see you next year!

This charming house was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. Very clean and well appointed. We were there celebrating my daughter's sweet 16 and the outside area with pool, hot tub, and firepit area was perfect for hanging out. There were also ample spaces to sit and relax inside. Beds were cozy and kitchen was large and well-stocked. Walking distance to the small downtown area, market, bakery, convenience store and more. Steve was a very attentive host. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was very clean and the back deck, pool and hot tub was like a little oasis.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas and it was wonderful. The house was nice and clean, and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing playground right down the street. It's close to the downtown area and just a great location overall.

My 2 daughters and I needed a relaxing place with hot tub and close to shopping to start our Christmas shopping sans kids. This place was perfect for our stay. Steve was so considerate and everything was very comfortable. We are thinking a summer stay with the pool and close to beaches might be our next visit.

My family attended a wedding in Newport. Our stay was amazing . Stephan was an amazing host. He was always a phone call away. The. home was wonderful, clean perfect for our family. At night we would go in the hot tub and enjoy the firepit with a nice glass of wine.

This property is in a great location in Jamestown, and we had a wonderful stay there. Steve is a terrific host - very attentive and clearly invested in ensuring that his guests have a top-notch stay. His property is completely equipped and fully stocked - a very nice surprise compared to some other places that we’ve stayed. Steve even remembered that my 86-year old mother would be staying with us and had the first-floor space all set up as a bedroom for her when we arrived. We had an excellent time and truly enjoyed this property and it’s amenities.
