Clean well kept Villa. Lynette the host was amazing. Making sure we had everything we needed. We had a late flight from Lanzarote and Lynette allowed us to stay at the villa until we were ready to go to the airport. Thank you for your hospitality and we shall come back again.

Wow, absolutely fantastic. The Villa has everything you could need to enjoy a very relaxing break. There is a huge amount of space both inside and outside of the Villa with 4 spacious bedrooms, of which 2 are ensuite. There is a further family bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms to share. With one of the bedrooms having 3 single beds, this is very useful if you have a young child travelling with you. There is only 1 bedroom upstairs, which is truly amazing and offers peace and privacy when required. There is plenty of external seating and a BBQ if required. The pool was perfect and does not require the pool heater switching on as the temperature is great as long as you keep the solar cover on overnight. Lynette, the owner, is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. The kitchen has plentiful utensils and also a huge fridge freezer.

Only 5 sunbeds. May not be enough for some guests if at maximum capacity. This wasn't a problem for ourselves.

Very comfortable house, it comfortably accommodated our ginger group. Great host who kept an open communication channel with us

the property was exceptional. lovely and quiet area. the Villa was stunning, everything was so clean and all supplies from toiletries, towels, cleaning products etc available. there was so much space for everyone! Lynette was an outstanding host, she was very friendly and soo willing to help out with restaurant recommendations etc, she went to all lengths to resolve a few issues with door locks, her handyman and herself were at the Villa within 45 mins of us contacting her to raise the issue. we felt totally look after!. the property is so well layered out the massive living room was our favourite place. plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax while watching a movie. I personally loved sitting outside by the pool in the beautiful outdoor dinning area. lovely decorated villa so much space for a big family. we had a blast!! . I would totally recommend this villa for large families there’s lots of room for everyone the beds were so comfortable, the whole house so well equipped is a credit to Lynette and I felt at home. we didn’t want our holiday to end, we made beautiful memories in villa Alma I will 1000% recommend to anyone looking a family holiday. we had a car rental so we drove everywhere puerto del Carmen was 7 mins away. there’s also a lovely bakery in tias only a couple mins car drive. Lynette recommended it to us and we loved it. over all very happy with our choice and I would definitely book this villa again. so all there’s left to say is a massive thank you to Lynette for everything and we are sure to see you again soon! - we had an amazing time at the villa, we highly recommend staying there. It is as you see on the pictures super spacious with modern interior, enough bathrooms, heated pool was a big plus, - the host Lynette was super responsive and helpful, we had many questions after booking and she answered fast, sent us a video showing the villa and giving useful information - there were basic products that enabled us to cook like oil, salt, pepper, etc. or in bathrooms soaps and shampoo - for coffee lovers (which we are) there was option to make a coffee in capsule espresso or French press + milk foam maker, and I could drink my favorite latte - with the sun over the swimming pool most of the day it was just a perfect area to chill

Like a home from home, everything you need in the villa. Lynette the host was also exceptional, we arrived late she had bought food for us so we didnt have to go shopping to eat that night which was a life saver.

Absolutely nothing! Only advise to people would be a car rental being a must! Close enough to everywhere by car but a little too far from everywhere to walk. Taxis are an option but could get expensive.
