Very clean, tidy and comfortable apartment in Tias. A comfortable bed and a good hot shower. A reasonably well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine.

Not the easiest to find. Also maybe an ironing board would be a good addition.

A few instructions for using the cooker would help as we were not familiar with it 🙃 Also more drinking glasses, mugs etc as we were regularly washing up the 3 glasses provided Bit of a challenge to locate the property when we arrived in the dark as the side street name provided differed to those on site. The address also said ‘9’ and there a lot of properties on the same street with no.9

A really nice place tonstay for a few days. The location is the BEST, tías is close to many attractions ( puerto del carmen is just a few minutes by car). The apartment was really clean, It is spacious. I think its a really nice place for a few days and Prince was not high compared with other options un the island.

Beds werent really confortable. However, if you dont suffer from back pain regularly, for a few days or a week It is perfect and wont Tell a lot.

Nice location, close to city center but at silent street. Good base for both mountains and playas access. Communication with owner was OK, keys ready at the safety box. Sea view from the living room, roof terrace available. Parking in front of the house was OK.

A little bit sticky floor in the living room, and one not-so-clean bed. But on request a cleaning lady was sent even the same day, and was great, everything's fine afterwards. Kitchen equipment is very basic ...
