Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean with all essentials provided.

Hot and cold water mixing in the shower hard to modulate.

Absolutely loved this stay, all self checkin which is great, directions to the accommodation was brilliant. They have recently renovated so everything was brand new. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, we probably had the best sleep while staying here and the pillows are next level we purchased the exact same ones when we got home. The accommodation is also in the perfect location too all the shops and beach!! I will definitely be coming back this this place

Entries to property not very welcoming and hallway was smelly.

The renovation style of room was good, but management/owners of property need to maintain properly and market honestly with star rating and room rate.

This is NOT a 4 star property. It could be a 3 if regular maintenance and ongoing upkeep was carried out, but room rates are too high for this property. As other people have mentioned the exterior of building is in a very unkempt state. There is no reception but a back door digital self entry, which also could be much better presented as the only entry. The door is flimsy and doesn't look or feel secure.There is a stairway up to main corridor to the rooms. The walls and carpet are in need of a refresh and is shabby. The room has had a renovation at some point and looks OK, however the bathroom shower area has extensive black mould and a drain smell. The rate for this room was too expensive, so disappointed as expected more inline with photos and perception from booking.com. The sheets are laundered, but have stains - these should be replaced.

Rated 4 star not sure how. Location great but over priced and building exterior appalling. Toilet was dirty, very noisy and certainly not worth the price.

10/10 stay. The motel was the cleanest accomodation I’ve ever stayed in- absolutely spotless! The room was very spacious. Everything we needed was there. The property was very neat and tidy. The staff were very responsive! Wish we had booked for longer. Will be rebooking in the future.

The interior of the room was great and the convenience of the location, parking and self check-in and check-out was especially appreciated.

The only issue I found was that the walls of the washroom were too thin and not even a little sound-proof so it was uncomfortable listening to the other person use it
