Nice View. Sounds of waves at night really good for sleeping. Basic motel room.

One of the lights over bed did not work. Mould on ceiling above shower. Wall mounted heater very slow to warm up. Old rusty heater on floor - very noisy.

Great location, friendly staff

Amazing view from our room of the beach. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Friendly host on arrival. 10 minute walk from Apollo Bay town centre. Great value for money.

Unfortunately, there was a gap around the door into the room. This meant that due to the weather being bad the room could get very cold. However; the heating was highly sufficient so we weren't cold for long, but had to place a sheet in front of the door to keep the breeze down.

There was no microwave or barbecue facilities. No comfortable chair or lounge.

property very old & outdated & door jam into bathroom needs replacing, wood all rotted at the bottom.

Location and reasonable price

bathroom facility is not comfortable to use especially the tap, which can't not close completely. It would be better if they provide a microwave.

Wifi barely worked. Bed was ok, bedside table was at a bad height and we kept bumping into it. Exterior was really dinghy and not appealing, and walking up the stairs wasn't inviting. Whole place was really run down. Some linen wasn't clean (owner mentioned that they were having problems with the linen cleaning company). Toaster, but no plates Room wasn't cleaned daily. We had to request rubbish to be taken out. Ridiculously overpriced even for the view and peak season. Over $300 a night is extreme for a 3 star motel.

Everything was good

The location is pretty good. Room was quiet and check-in/out were very easy.

One side of the mattress had a giant dent in it — rather uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work and the wifi was poor. It would either drop out or was only powerful enough to send messages. There were cobwebs on the ceiling.

We walked into the room and there was a musky smell… we know mould when we smell it. We noticed mould around the window in the bedroom with two single beds in it. The bathroom had black spots or mould around the roof area and walls as well. Also the shower screen was unsafe and the shower door side was not fixed to the wall and moved around…. very unsafe. To say the stay was a disappointment was understating it. For the price of the room and the uncleanliness of the room, it was not acceptable.
