Good value for money

Staff is useless. They dont know how to talk.

Staff was very unprofessional at Nova Havana. No manner how to talk with Guest. Also Room was empty and i know Ch-In time is 11:00 am it's not an issue but I'm also in from Tourism field and I know that if Rooms are empty then Hotel can give accommodation but he make wait for 45 minutes. not giving proper answer. And I personally request him for any contact number of higher Authorities but he say's that he is the only person there who handling this. Then I personally contact the manager and he help me for change my Hotel and I'm Staying at Hotel Nova Star and the staff and services of Hotel Nova Star was so good.

Hotel Nova Havana Staff behavior is so bad and poor. I personally not suggest this Hotel to any one from my Friends and Family....

Dirty toilets

Rooms are small. Toilets are not clean.

The location was convenient

I was given a dingy room at first with no ventilation. Their excuse was that the hotel was completely booked for a wedding. No intimation was given in that regard. Very slow service. Took half an hour to get a cup of tea and refused to serve breakfast. Dirty reception

Room was very neat & clean. It was value for money. Good for 2 to 3 days short stays.

The location is the only plus point for this hotel.

Hygiene and cleanliness standards were not up to the mark. Bed sheets and blankets are not replaced. Room space pretty congested. Staff not well trained. No in-house kitchen facility.

Good property, need proper maintenance

Staff isn't that bad just need to understand different need of a different customers, regardless to customer's own business
