We have stayed in various units in The Greens over the last decade and this was our favorite. Decorated to our tastes and equipped with all the basics. Appreciated the dimmer switches on the lighting.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was satisfactory. The first only suggestion is that at night the building and parking spaces were hard to find as they were not lit.

The condo was exactly as represented. Others have said this, but the condo was amazingly clean. The view from the back patio, living room and master bedroom are amazing. The neighborhood is super private and quiet. We really appreciated the extras like pool towels, crock pot, binoculars, and laundry soap. Proximity to Sabino Canyon is another huge bonus. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was finding the condo, but that was because we arrived after dark. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Property is just as described. Clean, welcoming, homey. Small touches make the difference, book collection, Kleenex placed, amazon Alexa, Keurig machine binoculars, it actually feels like you’re visiting a relatives home. I stayed for 30 days and hated to move to another unit. The view tops it off, beautiful mountain view. I would definitely stay again. The only mishap I had was being given an incorrect code for key box resulting in me sitting outside until I received the correct code.

The condo was beautiful, the location didn't hurt. We hiked almost every day in Sabino Canyon. It was great to spend time outside. A couple things could have been helpful There were only two facial clothes in the condo, so we had to purchase a couple. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen, and we also had to purchase some kitchen wash clothes. These were minor issues, maybe affected because of the length of our stay. But we have no issues, as you can see, with the condo or the location. It was exactly what the doctor order for both of us.

We enjoyed the restaurants closeby especiall Gavi and Commoner and Co. We also enjoyed some wonderful hikes including the Sabino Canyon hike in close proximity to the condo. The hike up Pima Canyon was also a good one along with hiking in Saguaro National Monument East. We also took a drive to Tubac and Madera Canyon which are both neat areas to visit.

Very clean, excellent area beautiful condo

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very nice, very clean, well equipped, great location. Want to go back again, but stay longer!

This is a lovely, well kept and appointed 2nd floor condo. They had everything you might want or need. The location at the edge of the city and against the mountains was perfect if you love nature and views. We heard coyotes, owls and even saw a bobcat! We hope to come back next year - it was perfect for us!

The property is in a good location for my needs. The premises are in great condition and have all of the amenities I'm looking for.

We spent 1 month at this amazing condo with beautiful foothill views out of the large windows. Very well equipped, nicely decorated, quiet and great location. Will be back!

Clean and comfy. A great start to the day included stepping out on the patio to get warmed up by the sun, sip my coffee, listen to the chitter-chatter of the birds and enjoy the mountain view.

I have family living on Ventana Canyon gold course and we have rented multiple VRBOs over the years in this area, and this was easily our favorite. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable, appliances and everything look new, there is a covered parking stall, and it is well stocked with plenty of blankets/pillows. We didn't do any cooking while there but the kitchen seemed good and had the basic necessities.

Waking up each day and gazing out onto the spectacular landscape was wonderful. The interior has been recently updated so everything was working properly . I was especially grateful for a comfortable bed as well as very nice ( homey), living room furniture. It would be better to have a full size tv in the bedroom but not sure how it might fit . Spectrum were very easy to get along with and made the whole process go very smoothly.
The condo was wonderful, very clean and fresh, with everything you needed supplied and more. The owners obviously had taken great care in furnishing the condo plus binoculars and all manner of local and naturist books were available too. The views from the picture windows of the mountains was just breath taking as your eyes were just drawn to the views on entering the condo. The pool was very pretty and found it to be not very heavily used so had the pool area to ourselves some times. Water lovely and warm too. The balcony was great to sit out on and take in the views and watch the golfers on the course yards away but proved rather hot as the weather was rather warm. Although we did have fun one day as we had heavy rain and it was fascinating sitting on the balcony watching the clouds coming down and obliterating the mountains and the heavy rain bouncing off the patio.
We had a problem with one of the window blinds and a spotlight had dropped from the ceiling so went to the Spectrum office in the morning to report it. By the time we had got back from the pool later that afternoon both blind and light had been fixed. Great service by Spectrum there plus they were a pleasure to finally meet.
We ate in every day as it was so easy to do so as Bashas were only minutes away and had everything we needed. Although there were restaurants in the Bashas shopping complex.
We had a few trips out including Mount Lemmon which was a very scenic drive but mostly had a lazy week as we were so comfortable in the condo!
A pity we did not stay for longer as it was hard to drag ourselves away. We will certainly be back and recommend Spectrum as they provided an excellent service.

As usual, it was a really nice experience. The views of the Catalina Mts. are breathtaking and it's quiet. Upon arrival the grounds were beautifully maintained and we found the condo to be clean. No bed bugs, a huge relief. Our concerns about noise were short lived. The neighbors were very courteous, only once did we hear music coming from a neighbor. The quietness of the complex was impressive. Our condo had 2 BR/2 BTHs. All rooms were found clean, tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The sofa and chair in the living room were very relaxing. A king size bed in the master and twin beds in the other bedroom were also comfortable. There were extra blankets for the cooler nights Tucson was having during our stay. A large television in the living room and smaller tv in the master was a nice treat. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils and cleaning supplies we would need for an extended stay. Washer/dryer, iron and board were useful. No trips to the Laundromat. To our surprise we found books, games, videos, binoculars, maps, and the binder full of useful information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We ate meals out on the balcony, which had enough shading to keep us cool during the 90+ degree-days. From the wonderful picture window or on the balcony we were able to view the Catalina Mountains (as pictured on the web), beautiful sunrises, sunsets, starry skies, and a variety of wildlife. We saw a wide variety of birds including; hummingbirds, partridge, roadrunner and hawk. To our delight we also viewed coyote and a bobcat, though I missed not seeing any javelina. We did check out the pool and exercise equipment but did not use either. They looked clean we were just busy getting exercise walking in Sabino Canyon. Spectrum staff responded well to our questions. I would recommend Spectrum and the Greens at Ventana to anyone.
