It was near the airport. A lot of restaurants/groceries in a 30 min walk. It has a washing an drying machine. That sums it up really. The bed was ok though, I am really hoping the black spots where only stains.

the shower was completely wrong, if you use the "real" shower it was only scalding hot water, the cold water knob did nothing, but if you used the panel on the corner of the shower you could get appropriate temperature but it is only a jet of water at belly height in a corner... it should have been connected to the shower head but was not. Also the shower drain seems clogged, I was afraid to open the door after a quick "shower".The Fire detector on the ground floor was just missing, only the electrical outlet was visible. There was cobwebs and greasy dust in the kitchen and fan.

Despite my repeated requests, the receipt for the stay has not yet been sent to me!

Use of kitchen and living room good. Nice quite convenient location for Heathrow. Easy bus ride to the airport

Cleanliness need improvement. Kitchen was messy maybe caused by some long term tenants. Over flowing Rubbish not removed from bin.

The rent for the property was quite reasonable.

The distance from Central London was a little inconvenient but not a big issue

Cozy place, very handy to catch a flight in the morning since there is a direct bus to Heathrow. The staff is very helpful and responsive too. Overall I had a lovely stay there

+Great location +Clear instructions provided in email for accessing the property +Bus stop just outside the property. Easy commute from Heathrow Airport. +Good kitchen facilities +Good wi-fi +Good price. If you’re tight on budget, perhaps you won’t find it anywhere cheaper and despite it being not perfect I’d say it’s quite good for the price.

-I don’t know about all rooms, but the smallest room in the house is extremely tiny. There’s no space to turn around, so not for people with luggage bags. Possibly their bigger rooms are better, can’t say that. -Stayed there for a week, communal areas were acceptably clean only because all people who lived there tried maintaining the good state, but the cleaner never washed the floor in the bathroom, a couple of times I just washed the floor myself, table in the dining room didn’t show signs of being cleaned, bins never been emptied and by the end of the week got overfilled considering there were 4 rooms in the house, all occupied. Maybe it’s normal considering the price. - Thin walls. You’ll hear everything. Luckily our neighbours went to bed around 11pm and it was quiet during the night.

Flawless check-in with the main door and room code

Location nearby Heathrow as i had a 6am check in. Ample parking space. Room is clean and comfortable.

I booked and paid in advance for a 2 bed room with park view though travelling alone. This was in anticipation in case my friends would want to send me off the next day and he did, However on arrival late evening, i noticed they had changed me to a single bed room room claiming i booked for single person stay. And i was made to pay extra 10GBP to upgrade back to a twin bed room. I didn't have time to argue with the management as i wanted to make use of the remaining time in London to visit a few more places. Totally ridiculous. Whether i m staying alone or not , i should be given the room i paid for. Shared bathroom for all three rooms available on top floor. Anyway this is what u get for opting somewhere nearby the terminal.

Good for no more than one night. Bus to and for Heathrow but not in the night.

The room is very "basic" and cleaning should be definitely improved (at least for European standards).

the property was dirty and smelt bad. the room was unkept and bed was rough. curtain pole broke and curtain on the floor. I will advise you to pay a bit extra and stay in a decent hotel. this place is cheap for a reason. check in process was awful.
