Room was great, and perfect for a quick girls trip.

The room was not clean 100% completely. There was dirty and hair, sand under both beds and bottom table, and under drawers was also dirty. So we went to Walmart to buy some cleaning supplies. We cleaned the room ourselves. I hope housekeeping could be more better in the future. We do enjoy stay there. Thank for the hospitality. 🙂

More towels for the shower, quieter AC unit, and for the building to be in better shape...the unit was clean, updated, and has comfortable beds! We would absolutely stay again.

The room was cleaned enough. The towels were thin and stained. Missing light bulbs. The floor needed mopping. There was only enough toilet paper to go twice. We had to go to the store the day of arrival. The entrance to the beach was blocked- very annoying. The price on this condo was lowered due to hurricane damage being repaired. Because of this the low price attracted lower class people. I was going to an elevator when a older woman in a wheelchair had 3 dogs on leashes that peed several times in the elevator prior to exiting.

Floors were dirty but told they were new and cleaners may not have known they needed to be washed. The rest of unit was clean. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot! Nice new air conditioner.

I have stayed in the building 2 years now (the place I usually stay at has had work done the past couple of years). It is convenient - right across the street from a publix grocery store (and a walgreens). Also not to far from some restaurants.
It is your normal studio type unit - it is nice to have a normal size fridge. Microwave seemed pretty new.
The beds were very comfortable.
The one thing I missed is a normal size balcony to sit on.

Discussing. The room smelled and was gross. I had to clean human feces from the toilet and clean the filter from the air-condition. The filter looked like it had never been cleaned and the a/c could barely keep the unit cool. The smell of the room was so bad that our clothes absorb the smell. Underneath the beds have never been cleaned. I can't beleave the owner of this condo would let someone stay here. Kara, you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm sure you will try and defend your Discussing room for rent and I will not be able to respond to what you write. But let me be clear to everyone that reads this. I did reach out to Kara. She admitted that she was told the last guest that stayed there for 3 weeks made a mess and she stated she had hoped that her cleaning staff would have cleaned it well. I explained that the room was so bad that my family and I had to book a few days at the Hilton next door just to get out of that room. I requested a partial refund. Of course I never received a response from Kara. In my opinion, you are literally a slum Lord.

The property is quite dated and some of the drawers and closet doors need repair. Some of the light switches do work, but are a bit Jerry rigged. I think this small condo might be more attractive to people if those items are fixed, and if there was only one bed With room, then for a sofa, bed or a comfortable chair.

The closet door was broken prior to our arrival. The sliding glass door looks as though it has not been washed in months. The vacuum cleaner filter and dirt catcher appears It has NEVER been cleaned. I estimate the dirt, hair and sand etc., to weigh approximately one pound. I found on the floor of the closet Sand that has been swept in and left there. The dishes and dish strainer were dirty. Underneath the beds don’t appear to have been swept for a long time. This is where I found toe and finger nail clippings. There is no trash room as indicated only two cans at the end of hallway by elevators. There was a problem with the hot water not getting hot. They repaired it on Jan 31st. Approx 14 days lukewarm. Other things but they are more minor.

Deck, pool was not open. No one advised me at booking it was closed. Closet door is broken. Nearly fell on me. Drawers need to be fix. I was always worried the Drawers would fall when opening. Coffee machine is grossly disgusting. Door lock needs to be fixed. Outside box for key is always open. Front desk employees are very nice and polite.

The bathroom was always humid even with the fan on all the time. The towel wouldn't dry.
Maybe a new sponge and cloth for the dishes would be nice.

May want to check on the basic essentials before you stay. I did reach out to the property manager (she was very quick to respond).
She stated for this “price point” that this is what to expect. We had other traveling companions that stayed in the same condo complex at the “price point” that our unit was, and a totally different experience. I would suggest for the management company to visit this unit if they have not been in it for awhile. Cheat of drawers will not shut, remote was in pieces on separate lamps, lightbulbs out, etc. I will say the bathroom and tile throughout were very clean.

We really liked staying here. It was clean and comfortable and restaurants and shopping was right across the street. Perfect! Sad that the pools weren't open due to hurricane damage but that couldn't be helped. Would gladly stay here again.

Property listed as no kids or animals. This resort allowed both. With 2 full beds and not queens as advertised. No way 4 adults could have stayed here. Barest of necessities provided, not overly clean.

Misleading to label this as a condo....I would describe it as a motel room with a tiny kitchen.
I almost feel bad leaving a meh review b/c the property manager was so nice and easy to get in touch with. However, there were several things I did not like. The room was tiny and I would not describe it as a condo. There isn't a couch or any type of living room to stretch out in. For 4 adults, we had exactly 4 towels and had to do laundry. I don't want to do laundry on vacation. We had no hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper, so had to go shopping right away. So the place felt like a motel room, minus any amenities such as clean towels. We also vacummed a few times, again not what I want to do on vacation. We had to call the on-call repair guy b/c the front door lock stopped working and needed the battery replaced. The location is great, right on the ocean with a nice pool. The room was clean when we arrived. The furniture is outdated and OH....the pillows - we literally had 4 pillows for adults and they were flat as a pancake.

I was not impressed with the room at all, it was very warm in the room all the time, the air conditioner was poor.
Drain in the tub hardly drained.
I used the toilet plunger to get it to drain.
Towels were old and rough on your skin very cheap.
The pillows were so flat you might as well have not had one.
Overall very disappointed, baby food puff on the floor in the bathroom.
I am not sure how the other rooms in the resort were but this was a VRBO room.

My stay
My wife and I stayed here for my best friends wedding. The communication with the owners were great, they were quick to respond. There was a minor issue with the toilet (not knocking them for that at all, that kind of thing happens) and the owners promptly got it fixed same day! My only complaint with this place is that it definitely could be more cleanly. We walked in and at first glance everything was ok. But later realized there was expired milk left in the fridge and the shower curtains were rather nasty (some moldy looking stuff on them). I recommend changing the shower curtains a lot more often as it is a very humid place.. the bathroom floor still had sand all over it (not too upset with that.. I mean we’re right on the beach… others may not like that though…).. but for the price of this place in comparison to others, it is a pretty good deal.

Das gesamte Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, Rezeption und sonstiges Personal sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war schlecht. Die Gardinen hatten große Schimmelflecken, ebenso die Kühlschranktür. In den Küchenschränken befanden sich noch Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger. Die Mikrowelle wies viele Roststellen auf, der Toaster defekt, der Staubsauger voller Dreck.

No rug or mat to step onto once getting out of the shower and the ceramic tile floor was slippery. Nothing to hold onto in the shower and nothing on the tub floor like a rubber mat. No towels to use at the beach, this should be a simple fix for the couple of old beach towels from Goodwill or Walmart… back to the bathroom, That too is a simple fix and safe. I did let the owner know this with hopes of paying it forward for someone else. Lastly, I think 10 o’clock check out is a bit early for anyone.Michelle Lechner

Awesome vacation
We had a great time at the Daytona Beach Resort. Kara was attentive to our concerns (which weren't many) and very helpful. My wife LOVED the Tiki Bar. Most everything needed is within walking distance, groceries, liquor store, dollar store, etc....did I mention liquor? Hotel restaurant served good meals, although a tad pricey. No complaints.

Great Little Condo
Loved the location, places to shop and eat within walking distance. Beach was fantastic. Kitchenette was prefect for fixing breakfast and frig for snacks. Room was clean and neat. Enough bath towels, hand towels for all 4 of us. A beach umbrella and couple chairs was useful. Although the balcony wasn't a place to sit, great place for drying wet beach towels. The only draw back was the slow draining tub. But would definitely stay there again.
