Stayed for the week after Carnival with some friends at this very cute 3 bedroom/2bath home in the west end. House had a great back deck for easy entertaining. House was close to the gym and a quick 10 min walk into town. Home was very clean and cute. Would stay here again. Parking included, as well as a washer dryer.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home. The house was really great and we appreciate all you thought of. Loved the bag of goodies:) Pots and pans were fabulous. Thanks again for a lovely place to stay for a brief visit. Would love to come again.

We spent a week at Chuck's place and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house was clean and neat upon check in and was just as it was described in the listing. There were six of us staying and there was plenty of room for all, we never felt crowded. Far enough from the main strip to quietly relax but close enough to walk to everything. He provided a full Welcome Kit before we arrived, and there was one at the house with information about Ptown (shops/restaurants/service, etc.) A nice outdoor space (weather wasn't the best to fully utilize it) and loved the outdoor shower! Having two full baths was also a plus! Chuck was very responsive to the few questions we had while staying there and the communication during the whole process was easy. Overall a great getaway!

Great location!
Great location that is quiet yet close to everything!
A typical cape home... no grille on property, but we knew that when booming! Hopefully they will get one for next season!
You wont be dissapointed!

Excellent choice
Excellent choice for a wonderful stay in P-Town. The house is adorable and clean. It’s close to everything and convenient for anything you would want to do on your vacation. We had a great time and this house was fantastic to come home to every night. Rooms are great and beds sleep comfortably. Highly recommend.

Charming Listing
A small group of us, five total, stayed for a week at this charming house. It was all the space we needed and found everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing week. Chuck was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed and enjoyed the home. I would highly recommend it to others.

Cute, quiet and pretty much perfect
A nicely preserved, fully updated and totally cute cottage in Provincetown -- perfect for a couple or a small family or maybe up to four (possibly five) close friends. It's a small house and clearly not situated for the party lifestyle, but the perfect choice if you're looking for quiet and calm, but still want to be within easy walking (better yet, biking) distance of all that P-town has to offer. Big plus is how close it is to the town's main grocery store. Fantastic back yard with big deck and comfy loungers right under the shade tree -- I read five books in two weeks, most of that happened in that perfect spot. New appliances, two great bathrooms (one in the basement), laundry and a breezeway/dining space that really lives up to its name! We stayed two weeks and felt completely at home. Highly recommend.

Quiet and convenient
We just spent a week in this house and loved it. Each couple had their own quiet bedroom and separate bathroom (one downstairs). The house is well stocked with all we needed. Good laundry facilities. There is a fantastic, sunny back deck. Very private. The location is quiet and quite close to all we did in the west end. 5min bike ride to the herring cove trail. 2 mins to the Boatslip. 5 mins to the Red Inn. We would stay again!

The Beautiful Cottage.
It was perfect place to stay end of the road and it was so quiet area. The weather was almost perfect. We had only several raining overnights. I often spent my own times on the Herring Cove Beach. When I was in the ocean and surprised to see the seal's head popped out front of me about 30 feet away from me.
Thanks Chuck

Nicely appointed cape
Never having stayed in Provincetown before I and three friends were greatly looking forward to a weekend away. Not knowing anything about our accommodation we were pleasantly surprised to find that the house met all our needs. The property was nicely appointed with three bedrooms, two showers (one in the basement), a spacious kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, laundry facilities and a comfortable living area. The decor is calming and reflects a beach and sand theme. The weekend was cold and windy but the cape stayed nice and warm.
The house is conveniently located close to downtown and a quick drive to local beaches.
The property is slowly being updated and we look forward to return visits and seeing changes as they occur.

2nd Time here & more stays to Come
This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely home, we had such an amazing time and wanted for nothing last year for 2016 that we had to stay again for 2017 The house has everything you need down to Umbrellas that were life savers during our 4th day when it rained. The house is so cute warm and inviting it makes it that much harder to leave when you're vacation is over. I look forward to staying here again and hopefully being able to use this home for a few more P-Town trips that I have in mind.
Thanks Again Chuck

A Sunny and Sweet Home Away From Home
We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The place was warm and welcoming and provided the ideal setting for our Cape Cod getaway week. It also has a wonderful outdoor deck that was my favorite place to enjoy the mornings (and a couple mimosas) before hitting Commercial Street!

Great P Town place
We loved our stay at this house! As the other reviewers have commented, it offers great privacy but is just a short walk to all the West End hot spots. The house has been recently updated with a new bathroom, kitchen appliances, beds/linens, and flat screen TV. My favorite feature of the house was the private deck and yard with Southern exposure. The owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. All the ingredients for a memorable vacation in Provincetown!

Great location/house for stay with friends/family
The property was a bright and nice three bedroom house, better than the pictures indicated -- the owner is in the process of upgrading regularly. The location was very quiet but a short convenient walk to Mussel Beach gym, bike stores, and the restaurants and sandwich shops on the West End, close to the Boatslip for Tea dance as well. With ample parking it's a short drive to the Stop and Shop if you're making your meals.
I was with a few friends for carnival and the house's inside and outside dining provided ample room for meals and drinks -- the deck is great for breakfast or evening cocktails. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, and the TV and sitting room is a good space for being social, playing cards or any of the board games that are in the house.
It'd recommend for a few friends or to my friends and family with kids. Great deal for the price.

Very cute house on a quiet street
Loved this house. It's very cute, and on a quiet dead-end street. The house is a short walk to Commercial Street, the beach, and the Stop and Shop. Also a short walk to the Provincetown Inn if you want to goto the pool. We rarely used our car, and it was great to have private driveway parking! And we were so close to the beautiful bike trails. We stayed in one night because of heavy rain, and it was very cozy, and plenty of board games. The three bedrooms are all great, and the house was larger than we expected. Major points for the new and quiet(!) dishwasher and large refrigerator. Having a washer and dryer in the house was so nice when we got back from the beach and had to wash swimsuits. Chuck is great to deal with, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We'd definitely stay again.

All the Best of Provincetown!
We spent a wonderful week enjoying Spring in Provincetown from this clean, sunny house on a quiet lane just off Bradford Street. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the lovely breezeway dining room with a landscaped front patio and sliders to a shaded rear deck with picnic table. The beach, the gym, the general store, the wine shop, the coffee shop, and the Boatslip were all an easy, 5 to 10 minute walk. We also enjoyed walking to the great restaurants and shows at the center of town and biking to Herring Cove Beach just at the end of Bradford Street. We recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay that feels like a real home, with plenty of privacy, high-quality beds and linens, and 3-car off-street parking. The owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. We will be back!
