L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier sécurisé, avec une place dans un parking au sous sol pour la voiture sans frais supplémentaires ! Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre ! Très propre !👍👏Très calme !

Great location and great to have 2 bathrooms and free parking.
Need a better key ring so fob and key are together.

Nice new building next to a park and kids playground. Easy to reach the center by DLR rail. Communication with host was fast and friendly.
Pans in the kitchen were completely worn, so cooking yourself is not the best idea.

Not much . It was not the property that we had booked. A management company by phone advised us that we had been upgraded to an alternative property not in the location that we had booked. This was management speak
Poor condition, basic fittings some broken , torn bath towels, heavily scratched chairs, mirror in bathroom propped against wall,sofa was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable. Video sent by WhatsApp directed us to key in key safe which was padlocked to a park fence surrounded by discarded rubbish . Over priced and miss sold . Disappointing as we have used Booking.com many many times and this was our first disappointing experience

Great location (although exact location not known until day of booking; 1 mile from postcode given).
“Free upgrade” to a significantly smaller apartment but with free parking. Suspect the business advertises one property; then offers a “free upgrade” and moves you somewhere else nearby of a similar standard.
Clean and good amenities.
It was good but a little worn out.
e.g no screen on shower it was in cupboard; dishwasher didn’t work; 3 of 4 of the lamps didn’t work; one of the toilet seats was hanging off; no instructions for TV which couldn’t be tuned to anything; beds have protective plastic sheets over mattresses.

Had an amazing stay at the Dockland Excel Apartment, was very well organised by our host and everything ran smoothly. Was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment that comfortably fit all 12 of us. Would 100% Recommend

- Appartment is very spacious.
- 2 separate bedrooms
- Instructions to finding the key were very clear
- At the airport we got a phonecall that we were placed in another appartment as the other one had plumbing difficulties. It was a bit further away, but they arranged it quickly.
- In a modern building
- Pleasant contact with employee Sam.
- excellent public transport via the DLR line. Only a short walk to the train station. Supermarket right next to the train station Gallions Reach.
- The appartment is is need of some Time, Love and Care. There are some things that need fixing or a bit of paint.(for example door from the living room to the balcony did not open). There were only 3 glasses in the appartment and no instructions on how the sleeping sofas worked or where to find the bed linen. However, after contact with Sam, it was explained well..
- One day before departure we had to send pictures of our passports. I felt a bit uncomfortable and it was rather stressful as we had to collect the passports quickly and make them identity proof.
- This new appartment is very close to City Airport. For us it was no problem that airplanes flew right by the appartment, but it may be unpleasant for some.
Please note: we were in another appartment.

Overall the stay was good, was such a peaceful area and the communication was excellent, 9 out of 10. Only thing I would say is that it was a bit awkward trying to get the key as it is in a bit of an awkward position with the risk of possibly dropping in the area. Other than that felt safe and we were quite happy with our stay.

Shabz was extremely helpful and even upgraded us to an apartment with parking at no extra cost.
Location was good for the o2 arena.

Excellent location in quiet area. Interesting view & engaged the children.Close to public transport . The host Shabz was friendly, polite & quite exceptional. Quick to respond to any queries & went above & beyond to help in any way he could including sourcing secure parking. He made a difference to our stay as we felt securely looked after.

Weren’t contacted till the morning of check in to discuss trip details which was an issue but the check in manager Shabz was amazing, he found us a different property to suit our guests, stayed in touch throughout the trip and arranged a late check out since our train was not till late

The property was clean with good facilities, quiet and in a convenient location.
Securing the keys took a bit of effort.

The location was fantastic with the view onto the river. We had some great communication from the host and they looked after us every step of the way. Facilities were spot on and it is a great place to come back to after a hard day's work!!
The only thing and it is very small is where the key box was left. It ended up having a temporary fence put in front of it and because I have large hands it was quite difficult to both extract the key and replace it at the end of the stay.

The property was perfect and the owner Shabz was more than helpful he even tried finding another apartment closer to our event I will definitely recommend and be using again THANKS SHABZ
The only downside was that we had to go home 😞

Great ample space and lovely large screen tv great kitchen. Lots of tea coffee available and washing machine available if you need to wash your clothes too.
It was very difficult to find the lock box and get the keys out as there was a fence in front of the area so this delayed us a lot. Very annoyed on check in.

Nothing it was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in
Everything was awful the apartment was not fi for purpose. Beds were broken we had to move mattresses on the floor. it was dirty the door was broken. The ‘host’ took 4 weeks to give my deposit back but they still owe me £50 but I don’t want to speak to them I’d rather lose £50 then speak to them scammers
