Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Total nett, dass Wasser, Saft und Snacks bereit gestellt wurden. Die Lage ist großartig. Es ist so zentral, dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es sind sehr gemütliche Restaurants und eine Weinbar in direkter Nähe.

Und hat alles gefallen. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Best location we have stayed in from 6 trips to London. Just brilliant. Close to shops, busses, tube & food options. Old apartment block but renovated. Above restaurant. No noise issue as street below is a pedestrian walkway. Felt secure. Code initially given for communal door. Clear instructions on collecting apartment keys from lock box in hall way. Provided with 2 sets of keys, so husband & I could come & go separately when required. Clear communication close to arrival. Welcome pack (nibbles & drinks) greatly appreciated. Thanks. Would definitely stay again.

No elevator but knew this in advanced. The location is worth the hassle of carting luggage upstairs. Stairs concrete and bland. Purely an aesthetic issue. Bathroom grouting grubby, but not disgusting. Some of the edging for veneer in cupboards falling off. No inconvenience for staying though. No response from an early (10 months before stay) request for a level one room. Was emailed saying someone would contact me but they never did. A request in the week prior to stay ensured we had a level 2 and not level 3 room.

awful experience. we got stranded outside the building at night even though i informed them about my arrival time. i had to walk all over with my suitcases to find a hotel for the night. really bad communication and would never admit or compensate if they did you wrong. i paid for a sofa bed and never got it.

fantastic location. very quiet, even though it’s in a busy area. very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. great communication and very easy to check in and out.

Excellent Location and the unit is prepared with OJ, milk and tea coffee and some snacks, which is heart warming. Also there is shampoo and shower gel ready in toilet.

A bit noisy especially its on top of all the nice restaurants , which can be also a plus too.ost of the eateries downstairs are nice cosy restaurants However the first two nights of our stay , the neighbors above our units are so noisy and the opened the window wide and chat until 4am or the noise came from the street from people still chatting downstairs ? Otherwise the rest of our stay is awesome. Really love the location , close to many good shops and just a minute away from Tube station

It is a centrally located small apartment in the middle of all the restaurants around St. Christopher Place. It has all the appliances you are looking for except for air condition.

The apartment wasn’t really well kept. The windows to the street did not close properly. There was a funny whole in the ceiling. Not what I expected for this price level.

it wasn’t serviced in spite of the name. you could only open 2 small windows so it was very hot. And annoyingly the property managers sent in triplicate an acknowledgement message to my messages but didn’t answer my queries. the safe didn’t work and they did nothing

Outstanding location, right near the heart of Oxford St. The apartment has all that we needed to make our stay pleasurable.

People in the office I spoke to and emailed with helpful and charming. Handyman Desmond obliging and charming. We felt safe in the apartment, security-wise. Excellent location. Good television and wifi (once TV remote control fixed). Good equipment in the kitchen.

Old fashioned bathroom, stepping into bath for shower tricky for older people. No grips or handrails. Lighting in kitchen area insufficient. Drapes on window needed a wash and loose hooks re-attaching. Apartment overall old-fashioned, which probably explains its affordability. Cleaning OK, but fluff under the bed, not what I would call a "deep clean".

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Well set-up for self-catering and plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend this option to anyone.

They changed my booking to another place, no room cleaning or garbage pic facilities during my 6 day stay, door closer on all doors very disturbing no door stay available...

Location was perfect. Washer/dryer was a big bonus.

The layout was good and in a wonderful location close to shops and restaurants. the bed linents were nice and the cleaning was done to a high standard.

Quite a few light bulbs weren’t working and there was no striker for the gas cooktop. However, the maintenance man was great and he sorted it out for me. Could do with a coat of paint.

It was very easy to find. It is half a minute walk from bond street station. The apartment is small but not tiny and had everything we needed. The place was very clean. It is in the shopping center of London but since we were not on the main straat we heard no noise.

the location is great , close to restaurants, shops and stations.

The rooms doesn’t looks like the pictures. we didn’t have heating and warm water the second night, and the staff working hours is limited, they don’t answer phone calls after 5pm, if you need something after that, they charge you extra money. if you have big luggages , it is difficult to take them upstairs because there is no lift. it is saying service apartments, but they don’t give any services during your stay.
