The house was perfect! The inside is so nice, plenty of room and a great location. Would highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our needs. Spacious enough for multiple families. Check in was a breeze and property owner was great at communicating. Downfall was at complete end of boardwalk but you know that going into renting. Would stay again.

Great location for our needs. The property is in need of some serious TLC. In particular the bathrooms are in terrible shape. Showers leaking, and roof was a bit as well in laundry room during heavy rains.

We arrived to a home not sufficiently cleaned to start of stay standards. We came to find the floor of downstairs bathroom soaking wet, the sink leaking and the shower constantly dripping. Most disappointing and unacceptable was the water from outside pouring into the house from the front bay window, soaking the floors and our footwear, as well as coming through the door of the upstairs queen bedroom soaking the floor and our luggage. Every door and window was drafty and whistling with wind and cold air the entire day and night. The one zone of heat had one level of the house too hot and the other level too cold, leaving nowhere in the home acceptably comfortable, especially in the winter. And finally, the bunk beds, which we counted on as usable sleeping spaces, were so unsafe, wobbly and rickety and even had bars taped together?!?!? So people had to sleep on hard couches.. Finally, the upstairs bathroom (which was the only "usuable" bathroom) has mold on the ceiling, the tub enclosure is disgusting, the water knob is installed backwards so my young daughter almost burned herself. Additionally the plumbing is so poor that if someone in the house used water, the shower either got scalding hot or freezing cold. We contacted the owner through Vrbo messages with no response. Then someone called the cell number provided on the reservation. They said they would refund 50 percent and then stopped answering. So no 50 Perct refund nor the refundable deposit was even refunded. At this point we are beyond upset and feel that the listing was completely inaccurate. And the fact that communication has completely stopped on their end and nothing has been done to rectify this is a disgrace and tells me that they are more than aware of this issues within this property.

Perfect location and a lot of parking

When arrived at the home we discovered the air conditioning was not working. We immediately contacted the owner. We were told, “no no, everything will be fine. We had someone out there yesterday to fix it.” Well we dealt with having no AC for hottest week of the summer. On the last full day there, an entire HVAC crew invaded the vacation home. They were there to replace the entire system. We were never asked if this okay. While working, one worker accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. Work like this normally take a day and half with no one in the home. We had 6 adults and 4 small children. We had enough and called the police since we as tenants have rights. Workers and owners were asked to leave the property which they all did peacefully. Cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. We encountered the cleaning person at Checkin. Odd, but she was friendly. However, cleaning skills need work. Dirty bathrooms, dirty kitchen, dirty footprints on the wall, dirty floors. We disputed this with the owner when they showed up unexpectedly Sunday morning. While waiting for another HVAC worker, the owner cleaned the living room floor. Black water was emptied from the bissell vacuum cleaner 3 times. This vacation should have been a relaxing wonderful memory. Instead it will be a learning experience. In closing, chose another vacation home through another agency. Try contacting your vacation destinations welcome centers.

We reserved this property, called a "Luxurious property" for its location. Here are the positives: the top deck, location to the boardwalk and beaches and ice cream shops. This house should be removed until it's owners are made to fix up and clean this house. It is disgusting. First of all, when I booked the place, check in was 4 pm. As I paid the last payment it was moved to 6 pm. We did not get a full 7 days. My husband and I spent our first full day deep cleaning the best we could. The floors made our feet black, the showers leak, the windows are dirty, the blinds and fans are extremely dirty, the bunk beds are broken and our teens couldn't sleep in them-one of our girls got bruised from a spring coming through the mattresses-here is a compiled list: *Grill Doesn’t work and it’s rusty and full of burnt food *Blinds in master broken and missing *Dusty in every room *Bathrooms less than par *Bunk beds insufficient for 4 teens *Roach traps behind head board in master *Sand in beds *door of one room won’t close. *railings, bathrooms and porch have lots of mildew and mold *railing of inside stairs is *all sticky *clothes iron leaks *floor is disgusting *window is broken in bunk room *tub paint is peeling *upstairs shower leaks all over the floor. *we mopped, dusted, cleaned all the ceiling fans and fans, scrubbed the showers and sinks *spring on mattress bruised one of our children *no trash can in downstairs bathroom. *cooktop infighter button continues to click when the other burners are turned on. *back right burner does not ignite without large flames. *deck furniture is subpar I contacted the owner right after we found some issues with no response at all. I waited all week to hear from them. Nothing to this day. I have email via VBRO messages that the grill worked, it did not. I have pictures of every problem and will be reporting to VRBO again. I am still waiting for a response.

Wonderful place for the family. Walking distance to pretty much anything you could want. Owners were very nice!

Amazing location. The BEST spot in my opinion. Weather was perfect and the house was exactly as advertised. Minor issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Will be booking again when we head to the beach again.

Me and my friends had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house. Plenty of space it also doesn’t really me too. on the listing but there is also a great outdoor shower and lots of room in there too. There is so much parking. Will be staying again next year.

The property was exactly as described and communication with the host went very smooth. It was an excellent spot for our group of 8 adults and 5 children.

Stayed here for a week with my family late August. Overall, it was a great location, responsive owners, just felt it was pricey for the quality of home (you are paying for the location, basically). Pros: Owners very responsive, you can see the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony, very short walk to the beach (although the beach is a little long to get to the water line, in this area of the beach). Outside shower wasn’t fancy, but did the job and had plenty of private space to shower and dry off inside of the private shower. 2 sets of washer/dryers was a great perk. Very large sectional and chaises in the living room were comfy. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Neutral: Driveway can fit 3 cars, although you’ll have to be careful taking beach carts to/from the backyard (can easily scratch your car if you’re not careful!). Backyard is small, but there was enough room to setup a cornhole game if you wanted. It wasn’t mowed, but that wasn’t too big a deal. The 2nd floor deck is beautiful - but note that you can only enter the deck through one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs (no common entry). Cons: The home is listed as a “luxury” home, but there are some maintenance issues (none of which were critical) that I would want addressed if I were paying for a luxury home again - I.e. blinds with several broken slats, some ripped screens, windows not working properly, some bathroom walls and fixtures could use some upkeep due to minor issues. Dining room table (eat-in kitchen) was small for the amount of rooms - could fit roughly 6, we squeezed 8 on it one day but it was very tight…and no outdoor table. The grill had issues (knobs don’t work well, was a puzzle to get it to light), there were 2 tanks but neither were filled, so that was a surprise when we went to cook on it the first day. A/C is 1 zone and it had a little trouble keeping up downstairs on hot days. Overall it is a nice beach home, we enjoyed our stay! Just feel that at this price, there should be more attention to details and no faulty areas of the home.

I just want to say thank you to the property owners for being such welcoming and agreeable people. The booking process was beyond easy with them and they explained so much to us since this was my groups first time ver booking through VRBO. Then when we actually got into the home we were so happy with the state of it. They provided many necessities and the house was beautiful. All instructions were very clear and overall such an amazing experience right next to the boardwalk!

Overall it was excellent experience. Home owner was nice nad cooperative.

Started off with some confusion but it was all settled.

We booked this property for a last minute trip to celebrate our Mother's life who loved going to Wildwood. We had a large group and didn't want to book multiple hotel rooms. This property was perfect for us. Fantastic location across from beach and easy walking access to the boardwalk. Kitchen was large enough to cook a Crab feast in. Grill was not functional, but was able to use one of the side burners to grill steaks (don't bother trying to use main part unless it's replaced as that was 30 minutes wasted). House was clean and comfortable. At night the large couch and tables were perfect to play games with our group. Porches were great to watch the morning sunrise and watch all the classic cars go rolling by. All in all we enjoyed our stay and owner was fantastic to work with.

Great location, property was nice and clean just like the photos. Owner was very helpful and nice to us every step of the way. Would definitely try to revisit the house. House is in a great location with tons to do around it. Beach and boardwalk is across the street. Overall amazing time.

The location of the property was great, conveniently located across the street from the beach. The house has a nice outdoor area and deck. However, the house was dirty when we arrived despite having to wait an extra hour to check-in. Some appliances did not work as well.

Best location in area clean everything you could ask for it was my first time vacationing this way. Would def repeat same trip just longer owner was true to every word

The property was conveniently located, parking was not an issue we comfortably for 4 cars,3 SUVs and a minivan to be exact. Bathrooms where clean but would have preferred of the shower heads where on hoses for both the indoor and outdoor showers, it would have made it alot easier to shower the little ones. The property was overall pretty clean, but we did find some random shoes around. I would also suggest some room darkening curtains for some of the windows the neighbors have spot lights that shine into the rooms kinda if annoying. Also don't arrive early the cleaning personal got a little mad, we arrived around 345 and saw the house open and a cleaning person we asked if we could use the restroom and the women downstairs said yes, but the one upstairs got very upset and rushed us out slamming the door. Besides this out stay was great ,that didnt even really matter much we should have just waited till they where done. We also suggest bring wash cloths that was the only thing they didn't have enough of off for our group.

I would stay again. Location was everything.

This property is a great location although next to a motel which was loud one night! The front porch and deck up top were our favorites for people watching. The boardwalk is a 3 min walk as well as the beach! The kitchen had almost everything you could possibly need except the oven did not work properly so we could not use it. We also had a difficult time getting the grill started took over 2 hours after getting a new gas tank. Also the washer only had hot water and the kitchen sink only had cold. There were 8 adults and 4 kiddos with plenty of space!
