The property came equipped with everything you could require including sunny garden space, basic condiments, TV and WiFi services and pre-packaged picnic/beach bags. Thermostat heating was effective despite the cold weather. Parking permit was simple with plenty of spaces nearby. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful and we look forward to staying in the future. I highly recommend this apartment to anybody - individual or family - looking for a safe and cosy 'home away from home'.

Couldn't get normal TV and bathroom hall and bedroom radiators didn't work and heating came on at random times in the night or when we were out rising damp evident hence smell these are observations to help not complaints we loved it many thanks

Easy to get in, parking available on the street and permit provided. The apartment is great. 5-10min drive from Gunwharf shopping outlet. Shops are a 2-5min walk from the property. The hot tub is really spacious and easy to use. Enjoyed my stay, the host responds very quickly if there is anything you need such as WiFi connection etc. Very helpful. Nice garden, mind the steps when dark.

Don’t park on the drive very tight, especially on a Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning as the bin needs to get squeezed past. My car got scratched! The heating in the bedroom isn’t the greatest. If you would like a warm property throughout your stay bring blankets as you have to adjust the thermostat every three hours. The double bed is literally two single beds put together with a tiny gap in the middle.

The property was great. Super flat with everything you need. Very spacious. Great communication when booking and before arrival which was really helpful.

There was a strong smell of damp which was the only thing that let this down. For a night it didn’t really matter but it was really noticeable on arrival.

Clean, easy access, spacious, well laid out. Child friendly, lovely staff.

Lovely big bedroom and comfy bed. Shaded seating area in the garden (though we didn't have time to use it). Pleasant walk through Southsea to the beach -about 10 min walk away.

A perennial problem with properties in Southsea, but as it's a basement flat, there was a distinct smell of damp. And we were disappointed by the kitchen, which was only large enough to fit one person. It had everything you needed, but was essentially a cupboard-sized space off the living room. We were there in summer, so there was sufficient daylight - although it wasn't overly bright. But as a basement flat, it would be dark any other time of the year.

Location is a nice 10 min walk to Southsea Pier/Beach Parking was fine. Tennis courts *Pay as you Play* is walking distance less than 10 mins from the property.

Kitchen floor was somewhat sticky, the covers on the sofa had a number of stains, the dinning table mats needed wiping again you could still see few glass/cup stains etc. Damp smell every time you entered the property.
