Beautiful villa with a ton of space inside and outside. Astonishingly clean and well maintained. It seemed like it was just repainted. Having a pool was awesome, and it's a perfect size. The outdoor shower was also a great touch. Location is a 5 minute drive to stores or restaurants.

The ground floor was occupied by the property manager/owner. He was extremely nice, but we didn't really know that he would be there. He never disturbed us, though, and it wasn't a problem at all.

Spacious and comfortable property and pool area, outdoor BBQ and great communication with the hosts. The photos are a good representation of what you are getting - a traditionally designed Greek home. The property is close to the airport, Zante town and some lovely beaches. There is also ample space for cars to be parked. The hosts left us wine, water and watermelon on arrival. They topped up essentials like toilet paper and washing liquid and there was also a mid-week clean included in the price. They gave our children Zakynthos gifts when we left - such a nice touch!

We were told we had the whole property but the bottom floor is closed to guests. This didn’t effect our stay but it is worth noting that you have access to the top two floors only and these are split into two apartments. The kitchen could be more equipped with essentials for cooking as well such as wooden spoons and carving knives. For the number of guests it would also be great if there was enough outdoor seating for everyone to eat together. Some of the rooms/beds are smaller than others so worth understanding this if you are travelling with a group.

The Villa was fantastic, an ideal location for a lazy family holiday being just a short taxi ride from water parks, Tsilivi and the airport, or just relax in and around the pool.

The house was very clean and the appliances (like airco, coffee maker, oven, etc.) looked brand new and worked properly. It was very spacious and the first floor had a nice balcony where we had breakfast in the morning. In the backyard, there was a nice terrace with a grill, where you can enjoy a barbecue with the family. The house also has a "security guard" called Stratos. a very kind man who makes sure the towels are replaced, the pool is clean and when something breaks, he will fix it before you know it! He also surprised us with sweet sweets from Zakynthos and Greek salads for our BBQ and nice gifts from Zakynthos. We had a really amazing time at villa bella sole and would recommend booking it!

I would say the property could have done with one more power shower

We liked the bbq, pool, bedrooms sizes, dining table, washing machine.

The water was cold for a day till it was fixed, one room had no heating, toilet wasn't working for 2 days. Kitchens needed more utensils. The supermarket was 10 mins walk uphill. The nearest Taverna was 30 mins walk away

Everything was great. The location looks even better in reality than in the pictures. The hosts were very nice and helpful with us.

All it was perfect, we mostly spent the evenings on the property and first day at the pool. Perfect location, we were able to park all 3 cars inside.

The fridge has broken one evening, but it was repaired promptly the following day.
