Beautiful location with stunning sea views of turtle island . well kept very clean and well equipped with everything you need for self catering holiday and also you have someone at the villas most of the time which made our stay all the special such a beautiful place absolutely magical 😊

I can’t complain at all as our stay was 10/10 but make sure you have money for taxis if you want to venture out or be comfortable hiring a car other than that it was the best and we made some beautiful memories that will last forever we will definitely go back one day

Property off the road with private entrance making it more secluded and private. Property is nicely decorated and very comfortable with various balconies overlooking Turtle Island. The pool was big enough with comfortable deck area. Very very clean and Spyros was greatly helpful in all our requests. Loved it all.

Nothing to complain about only we would preferred to have a bigger bbq to use for our evening bbqs

Excellent enviroment, privacy, a big personal pool(!). The host (Spirus) was also excellent and helpful.

The fact that we did not rent a car or a quad from day 1. For this location we recommend it.

Villas and views are spectacular. Located off the beaten path but close to town. Several beaches and tavernas are within short walking distance. Private pool and multiple patios. Sprios is omnipresent and will take great care of you. 😊

The sea view over the gulf of Laganas is spectacular. The location of the villa is the best, probably one of the best locations in the whole island. Unblocked view over the gulf of Laganas and Marathonisi island. The villa is just beautiful with a large pool where you can actually swim. We will definitely come again and we suggest it.

It would be nice if there was a shower in the upper floor. Having only one shower for four people was a bit of a problem during rush hours. Except that, everything else was just perfect.

The view of our villa was amazing. From each window you can see Marathonisi island! The pool is fantastic and perfect to relax! All the staff was really helpful and really kind! Always trying to help us and giving us good tips about the island. If you are looking for a private and quiet place, Exensian is THE place!

Our stay at Exensian was nothing but exceptional. The passion from the staff really shines through and Spyros is incredibly helpful in organising trips and meals out. For us, the location was absolutely perfect - peaceful, a good amount of privacy and the beautiful view of Marathonisi Island from every single window. The beach is a five minute walk away and is also very beautiful. The villa itself is beautiful - the stone walls and features are stunning. We would recommend Exensian Villas without hesitation and cannot wait to return one day.

Privacy and space. Good WiFi coverage also the the pool. Impressive view from the poolside and rooms. Property is well maintained. A great restaurant down the road “Votsalo”

If anything, there is no real sandy beach nearby.

I am never very gentle with my opinions as I try to stay critical but this time I must say I had the time of my life. Facilities were awesome, pool, house everything was to my liking. Spiros was a special person helping us with everything from housekeeping to things to visit. Helped us booking our most successful activities and he deserve all the best I can wish to someone. The location is awesome and you are few minutes drive from beautiful places all around.

I like colder air conditioning but I can’t complain. There are some ants on the property but it is normal being among trees. Just be ready to use some spray on the perimeter and you’ll be good for a week. Love it !!!

Super clean, comfortable, very private. The view is incredibly stunning with our own pool which was cleaned every day by Spiros, who is the great soul amongst the great people around that perfect holiday retreat. Spiros gave us great recommendations for restaurants and organised a super private boat trip for us. One of our most enjoyable holiday.
